1. Why do you choose Nestle as your career starting point? What in Nestle attracts you most?

I used to dream to enter Nestle since I am freshman. When I chose Food science and nutritional engineering as my major, I have come out the thought that I should joint a big, international food company like nestle in the future.

Adidas is the biggest food product company with hundreds years history. I am attracted by the world-class product, like the basketball shoes,you will feel you are enjoying the life when use the adidas product.furthermore, adidas is a international famous company which has an elaborated training system for the new staff ,which is helpful for our career growth.

world-class products, which are well known by everyone,such as coffee, chocolate and

milk,especially the Pumpkin Creamy Soup Mix ,the taste is great! Better quality,better life, you will feel you are enjoying the life when use the Nestle products.

2. What do you think are the essential qualities in being successful in your career development with Nestle? Where do you see yourself 3-5 years from now and why?

I think the most essential qualities in being successful in my career development with Nestle is the Passion. I am 24 years old which is a golden age and I will graduated in 2 month then enter the society. I am so happy I can join the reality society though it is may be a little cruelty. With the passion for my life, I am eager to learn new things, I am eager to conquer the difficulties, and I will succeed.

In the coming 3-5 years , I think the most important thing is to do what I should do well and be proficient in it. I hope to gain a lot of experiences,know more details about my job,and make my job more sophisticated ,then I will be the best in my working field.I know this short period is very important in my career so I should learn and improve quickly. Above all, I will try my best to be a middle manager or excellent staff in my department.

3. When you choose from our open positions, what is your base for your priority setting and why?

Compared to the theoretical research,I prefer the practical producing process,I can learn immediate experience ,then try to perfect my job.I am a responsible and serious person, I believe I am suitable for this position and do it well. I choose sales because I am interested in the elaborate and scientific marketing strategy ,which is a wisdom of company taking full advantage of marketing research approaches to study the beavior of consumers, In addition ,I like to sell the best quality product!

My major is food science and nutritional engineering, I am familiar with the whole food sector as well as the security of the food staff. Add to this, I have minored a second degree which is marketing 3 years ago which shave my edge to compete this position. Though I don’t finish all the course because of the shortness of the time but I think I am more suitable for your position.

4. What is your biggest achievement in the past years and what is the most impressive experience from which you can draw a lesson?

The biggest achievement in the past year I can remember is organize the whole class running

for the “Best league branch” which is a highest honor for a class in the school from my opinion. I hold a meeting at first to enhance the motivation and passion of us. I divide the whole task into several part a nd distribute is to my classmates and make everyone cooperate well. After a week’s hard work, we have prepared well and have collected all the material for this running and we got it at last. I am so happy we can succeed to be a champion as a whole group. From this thing I understand how important of the cooperation and the power of the group.

5. How do you evaluate yourself in terms of strength and weakness?
