塑料工业的机械和装备的水平对该工业的发展起着关键作用。

比起传统的塑料挤出机,单螺杆塑料挤出机有他积极的优势,通常他能加工出高分子量、高粘度热塑性好的塑料。

其中有高生产率低熔点、高熔体强压力的塑料有利于化学降解,产品质量高,品,因此是最佳的塑料生产这使得单螺杆塑料挤出机生产经济,特别适用于稳定的挤压。

螺杆的回转航程和固定筒壁的相互作用是挤出机的泵出过程中必要的参数。

为了运输塑料材料,其摩擦在螺杆的表面要低,但在固定的筒壁要高。

2 泵分类2.1 按属性结构2.1.1 螺杆泵 screw pump由螺杆(转子)与衬套(定子)或泵体(体套合一)之间形成螺旋空间腔室,当其啮合旋转时,沿轴向交替输送流体的转子泵。

2.1.2 转子泵 rotary pump依靠一个或多个泵(以下简称泵)工作元件的旋转运动将封闭在各个有限容积内的流体从进口送至出口的一种泵。

2.1.3 单螺杆泵 single screw pump由一个螺杆(转子)和一个内螺纹衬套(定子)之间形成螺旋空间腔室,当其啮合旋转时,沿轴向交替输送流体的螺杆泵,螺杆螺纹相对于旋转轴是偏心的,如图1所示,图1 单螺杆泵2.1.4 双螺杆泵 twin screw pump由两个螺杆(转子)与衬套(定子)或泵体(体套合一)之间形成螺旋空间腔室,当其啮合旋转时,沿轴向交替输送流体的螺杆泵,两个螺杆(转子)泵可以是同步或非同步,参见图2。
