装载机操作流程 新装载机在正式使用之前,必须强调先经过100小时的试用期,试用期对装载机的整个寿命来说是很重要的,在此期间,装载机应细心驾驶,勤于保养,并且由轻到重,逐步增加负荷。其目的是使包括发动机在的各部分摩擦零件相互磨合并且通过几次清洗换油,清除掉系统零部件中和管路中残留的脏物,使装载机通过试用期后,能完全发挥其技术性能,并达到尽可能长的使用寿命。反之如果不经试用期而立即让机器满负荷工作,就会引起零部件早期迅速磨损,甚至造成损坏事故。 一、新车 1、准备工作: (1)全面检查各部分安装是否牢固,螺栓螺帽有无松动,附件是否齐全, 有无遗失损坏。 (2)检查各仪表操纵手柄有无连接松动损坏等情况。 (3)检查燃油、冷却、制动、转向、变矩器和变速箱、液压和气压系统中 的所有管路与接头有无松动和损坏。 (4)检查发动机风扇皮带的紧是否合适。 (5)检查轮胎充气是否合乎规定压力。 (6)检查电瓶的电解液和线接头,看看充电是否足够,接头是否松动。 (7)按规定数量及牌号,检查和加注各部润滑油、工作油、水和燃料。 (8)解开运输时固定铰接式车架的车架锁。 2、空载试用期(10小时):

装载机操作安全注意事项

1、一般安全注意事项 ①驾驶员及有关人员在使用装载机之前,必须认真仔细地阅读制造企业随机提供的使用维护说明书或操作维护保养手册,按资料规定的事项去做。否则会带来严重重果和不必要的损失。 ②驾驶员穿戴应符合安全要求,并穿载必要的防护设施。 ③在作业区域范围较小或危险区域,则必须在其范围内或危险点显示出警告标志。 ④绝对严禁驾驶员酒后或过度疲劳驾驶作业。 ⑤在中心铰接区内进行维修或检查作业时,要装上“防转动杆”以防止前、后车架相对转动。 ⑥要在装载机停稳之后,在有蹬梯扶手的地方上下装载机。切勿在装载机作业或行走时跳上跳下。 ⑦维修装载机需要举臂时,必须把举起的动臂垫牢,保证在任何维修情况下,动臂绝对不会落下。 2、发动机启动前的安全注意事项 ①检查并确保所有灯具的照明及各显示灯能正常显示。特别要检查转向灯及制动显示灯的正常显示。 ②检查并确保在启动发动机时,不得有人在车底下或靠近装载机的地方工作,以确保出现意外时不会 危及自己或他人的安全。 ③启动前装载机的变速操纵手柄应扳到空挡位置。 ④不带紧急制动的制动系统,应将手制动手柄板到停车位置。 ⑤只能在空气流动好的场所启动或运转发动机。如在室内运转时,要把发动机的排气口接到或朝向室外。 3、发动机启动后及作业时安全注意事项 ① 发动机启动后,等制动气压达到安全气压时再准备起步,以确保行车时的制动安全性。有紧急制动的把紧急及停车制动阀的按钮按下(只有当气压达到允许起步气压时,按钮才能按下,否则按下去会自动跳起来),使紧急及停车制动释放下,才能挂I挡起步。无紧急制动的只需将停车制动手柄放下,释入停车制动即可起步。 ②清除装载机在行走道路上的故障物,特别要注意铁块、沟渠之类的障碍物,以免割破轮胎。 ③将后视镜调整好,使驾驶员入座后能有最好的视野效果。 ④确保装载机的喇叭、后退信号灯,以及所有的保险装置能正常工作。 ⑤在即将起步或在检查转向左右灵活到位时,应先按喇叭,以警告周围人员注意安全。

前言 轮式装载机属于铲土运输机械类,装载机主要用来装卸成堆散料,也能进行轻度的铲掘工作。由于它适用于建筑、农业、矿山、铁道、公路、水电等国民经济各个部门的土石方施工机械,在国内外产量与品种的发展都较快,是工程机械中的一个主要机种。 随着我国加入WTO组织和西部大开发的进程,及水电、港口、公路等基础设施建设项目的增多,国外先进工程机械先后涌入中国市场,我国工程机械设施同时面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。这也意味着我国工程机械行业对技术人才的技术素质提出了更高的要求。 根据装载机不同的使用要求,发展形成了不同的结构类型。通常,按使用场合的不同,分成露天用装载机和井下用装载机;接行走系统结构不同,分成轮式装载机与履带式装载机;按卸料方式不同,分为前卸式(前端式)、后卸式与回转式装载机。该设计主要论述露天工程用的轮式装载机的设计。 轮式装载机的设计,大致要经历:明确任务、调查研究、制订设计任务书,进行整车布置、确定整机的主要性能参数,进行各部件的方案设计与强度计算,技术设计和工艺设计,试验鉴定和修改定型等这样一些阶段。对于装载机的设计是否成功,首先是从能否满足使用要求,好造、好用、好修,具备较高的作业生产串和较低的使用成本来衡量的。这体现在设计工作中,就是应当使装载机具有较完善的技术经济性能与指标以及先进的部件结构方案。

作者:左凤 (陕理工机械工程学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业073班陕西汉中 723003) 指导教师:何亚娟 摘要 本次设计主要进行的工作装置的设计。装载机采掘和卸载货物的作业是通过工作装置的运动实现的。装载机的工作装置由铲斗,动臂、摇臂及连杆等组成。铲斗以铲装物料;动臂和动臂油缸的作用是提升铲斗并使之与车架连接;转斗油缸通过摇臂,连杆使铲斗转动。动臂的升降和铲斗的转动采用液压操作。 先对装载机的发展概况及设计的指导思想、特点、任务进行概述,然后确定方案,在技术设计部分罗列了ZL50装载机的主要技术性能和参数,进行了牵引特性计算,工作装置设计。工作装置设计中有工作装置运动分析,对铲斗、动臂、连杆机构进行设计等几部分组成。 在工艺设计中叙述了工艺工程。应用程序计算了受力分析。总之,整个设计是有序地完成的。 在整个设计的过程中,在老师及其他老师的指导下顺利完成的,通过这次设计,我学到很多东西,在实践中把大学中所学的知识综合运用复习了一次,同时也学到很多新的东西,受益非浅。在此,本人表示衷心感谢!并真诚希望各位老师对我提出宝贵的意见。 关键词:装载机;机械化;工作装置

装载机安全操作规程 1.一般安全注意事项 1.1驾驶员及有关人员在使用装载机之前,必须认真仔细地阅读使用维护说明书或操作维护保养手册,按资料规定的事项去做。否则会带来严重重果和不必要的损失。 1.2驾驶员穿戴应符合安全要求,并穿载必要的防护设施。 1.3在作业区域范围较小或危险区域,则必须在其范围内或危险点显示出警告标志。 1.4绝对严禁驾驶员酒后或过度疲劳驾驶作业。 1.5在中心铰接区内进行维修或检查作业时,要装上“防转动杆”以防止前、后车架相对转动。 1.6要在装载机停稳之后,在有蹬梯扶手的地方上下装载机。切勿在装载机作业或行走时跳上跳下。 1.7润滑和调整,装载机需要举臂时,必须把举起的动臂垫牢,保证在任何维修情况下,动臂绝对不会落下。 2.装载机严重事故安全警告 2.1装载机下坡严禁发动机熄火。 2.2严禁挂空挡溜坡。 2.3装载机动臂下严禁站人。 2.4装载机在运动时,中间铰接处严禁站人。 3.装载机启动前的检查准备工作 3.1请靠近装载机的所有人员离开。 3.2将车道,工作现场障碍物清理干净,注意现场的其他车辆,建筑电缆,沟槽等。 3.3装载机检查 3.3.1轮胎气压应符合规定,前轮(0.30-0.32MPa)后轮(0.28-0.30MPa)。 3.3.2发动机机油,冷却水,燃油的储量,燃油管路无渗漏。 3.3.3液压系统,液压油箱油量应充足,管路,接头应无渗漏。 3.3.4制动系统气压管路应无漏气,制动油路无漏油,制动器灵敏可靠。 3.3.5各部分螺栓,接头,连接无松动脱落。 3.3.6变速杆,方向机,刹车、喇叭、仪表应齐全灵敏,蓄电瓶,灯光指示,电路完好。 3.3.7搽干净窗子,关好门窗,调整好后视镜。 4.装载机的启动 4.1调节好座椅以便合适操作,注意装载机周围是否有人工作。 4.2将变速杆置于空挡位置,液压操作置于保持位置。 4.3启动发动机,幷检查照明,仪表,刹车,转向,液压工作装置是否正常。 发动机机油压力(0.3-0.4MPa),水温(55-95度)油温45-95度),变速箱油压力(1.5MPa),变速箱油温(<120度),制动气压(0.4MPa)。4.4低速运转中倾听发动机及其他部位有无异常声响。 4.5松开制动器,结合各档运行。 4.6发动机启动应注意: 4.6.1启动每次不能超过8.秒,如果第二次启动应间隔3分钟以上,不允许在柴油机及起动机尚未停止转动时,再按下启动按钮。当连续几次不能启动时应停机检查,排除故障。 4.6.2启动后应在600-750r/min进行暖机,要水温>55度,油温>45度,气压>0.4MPa,方可带负荷运行。 5.装载机工作中操作安全注意事项 5.1装载机道路行驶操作注意事项 5.1.1在行驶中要遵守“交通规则”。若需经常在公路上行驶,司机须持有“机动车驾驶证”。严禁铲斗载人。 5.1.2起步前,应先鸣声示意,装载机行驶时应避免不适当的高速和急转弯,在行驶中要控制好车速,铲斗应离地40cm.。 5.2配合汽车装载作业操作注意事项 5.2.1配合汽车工作时,装载时汽车不要在铲斗下通过。 5.2.2往运输车上卸料时应绶慢,铲斗前翻和回位时不得碰撞车箱。 5.2.3装载机不得在倾斜度超过规定的场地上工作,作业区内不得有障碍物及无关人员。 5.2.3装载机在作业时斗臂下禁止有人站立或通过。 5.2.4装载机运送距离不宜过大,行驶道路应平坦。在石场施工场地作业时,在轮胎上加装保护链条。 5.2.5作业时,应使用低速档。用高速档行驶时,不得进行升降和翻转铲斗动作。 5.2.6夜间工作时装载机及工作场所应有良好的照明。 5.2.7装载机在工作中,应注意随时清除夹在轮胎(或履带)间的石渣。 5.2.8经常注意各仪表和指示信号的工作情况,察听内燃机及其它各部的运转声音,发现异常,应立即停车检查,待故障排除后方可继续作业。 5.3装载机的铲推操作注意事项 5.3.1装堆积的砂土时,铲斗宜用低速插入,逐渐提高内燃机转速向前推进。 5.3.2在松散不平的场地作业,可把铲臂放在浮动位置,使铲斗平稳地推进,如推进时阻力边大,可稍稍提升铲臂。 5.3.3装料时,铲斗应从正面插入,防止铲斗单边受力。 可编辑范本

装载机保养说明书 篇一:装载机日常维护保养 装载机日常维护与保养 第一节装载机的维护保养 装载机的维护保养,是预防性的保养,是最容易、最经济的保养,是延长装载机的使用寿命和降低成本的关键。对装载机而言,维护保养一般分为台时或台班(每天)保养和定期保养。而定期保养一般分为50小时保养,100小时保养、250小时保养、500小时保养、1000小时保养和XX小时保养。由于每个时间段内所保养的内容、范围、要求都不一样,所以是一种强制型的工作,时间一到是必须要做的。只有做,才能起到维护的目的。装载机进行维护保养的一般要求是: 1.将装载机停在水平地面上; 2.将变速箱控制杆置于空挡; 3.将所有附件置于中位; 4.拉起停车制动; 5.关闭发动机; 6.关闭起动机开关并将钥匙取出。 第二节装载机维护保养的周期 一、每10小时(或每天保养); 1.绕机目视有无异常、漏油; 2.检查发动机机油油位;
