云南省景迈山古茶林普洱茶产品质量分析

摘要:分析景迈山古茶林普洱茶的产品质量。以不同贮存年份、不同季节的景返山古茶林普洱茶为研究对象,检测理化指标、重金属、农药残留,根据GB/T 22111-2008《地理标志产品普洱茶》、GB 2762-2017《食品安全国家标准食品

中污染物限量》、GB 2763-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》、NY 659-2003《茶叶中铬、镉、汞、砷及氟化物限量》、NY/T288-2012《绿色食品茶叶》的标准要求,分析景迈山古茶林普洱茶的产品质量。景迈山古茶林普洱茶水分含量为X3 %~9.5 %,灰分含量为4.7 %~6.1 %,水浸出物含量为47.2 %~51.5 %,茶多盼含量为23.2 %~24.8 %,粗纤维含量为9.3%~11.5%,可溶性糖含量为3.7%~5.4%,游离氨基酸含量为1.9%~3.0%,铬含量为0.19111"]^~

1.21 mg/kg,锅含量为 0.016 mg/kg~0.269 mg/kg,钟含量为 0.00~0.20 mg/kg,氟含量为 31.0 mg/kg~88.1 mg/kg,采为未

检出,销含量为 3.86mg/kg~10.33 mg/kg,始含量为 0.03 mg/kg~0.65 mg/kg,稀土氧化物总量为 0.224 mg/kg~1.177 mg/kg,48种农药残留项目均为未检出。景迈山古茶林普洱茶理化指标、重金属、农药残留符合国家标准要求,其产品质量安

全可靠。

Product Quality Analysis of Jing-mai Ancient Mountain Pu^er Tea in Yunnan Province JIANG Dong-hua,L U O Yue-meng,Y A N G Zhe-han,C H E N Bao% LIU Xin-yue,L U O Zheng-gang (National Center for Pu'er Tea Product Quality Supervision and Inspection,Pu’er 665000,Yunnan,China) Abstract:In order t o analyze the product quality of Jingmai ancient mountain Pu^er teas.Physical and chemical indexes,heavy metals and pesticide residues of Jingmai ancient mountain Pu’er tea of different storage years and different seasons were detected,and were analyzed the quality of the products by standard requirement of GB/T22111 2008、G B2762 2017、G B2763 2016、N Y659 2003、NY/T288 2012. The r e sults shows that moisture content were7.3 %-9.5 %,ash content were4.7 %-6.1 %,water extract content were47.2 %-51.5 %,tea polyphenol content were23.2 %-24.8 %,crude fiber content were9.3 %-l1.5%,soluble sugar content were

3.7 %-5.4 %,free amino acid content were1.9%-3.0 %,Chromium content were0.19 mg/kg-1.21 mg/kg,cad­

mium content were0.016 mg/kg-0.269 mg/kg,arsenic content were0.00-0.20 mg/kg,fluorine content were

content were0.03 m g/kg-0.65 mg/kg,t o t a l rare earth oxides were0.224 mg/kg-1.177 mg/kg,the48 pesticide residues were undetected.The physical and chemical indexes,heavy metals and pesticide residues of Jingmai ancient mountain Pu^er teas were in line with the national standards and i t s products were safe and reliable.
