一概述 E119A 提升机防爆液压站是为煤矿井下单筒提升机配套而设计的。
用于提升机正常工作制动及故障状态下的紧急制动的控制。在紧急制动时, 实现二级制动来保证提升机的安全。
整个系统设有 A 管和 B 管,接到盘形闸,A 管在紧急停车时实现全 制动,B 管实现二级制动。也可不用 A 管,盘形闸只接 B 管,用 B 管来控 制正常工作制动和紧急制动。在紧急制动时若 B 管油路由于电气或阀动作 不灵造成不能转入二级制动油路时,其工作油路直接回油箱,实现一级制 动,从而大大提高了提升机的安全可靠性,杜绝恶性事故的发生。

All locally valid regulations and requirements must be observed.RemarksThe measuring result is influenced by the thermal characteristics of the wall. A solid concrete wall responds to thermal fluctuations within a room slower than a light-weight structure wall. Room temperature sensors installed in flush-mounted boxes have a longer response time to thermal variations. For example, in extreme cases they will detect the radiant heat of the wall even if the air temperature in the room is lower. The quicker the dynamics of the wall (temperature acceptance of the wall) or the longer the selected inquiry interval of the temperature sensor is, the smaller the deviations are.Temperature sensors with electronic components always have a dissipative power which affects the temperature measurement of the ambient air. The dissipation in active temperature sensors shows a linear increase with rising operating voltage. The dissipative power should be taken into account when measuring temperature. In case of a fixed operating voltage (±0.2 V) this is normally done by adding or reducing a constant offset value. As Belimo transducers work with a variable operating voltage, only one operating voltage can be taken into consideration, for reasons of production engineering. Transducers 0...10 V / 4...20 mA have a standard setting at an operating voltage of DC 24 V. That means, that at this voltage, the expected measuring error of the output signal will be the least. For other operating voltages, the offset error will be increased by a changing power loss of the sensor electronics.If a readjustment directly at the active sensor should be necessary during later operation, this can be done with the following adjustment methods.- For sensors with NFC or dongle by the corresponding Belimo app - For sensors with a trimming potentiometer on the sensor board - For bus sensors via bus interface with a corresponding software variableAuxiliary Digital Input can be used with third-party sensors and switches (window alarm,occupancy detector, etc.). TEST PINS
Test Pin 1 and Test Pin 5 are reserved for in-package Zener zap. To achieve the highest level of accuracy at the output, the Zener zapping technique is used to trim the output voltage. Since each unit may require a different amount of adjustment, the resistance value at the test pins varies widely from pin to pin and from part to part. The user should leave Pin 1 and Pin 5 unconnected.
All electrical grades are available in an 8-lead SOIC_N package; the PDIP and TSSOP packages are available only in the lowest electrical grade. Products are also available in die form.
