HRV型立式半容积式水加热器使用说明书容积式水加热器使用说明书一、概述近年来,随着我国建筑业的高速发展,一些具有国际先进水平的换热设备逐渐为人们所认识,半即热式换热器,由于其体积小,传热系数高,不易结垢,冷凝水温度低等特点,得到了广泛的应用。

但由于半即热式换热器贮水量小,在用水量变化较大时(如生活洗澡系统),会导致出水冷热不均,同时影响到锅炉负荷的均衡。

目前采用贮存式(加大罐体)换热器来缓解此难题,实际上是容积式换热器,其传热系数与其他热力性能均有下降,且不易检修。

我厂在继承了半即热式换热器的优点,同时借鉴了国外半容积式水加热器的基础上,开发研制了HRV导流型容积式水加热器,这种换热器的贮水容积为半即热式的5倍以上,既能保证供水温度稳定,又大大减少了设备体积,该产品采用最新换热结构,与一般贮存式换热器相比,对流速度高,热交换温差大,是生活及洗浴用水的理想的新一代换热产品。

二、性能特点1、换热量大。

换热部分为改进的快速换热器,具有传热系数高、换热量大的特点。

相同容积该产品的换热量分别相当于传统容积式换热器与新型容积式换热器的5-8倍与2-3倍。

2、贮水部分贮有10-20分钟的热水量,被加热水的水头损失≤0.2米,因此它在设置一般自动温控阀的条件下,仍保持供水水压、水温平稳、安全、节水、用水舒适之特点。

3、罐内全部贮存热水,无滞水、冷水区,容积利用率达100%。

4、本产品可在用水量极小或不用水时可借热水管网上循环泵的工作,保持罐内体温,使换热器换热时总处于被加热水流动状态,换热充分、节能,汽—水换热时凝结水出水温度低于60℃。

5、内传热管部分为紫铜管或不锈钢管,抗腐蚀性能强,具有一定的自动除垢功能,使用寿命长。

由于其流速高(1.0 -2.5 m /S),运行阻力小(0.03~0.06MPa),换热管内形成较强的湍流,使管壁产生振动,大大提高了管内外放热系数,在管长不变的情况下,增大了换热面积,提高了传热能力。
