分布式热电联供就是用户的自备电站。用一种燃料即发电又产热自用。

热电联供是能源梯级利用并以此达到节能效果的典型方案。

CHP is a “within the fence project”. It uses the fuel to produce both electricity and heat , and it is a typical example of raising energy efficiency.

金桥项目概述

1. 本项目是典型的节能环保项目,在能源供应方面,用户申请的用电负荷为2 x 1250KVA

(2000KW)。由于本项目作为试点,仅提供一套QSK19GFBA发电机组,额定功率为315KW。

该套机组与甲线母线并联,采用并网不上网的运行方式。

2.机组在电负荷高峰及平时段运行,每天13小时,早起晚停。产生的热能基本被用户利

用,总体能源利用率高达到84%。

3.QSK19GFBA发电机组冬夏时节供甲线总电力需求的40~50%;春秋时节调峰运行或带基本

负荷运行。发电的同时,将回收的余热(70度-6吨/小时)提供给美格菲游泳池加热, 和其它用户生活用热,按一年12个月(春夏秋冬各4个月)节省天然气加权平均,每小时可节约天然气20Nm3。

4.康明斯提供的稀薄燃烧燃气内燃机发电机组、机组控制和并网控制装置是自行研发和制

造的产品,均为世界领先技术。机组自动启停,操作简单易行。康明斯在上海金桥有独资的专业维修、培训公司,在外高桥保税区有独资的东亚物流中心,提供快捷高质的服务。

5.废气排放符合中国标准: No x小于500mg。本热电联供项目已享受了上海市多项鼓励政

策。

JQ Project Introduction

This is a typical environmental friendly project. Regarding energy consumption, the Customer applied 2 Mains each with 1250KVA (2000KW).

Since this is the “experimental project”of JQ Group,so that the modeling is only with 1 set of QSK19GFBA gas genset, at the capacity of 315KW. The genset is connected with Mains A. The operation mode is to parallel with the power grid, but not to sell power to the grid.

In Winter & Summer season, the genset provides about 40~50% of the power demand; In Spring & Autumn, it operates either at base load of load following. While generating the power, waste heat is recovered, and then transfers them all into hot water(70deg C-6t/h)for heating the swimming pool and other heat users. The CHP system operates 13 hours a day at peak and partial-peak time.Through the comprehensive use of the energy, the total utilization rate is up to 84%.

The gas engine, alternator, genset controls and the paralleling equipment are all Cummins designed and manufactured, of which, they rank at the world advance level. The genset starts /stops automatically, and easy for O&M.

Cummins has its own maintenance & training company in SH JQ, and also a logistic center that located in SH WGQ. Both of them could provide high quality and in time service for the customer.

Effluents and discharges are all to the national standard. This project has enjoyed several preferential policies.
