为了保持健康体育锻炼是最好的方法.爬山可以磨练毅力;跳绳可以是我们长高~积极参加体

在体育课上我们可以在操场上跑步、打篮球、跳绳~都可以强身健体.在冬天同学们依然不畏
严寒在操场上坚持跑步甚至都出了汗.
想要健康饮食也很重要.食物金字塔上写着:吃一点点盐、油、糖一些牛奶酸奶鸡蛋和肉类;
许多蔬菜、水果大量的五谷杂粮.这样营养均衡才能保持好身体.
每天中午学校都有好吃的饭菜.老师命令我们必须全部吃掉.虽然我们有点抱怨但我们都知道:老师是为我们好.我们就一个个“狼吞虎咽”享受掉“营养午餐”.
生命是宝贵的健康就是保持生命的“防御”设备.要想健康就从饮食和运动做起!

对于大多数孩子来说,他们喜欢吃肉类和蔬菜,不喜欢吃水果。

这是不利于他们长身体。

健康的生活方式能让人们生活和谐。
