也有在家里的机器人,可以陪你聊天,可以回答你天南地北的问题,提供最近的新闻,和你讨论,和你一起叹息,一起哈哈大笑。

我们看到德国汽车工厂里的机器手臂,灵活地组装名牌汽车;看到美国亚马逊的仓库,自己跑来跑去的小车子,自己移动的大柜子,在足球场那么大的仓库里,打包网站上卖出的不同产品,却不见一个人影。

这些都是我们对机器人的印象,据说他们会是即将在10~20年内抢走英国35%、日本45%、美国47%、中国69%、印度77%的人类工作职位的竞争对手,这可是日本野村总合研究所和英国牛津大学的2016年初研究报告。

机器人是由电脑来控制其动作的机器,根据市场调查单位的报道,1990年美国劳工转作数位化新技术相关工作的比例是8.2%,2000年只有4.4%,到了2010年只剩下0.5%,也就是数字化新技术改变生产流程,需要人力操作的比例越来越低,到了2010年新技术越来越不用人手了。

数字化本来就是利用电脑来替代人手,当电脑的智能越来越接近人脑。

许多工作职位就不需要人手,或只需要少部分会管理电脑的人手就够了。

电脑的智能不就是电脑软件的功能吗?以前确实是的,今天早已改变,未来一定不一样。

以前,我们看印刷软件能提供多少功能,越多的就越好。

好比拼大版软件,能提供更多种装订方式,RIP能提供更多不同的网点。

.供应商相互打探,几年下来软件能提供的功能都差不多了,何况新版本增加的功能你也不一定用得上。

因为以前我们利用电脑软件来帮忙计算,计算文件格式的转换,计算咬口在印版上的位置等。

以前的数字化是让人操作电脑计算的结果,准确不失误,软件发展越来越成熟,十几年发展下来,软硬件的效率一再提升,却似乎无法再节省人力,2010年美国数字化技术转换人手的比例已经接近于零了。

Mindjet使用说明·简介Mindjet是一款绘制如树状图、组织结构图、文档大纲等图表的软件。

组织结构图文档大纲Mindjet中所创建的图全部为父子节点树状分叉式图,每个图被创建的时候都初始化有一个根节点和数个连接在根节点上的子节点。

一个图中可以有多个根节点存在。

多个根节点新建图表时图表中预置有一个根节点和数个子节点,这里的根节点在此软件中称作核心主题。

核心主题节点不能被删除,有且只有一个。

新建的空白图表,里面预置了一个核心主题节点和数个子节点,核心主题节点不能被删除·Tips添加根节点双击图表空白处会自动为核心主题节点添加一个子节点,鼠标移动到新建的子节点上,当鼠标变成状时使用鼠标将该节点拖离核心主题节点即可成为独立的根节点。

或在空白处右键- 插入浮动主题。

为某节点添加同级节点选中某节点,在“主功能”菜单中找到“主题”即可为选中的节点添加同级节点。

为核心主题节点添加同级节点无效,因为核心主题节点有且只有一个。

为某节点添加子节点选中某节点,在“主功能”菜单中找到“子主题”即可为选中的节点添加子节点。

修改节点形状选中某节点,在“主功能”菜单中找到“主题形状”,在“主题形状”下拉菜单中选择需要的形状即可。

从之前的圆角矩形修改为圆形为某节点添加边框选中某非核心主题节点的节点,在“主功能”菜单中找到“边框”,在“边框”下拉菜单中选择需要的边框形状即可。

为“重要主题”、“子节点”和“子节点的同级节点”添加了边框的效果修改连接线的颜色和形状选中某节点,在“主功能”菜单中找到“线条颜色”和“主题线条”,在下拉菜单中选择需要的线条颜色和形状即可。

修改了连接线的颜色和形状之后的效果修改节点的组织形状选中某节点,在“主功能”菜单中找到“增长方向”,在“增长方向”下拉菜单中选择需要的结构形状即可。

这是将“重要主题1”的增长方向修改为“树状图”后的效果为节点添加序号选中某节点,在“主功能”菜单中找到“编号”,在“编号”下拉菜单中选择需要的编号方式即可。

The printer can be reset with combinations of Pause and Feed or Cancel buttons, or there is a physical reset button on the printer’s underside. MINDJET END USER LICENSE AGREEMENTThese license terms are an agreement between you and the Mindjet affiliate applicable to you. They apply to the Software that accompanies these license terms, which includes the media on which you received it, if any (collective ly, the “Software”). The terms also apply to any Mindjet updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for this Software, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply.The Mindjet entity that is applicable to you depends on where you maintain your primary residence:Europe (excluding the UK and Ireland), the Middle East or Africa: Mindjet GmbHUK or Ireland: Mindjet (UK) Ltd.Japan: Mindjet Co. Ltd. (KK)Anywhere else, including the United States: Mindjet LLCBY DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING, COPYING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS MINDJET END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS EULA, YOU MAY NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE, AND YOU MAY RETURN THE UNUSED SOFTWARE TO THE VENDOR FROM WHICH YOU ACQUIRED IT WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AND REQUEST A REFUND OR CREDIT OF THE LICENSE FEE, IF ANY, ALREADY PAID UPON SHOWING PROOF OF PAYMENT. "YOU" MEANS THE NATURAL PERSON OR THE ENTITY THAT IS AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA, THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND THIRD PARTY CONTRACTORS THAT PROVIDE SERVICES TO YOU. YOU SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE BY SUCH EMPLOYEES AND THIRD PARTY CONTRACTORS TO COMPLY WITH THIS EULA.IF YOU COMPLY WITH THIS EULA, YOU HAVE THE RIGHTS BELOW FOR EACH LICENSE YOU ACQUIRE.1.LICENSE GRANT AND USE RIGHTS FORTHE SOFTWARE.a.License Grant. The Software is licensed, not sold to you. Mindjet reserves all rights not granted to you. Subject to this EULA and payment of the applicable license fees, Mindjet hereby grants each User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without rights to sublicense, to use the object code of the Software for internal business or personal use, and as described in the applicable documentation for the Software, for the license term set forth in an Ordering Document for the Software. If no license term is explicitly stated, the license term is perpetual. An Ordering Document, as used herein, shall mean a document which states what Software is being purchased, the number of Users, the payment terms, and any additional terms and conditions regarding installation and use of the Software which may amend or modify those terms set forth herein (e.g., including, but not limited to, quotes, purchase orders, or e-commerce storereceipts/confirmations). However, the boilerplate terms and conditions set forth in a purchase order shall have no effect. This grant of rights is subject to the technical restrictions of the Software and/or any additional licensing terms specified in the Ordering Document for the Software. Unless an Alternative Licensing Model is provided for in the Ordering Document for the Software, these license terms permit, for each and every license granted, the installation and use of the Software by one (1) User on as many computers (including operating instances and servers) as he or she likes. An Alternative Licensing Model, as used herein, shall mean any othergrant of rights for installation and use including, but not limited to, an unrestricted site license, a site license with maximum user cap, or device license as set forth in an Ordering Document. For a device license used in Conference Rooms, Training Centers or other Educational Institutions, subject to this EULA and payment of the applicable license fees, for each Conference Room, Training Centers or other Educational Institution license, Mindjet hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without rights to sublicense, to install the object code of the Software on one (1) device for training or internal business use, and as described in the applicable documentation, for the license term set forth in an Ordering Document for the Software. A User, as used herein, shall mean an individual authorized by you to use the Software, regardless of whether or not the individual is using the Software at any given time. You may reassign a User license, if and only if: (i) such User has been terminated by you; (ii) such User has been transferred to a non-licensed department within your legal entity; (iii) once every one hundred eighty (180) calendar days; or (iv) upon Mindjet’s prior written approval or as set forth in the Ordering Document for the Software. Your use of the Software is limited to the country where you have been invoiced for purchase of the Software. However, if you have been invoiced within any of the European Union member states, you may deploy the Software in any of the member states without restriction, subject to this EULA. You may use, but not exploit or distribute, and copy, for internal business and personal use and reference purposes only, the documentation accompanying the Software in connection with permitted uses of the Software.b.Installation and Use Rights. You may copy the Software in machine-readable form solely for cold back-up or archival purposes only. You may copy and use images, clip art, animations, sounds, music, shapes, video clips and templates provided with the Software and identified for such use in maps that you create. Unless otherwise specified in a license unique to a map or map template you purchase, you may distribute your maps.c.Title. Mindjet retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and its documentation and in all related copyrights, trade secrets, patents, trademarks, and any other intellectual and industrial property and proprietary rights, including registrations, applications, renewals, and extensions of such rights. You may not remove any titles, trademarks or trade names, copyright notices, legends, or other proprietary markings on the Software and its documentation. You are not granted any rights to any trademarks or service marks of Mindjet. Mindjet retains all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.2.ADDITIONAL LICENSING RESTRICTIONS.e Restrictions. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the Software only as expressly permitted in this EULA. You may not:∙modify or create derivative works based upon the Software;∙create, develop, license, install, use, or deploy any third party software or services to circumvent, enable, modify or provide access, permissions or rights to work around any technical limitations inthe Software and the terms of this EULA;∙reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Software, in whole or in part except and only to the extent that applicable lawexpressly permits;∙make more copies of the Software than specified in this EULA or allowed by applicable law;∙publish the Software for others to copy;∙use the Software in any way that is against the law;∙sell, license, sublicense, distribute, rent, lease or lend the Software or otherwise transfer in whole or in part the Software or the license key to the Software to another party, except as otherwise setforth herein; or∙use the Software for commercial Software hosting services.b.No Downgrade Right. The rights granted in this EULA do not include the right to use a previous version of Software than the purchased one (downgrade right). Downgrade rights may only be obtained through the purchase of Mindjet Software Assurance and Support, as defined below, for the Software.c.Reporting. You will maintain accurate records as to your use of the Software as authorized by this EULA, for at least two (2) years from the last day on which support services and/or the license term expires for the applicable Software. During the term of this EULA, you will provide in a timely manner and upon request of Mindjet a report of the number of installed instances or users of the Software. Mindjet may request such a report at most once a calendar year.d.Audit Right. Mindjet may audit, at its own expenses, your compliance with regards to the use rights of the Software. The auditors will be appointed by Mindjet. Such an audit may only be performed once a calendar year during normal business hours in your place of business and may not unreasonably affect your operations. If the audit proves your noncompliance with the use right set forth herein, Mindjet will invoice you and you shall promptly pay for any noncompliant Software licenses at the rate of the then-current Mindjet end user price list. If the number of non-compliant Software licenses exceeds five percent (5%) of the total amount of licenses reported by you, the reasonable costs for the audit shall be borne by you.3.SUPPORT SERVICES. Mindjet providesfree online support services for theSoftware as described at/us/support/support_center/index.php. Mindjet providesadditional support services, including,but not limited to, telephone support,upgrades, and updates for anadditional fee (hereinafter, “MindjetSoftware Assurance and Support” or“MSA”). Paid MSA services aredescribed at/pdf/eng/Mindjet_Support_Guide.pdf. The terms ofthese MSA services may be updatedfrom time to time by Mindjet. Legalterms related to paid MSA servicesare set forth at/legal/terms-maintenance-support and are herebyincorporated by reference. Byaccepting this EULA, you are acceptingthe legal terms related to paid MSAservices. In particular, please notethat by purchasing MSA, you consentto Mindjet automatically renewingyour MSA subscription annually andinvoicing you (or charging your creditcard, as applicable) annually for suchrenewal. Any supplemental softwarecode or related materials that Mindjetprovides you as part of any supportservices, paid or otherwise, are to beconsidered part of the Software andare subject to this EULA. Mindjet mayuse any technical information youprovide to Mindjet for any Mindjetbusiness purposes, without restriction, including for product support anddevelopment.4.LIMITED WARRANTY. Mindjetwarrants that the media on which theSoftware is distributed, if applicable,will be free from defects, and that theSoftware shall conform substantiallyto the description in itsdocumentation for the greater of theperiod of sixty (60) days from deliveryof the Software to you or the periodfor which Mindjet provides theSoftware to you on a subscriptionbasis, unless otherwise required byapplicable law. If the media isdefective, your sole remedy in theevent of a breach of this warranty willbe that Mindjet will replace anydefective media returned to Mindjetwithin the warranty period. If theSoftware does not substantiallyconform to the description in itsdocumentation, your sole remedy willbe that Mindjet shall, at its option,correct the defects in the Software orrefund the license fees you paid, if any, related to the Software provided that(a) the Software has been properlyinstalled and used at all times and inaccordance with the instructions in itsdocumentation; (b) no modification,alteration, or addition has been madeto the Software product by personsother than Mindjet or its authorizedrepresentative; and (c) Mindjetreceives written notice of the non-conformity within the warranty period.EXCEPT FOR THE PRECEDING EXPRESSLIMITED WARRANTY, TO THEMAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BYAPPLICABLE MANDATORY LAW,MINDJET AND ITS LICENSORSPROVIDE THE SOFTWARE WITHOUTANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THEABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE ANDIN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,STATUTORY, OR IN ANY OTHERPROVISION OF THIS EULA, ORCOMMUNICATION WITH YOUINCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATIONTHE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR APARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIETENJOYMENT, ANDNONINFRINGEMENT OFINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.5.LIMITATION ON AND EXCLUSION OFDAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUMEXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLEMANDATORY LAW, YOU CANRECOVER FROM MINDJET, ITSLICENSORS, AND ITS RESELLERS ONLYDIRECT DAMAGES UP TO THEAMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THESOFTWARE. YOU CANNOT RECOVERANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDINGLOST PROFITS OR BUSINESSOPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF USE,BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OFDATA, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL,INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.This limitation applies to (i) anythingrelated to the Software, services,content (including code) on thirdparty Internet sites, or third partyprograms, and (ii) claims for breach ofcontract, breach of warranty,guarantee or condition, strict liability,negligence, or other tort to the extentpermitted by applicable law. It alsoapplies even if (i) any remedy fails ofits essential purpose, (ii) Mindjet, itslicensors, and resellers knew or shouldhave known about the possibility ofthe damages; or (iii) Mindjet, itslicensors, and resellers have beenadvised of the possibility of suchdamages. Some countries and statesdo not allow the exclusion orlimitation of incidental orconsequential damages, so the abovelimitation or exclusion may not applyto you.6.PUBLICITY. Mindjet may use yourcorporate logo on client lists in variousforms (e.g., a printed list, an online list, etc.) and in other marketing materials,for the sole purpose of identifying you(or your employer, as the case maybe) as a customer of Mindjet. In anyuse of your logo, Mindjet will complywith any logo usage guidelines thatyou may provide and Mindjet willpromptly fix any defect that you bringto Mindjet’s attention. Mindjet mayuse your name, logo, website link,quote, and any other information thatyou may provide to develop casestudies, press releases, and othermarketing pieces in any form (e.g.,print, audio, video, and other formats)that pertain to your use of Mindjetproducts or services. Mindjet maypublish and freely distribute all suchinformation, quote(s) or input.Mindjet will never broadly publishyour individual contact information(i.e., it will not appear on ourcustomer list or in a case study)without your prior written consent.Mindjet is not obligated to publish orotherwise use any information or logothat you may provide. The rights thatyou grant to Mindjet are without anyfee or royalty.7.TERM AND TERMINATION.a.Term. This EULA shall be effective upon acceptance and expire upon expiration of the license term.b.Termination. Mindjet may terminate this EULA immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.c.Effect of Termination. In the event of termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software, its documentation, and any license key provided to you. In addition you must remove all copies of the Software, including all backup copies, from any and all servers, computers, and terminals on which it is installed. From time to time, Mindjet may change the terms of this EULA. Mindjet will notify you of any material change either by email or by a prominent notice on the Legal page of the Mindjet website. Your continued use of the Software will indicate your agreement to the change. Any provision of this EULA that requires or contemplates execution after termination or expiration of this EULA shall survive, including, but not limited to Sections 4 (Limited Warranty), 5 (Limitation and Exclusion of Damages), 7 (Term and Termination), 8 (General), and 9 (Special Provisions for Residents of Member States of the European Economic Community).8.GENERAL.a.Entire Agreement. This agreement (including the warranty above), any addendum or amendment thereto, and the Ordering Document, including the paid MSA legal terms (if applicable) constitute the entire agreement for the Software and support services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, including any boilerplate terms and conditions set forth in a purchase order.b.Headings. Headings under this EULA are intended only for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of this EULA.c.Waiver and Modification. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this EULA will act as a waiver of those rights. This EULA may only be modified, or any rights under it waived, by a written document executed by the party against which it is asserted.d.Severability. If any provision of this EULA is found illegal or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the legality and enforceability of the other provisions of this EULA will not be affected.e.Export Restrictions. The Software is subject to United States export laws and regulations (“Export Controls”). You must comply with all domestic and international export laws and regulations that apply to the Software. These laws include restrictions on destinations, end users, and end use.f.Personal Data. You acknowledge and agree that Mindjet’s provision of the Software and any support services to you may require Mindjet to process or store your personal data and to transmit such data internally within Mindjet or to Mindjet’s affiliates. S uch processing, storage, and transaction shall only be to the extent necessary for, and for the sole purpose of, enabling Mindjet to perform its obligations hereunder and may take place in any of the countries in which Mindjet and its affiliates conducts business, which may include countries outside of the European Economic Area. Mindjet affirms to you that Mindjet LLC currently abides by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union.erning Law. If you obtained your license in Europe (excluding the UK and Ireland), the Middle East or Africa, this EULA shall be governed by the laws of Germany. If you obtained your license in the United Kingdom or Ireland, this EULA shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If you obtained your license in Japan, this EULA shall be governed by the laws of Japan. If you obtained your license anywhere else, this EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. This EULA will not be governed by the conflict of law rules of any jurisdiction or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.h.Legal Effect. This EULA describes certain legal rights. You may have other rights under the laws of your state or country. You may also have rights with respect to the party from whom you acquired the Software. This EULA does not change your rights under the laws of your state or country if the laws of your state or country do not permit it to do so.i.Deployment, Assignment, Transfer.Mindjet may assign this EULA in whole or in part. You may deploy the Software within your legal entity and any of your Affiliates (defined below) provided that: (A) such deployment is made only within the region in which you purchased the Software (see the second paragraph of this EULA for a description of the applicable regions) and (B) the Affiliate at which the Software is deployed accepts and agrees to comply with all of the terms of this EULA. Mindjet and MindManager are registered trademarks of Mindjet in the United States and/or various jurisdictions.9.SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR RESIDENTSOF MEMBER STATES OF THEEUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY.a.Limitation of Liability for Users Residing in a Member State of the European Community. If you obtained the Software in a Member State of the European Community, and you usually reside in such a country, then Section 5 (Limitation On and Exclusion of Damages) does not apply. Instead, except as provided in this paragraph, Mindjet’s statutory liability for damages shall be limited as follows: (i) Mindjet shall be liable only up to the amount of damages as typically foreseeable at the time of entering into the purchase agreement in respect of damages caused by a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation and (ii) Mindjet shall not be liable for damages caused by a slightly negligent breach of a non-material contractual obligation. The aforesaid limitation of liability shall not apply to any mandatory statutory liability, in particular, to liability caused by wrongful intent or gross negligence, to liability under the German Product Liability Act, to liability for assuming a specific guarantee, or to liability for culpably caused personal injuries. You are required to take all reasonable measures to avoid and reduce damages, in particular to make back-up copies of the Software and your computer data subject to the provisions of this EULA.b.Limited Warranty for Users Residing in a Member State of the European Community. If you obtained the Software in a Member State of the European Community and you usually reside in such a country, then Section 4 (Limited Warranty) does not apply. Instead, Mindjet warrants that the Software provides the functionalities set forth in the accompanying documentation (the "agreed upon functionalities") for the limited warranty period following receipt of the Software when used on the recommended hardware configuration. As used in this sub-section, "limited warranty period" means one year if you are a business user and two years if you are not a business user. Non-substantial variation from the agreed upon functionalities shall not be considered and does not establish any warranty rights. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO SOFTWARE PROVIDED TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE, FOR EXAMPLE, UPDATES, PRE-RELEASE, TRIAL, VIEWER, OR SOFTWARE THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED BY YOU, TO THE EXTENT SUCH ALTERATIONS CAUSED A DEFECT. To make a warranty claim, during the limited warranty period you must return, at our expense, the Software and proof of purchase to the location where you obtained it. If the functionalities of the Software vary substantially from the agreed upon functionalities, Mindjet is entitled – by way of re-performance and at its own discretion – to repair or replace the Software. If this fails, you are entitled to a reduction of the purchase price (reduction) or to cancel the purchase agreement (rescission).c.Assignment, Transfer for Users Residing in a Member State of the European Community. If you obtained the Software in a Member State of the European Community, and you usually reside in such acountry, then the limitation in clause (x) Section 8(i) (Deployment, Assignment, Transfer) (pertaining to transfer of the Software) shall not apply to you.If you are licensing Mindjet MindManager, those provisions set forth in Section 10 below apply to you. For all other products licensed hereunder, those provisions set forth in Section 10 below DO NOT apply to you.10.TERMS SPECIFIC TO MINDMANAGER.a.Mindjet Connect. MindManager interoperates with the Mindjet Connect Service, a collaborative work management tool enabling you to collaborate, manage meetings, share information, coordinate work, and store documents. You may access maps and other content stored in a Mindjet Connect account with MindManager. MindManager allows you to create, edit, and save your maps and other content to Mindjet Connect and if you choose to do so, share and post your maps and other content. Your use of Mindjet Connect is subject to separate terms and conditions, including limits on the number of maps you may store, share, or post through MindManager and Mindjet Connect, the amount of aggregate storage, or otherwise.b.Shared Content Security. You acknowledge that sharing content with the “Share” functionality in MindManager is not intended as a secure means of content transfer. Using this functionality may make the shared content public in nature by granting access to the content hoste d on Mindjet’s servers to others, who in turn may grant access to the content to other third parties. By using the Share function within MindManager, you assume the risk that the content so shared may be discovered by third parties who you did not intend to view the content. MindManager’s “Share” functionality is not designed for use with materials that are highly confidential in nature.c.Internet-Based Services. Mindjet provides Internet-based services and features within MindManager that can retrieve related content from Mindjet (including ) or interoperate with other third party external sites or resources. Examples of these features include templates, updates, map parts, online Help, and Mindjet support services. You may choose not to use these Internet-based services. To use such features, you may be required to obtain access to such external sites, resources, or providers. Your use of such external sites or resources is subject to additional terms and conditions of such external sites or providers (e.g., , Bing, Amazon, Google, eBay, Facebook, and MySpace). You acknowledge and agree that Mindjet is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such third party web sites or resources. User submitted content to Mindjet shall conform to the Mindjet Content Standards, available at:/pdf/eng/Mindjet_Content_Standards_EN.pdf. You further acknowledge and agree that Mindjet shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource. Except as otherwise noted in materials accompanying a service, Mindjet may change or cancel them at any time. These Internet-based services connect to MindManager or service provider computer systems over the Internet. In some cases, you will not receive a separate notice when they connect.d.Mindjet Design Partner. If you opt-in to the Mindjet Design Partner program, MindManagerwill track your usage of the user interface and certain features and periodically send such information, including your IP address, to Mindjet. The information Mindjet collects is used to improve MindManager. This information is aggregated, anonymous, and is not personally identifiable to you. Participation in the program is voluntarily and you may elect to opt-out at any time.e.Trial and Conversion. If you receive MindManager on a trial basis, your rights to use MindManager are limited to the trial period. The length of the trial period is set forth during the activation process, and the trial version may contain a subset of the features and functions of the full version. You may have the option to convert your trial rights to subscription or perpetual rights. Conversion options will be presented to you at the expiration of your trial period. After the expiration of any trial period without conversion, most features of MindManager will stop running. At that time, MindManager will revert to “Viewer” status - you can continue to open, view and print any documents you created with MindManager. If MindManager is a version that you have converted or exchanged from a valid licensed prior version, you agree that by installing and using MindManager, you will no longer use the prior version. Mindjet reserves the right to require certification of the destruction of such previous version of MindManager.f.Upgrade. If you receive an upgrade to MindManager pursuant to MSA or purchase of an Upgrade license, upon upgrade, this EULA takes the place of the agreement for the MindManager version you upgraded from. After you upgrade, you may no longer use the earlier version of MindManager you upgraded from.g.NFR Licenses. If you receive MindManager pursuant to a Not-For-Resale (“NFR”) license, you may not re-sell or transfer the license to any third party.h.Trial and NFR License Warranty Disclaimer. If you receive MindManager on a trial basis or pursuant to a NFR license, MINDMANAGER IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. MINDJET AND ITS LICENSORS BEAR NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE (OR ATTEMPTED USE) OF MINDMANAGER THROUGH AND AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE TRIAL.i.Term Licenses, Subscription Software. If you licensed MindManager on a subscription basis for a limited license term, your rights to use MindManager are limited to the license term set forth in the Ordering Document. In particular, please note that by purchasing MindManager on a subscription basis, you consent to Mindjet automatically renewing your MindManager subscription annually and invoicing you (or charging your credit card, as applicable) annually for such renewal. You may also have the option to extend the license term longer than one (1) year or convert to a perpetual license. If you extend the license term, you may continue using MindManager until the end of your extended subscription. After the expiration of your subscription, you are legally obligated to discontinue your use of MindManager and uninstall it. Mindjet reserves the right to require certification of the uninstallation of MindManager. As part of your subscription, MSA services are included in the applicable license fee.
