传统光伏并网逆变器中带有工频或高频变压器,用于电压调整和电气隔离。

然而,工频变压器存在体积大、成本高等缺点[5]。

高频变压器虽然减小了体积和重量,但电路结构比较复杂,同时影响系统整机效率。

因此,无变压器非隔离型光伏系统成为当前的研究热点[6-9]。

由于缺少变压器电气隔离,系统共模电压作用在光伏电池与大地间形成的寄生电容上,产生漏电流[10]。

漏电流会带来电磁干扰、并网电流畸变及功率损耗增加等问题,还会危及设备与人员安全[11]。

德国VDE-0126-1-1标准要求光伏逆变器必须满足漏电流幅值小于300 mA,有效值小于30 mA。
