6.2 Letters about Amending the L/C
Biblioteka If any discrepancies or some unforeseen clauses to which the seller does not agree are found in the L/C, the seller should ask the buyer to make amendment. Sometimes an expected situation with regard to supply, shipping, etc. may arise. In this case, an amendment to the original L/C will also be required.
