英语report简单范文课前3分钟
英语report简单范文课前3分钟In today's rapidly evolving world, technology has become an integral part of our daily lives, and education is no exception. The advent of digital tools and resources has transformed traditional learning methods, bringing both challenges and opportunities. This report will explore the positive and negative impacts of technology on education and aim to provide insights for educators and policymakers.One of the most significant benefits of technology in education is the accessibility of information. With just a few clicks, students can access a wealth of knowledge online. Educational websites, online libraries, and digital textbooks are now available, allowing learners to research topics and enhance their understanding beyond the classroom. This accessibility is particularly beneficial for students inremote areas, where traditional educational resources may be limited.Moreover, technology has facilitated personalized learning experiences. Adaptive learning platforms, powered by artificial intelligence, can tailor lessons to meetindividual students’ needs and learning styles. This approach not only enhances engagement but also allows for a more effective learning process. Students can learn at their own pace, revisiting challenging concepts or advancing more quickly through familiar material. This individualized attention can lead to improved academic performance and higher levels of student satisfaction.However, the incorporation of technology in education is not without its drawbacks. One of the main concerns is the over-reliance on digital devices, which can lead to decreased social interaction among students. Face-to-face communication skills are vital for personal development and collaborationin the workplace. Virtual classrooms and online discussions may lack the richness of in-person interactions, potentially hindering the development of crucial interpersonal skills.Additionally, the digital divide poses a significant challenge. Not all students have equal access to technology and the internet. This inequality can exacerbate existing educational disparities and limit the opportunities available to disadvantaged students. Schools and educators must work collaboratively to ensure that all students have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in a technology-driven environment.In conclusion, while technology presents numerous advantages for education, it also raises important concerns that must be addressed. Balancing the benefits of technology with the need for social interaction and equitable access is crucial for creating an effective learning environment. As we continue to navigate this changing landscape, educators andpolicymakers must work together to harness the potential of technology while ensuring that all students can thrive in their educational journeys. By doing so, we can prepare the next generation for success in an increasingly digital world.。

SchumpeterTeam spiritBusinesses are embracing the idea of working in teams. Managing them is hardTEAMS have become thebasic building-blocks oforganisations. Recruitmentads routinely call for “teamplayers”. Business schoolsgrade their students in part ontheir performance in groupprojects. Office managersknock down walls toencourage team-building.Teams are as old as civilisation, of course: even Jesus had 12 co-workers. But a new report by Deloitte, “Global Human Capital Trends”, based on a survey of more than 7,000 executives in over 130 countries, suggests that the fashion for teamwork has reached a new high. Almost half of those surveyed said their companies were either in the middle of restructuring or about to embark on it; and for the most part, restructuring meant putting more emphasis on teams.Companies are abandoning functional silos and organising employees into cross-disciplinary teams that focus on particular products, problems or customers. These teams are gaining more power to run their own affairs. They are also spending more time working with each other rather than reporting upwards. Deloitte argues that a new organisational form is on the rise: a network of teams is replacing the conventional hierarchy.The fashion for teams is driven by a sense that the old way of organising people is too rigid for both the modern marketplace and the expectations of employees. Technological innovation puts a premium on agility. John Chambers, chairman of Cisco, an electronics firm, says that “we compete against market transitions, not competitors. Product transitions used to take five or seven years; now they take one or two.” Digital technology also make s it easier for people to co-ordinate their activities without resorting to hierarchy. The “millennials” who will soon make up half the workforce in rich countries were reared from nursery school onwards to work in groups.The fashion for teams is also spreading from the usual corporate suspects (such as GE and IBM) to some more unusual ones. The Cleveland Clinic, a hospital operator, has reorganised its medical staff into teamsto focus on particular treatment areas; consultants, nurses and others collaborate closely instead of being separated by speciality and rank. The US Army has gone the same way. In his book, “Team of Teams”, General Stanley McChrystal describes how the army’s hierarchical structure hindered its operations during the early stages of the Iraq war. His solution was to learn something from the insurgents it was fighting: decentralise authority to self-organising teams.A good rule of thumb is that as soon as generals and hospital administrators jump on a management bandwagon, it is time to ask questions. Leigh Thompson of Kellogg School of Management in Illinois warns that, “Teams are not always the answer—teams may provide insight, creativity and knowledge in a way that a person working independently cannot; but teamwork may also lead to confusion, delay and poor decision-making.” The late Richard Hackman of Harvard University once argued, “I have no question that when you have a team, the possibility exists that it will generate magic, producing something extraordinary…But don’t count on it.”Hackman (who died in 2013) noted that teams are hampered by problems of co-ordination and motivation that chip away at the benefits of collaboration. High-flyers forced to work in teams may be undervalued and free-riders empowered. Groupthink may be unavoidable. In a study of 120 teams of senior executives, he discovered that less than 10% of their supposed members agreed on who exactly was on the team. If it is hard enough to define a team’s membership, agreeing on its purpose is harder still.Profound changes in the workforce are making teams trickier to manage. Teams work best if their members have a strong common culture. This is hard to achieve when, as is now the case in many big firms, a large proportion of staff are temporary contractors. Teamwor k improves with time: America’s National Transportation Safety Board found that 73% of the incidents in its civil-aviation database occurred on a crew’s first day of flying together. However, as Amy Edmondson of Harvard points out, organisations increasing ly use “team” as a verb rather than a noun: they form teams for specific purposes and then quickly disband them.Teeming with doubtsThe least that can be concluded from this research is that companies need to think harder about managing teams. They need to rid their minds of sentimental egalitarianism: the most successful teams have leaders who set an overall direction and clamp down on dithering and waffle. They need to keep teams small and focused: giving in to pressure to be more “inclusive” is a guarantee of dysfunction. Jeff Bezos, Amazon’s boss, says that “If I see more than two pizzas for lunch, the team is too big.” They need to immunise teams against groupthink: Hackman argued that the best ones contain “deviants” who are willing to ruffle feathers.A new study of 12,000 workers in 17 countries by Steelcase, a furniture-maker which also does consulting, finds that the best way to ensure employees are “engaged” is to give them more control over where and how they do their work—which may mean liberating them from having to do everything in collaboration with others.However, organisations need to learn something bigger than how to manage teams better: they need to be in the habit of asking themselves whether teams are the best tools for the job. Team-building skills are in short supply: Deloitte reports that only 12% of the executives they contacted feel they understand the way people work together in networks and only 21% feel confident in their ability to build cross-functionalteams. Slackly managed teams can become hotbeds of distraction—employees routinely complain that they can’t get their work done because they are forced to spend too much time in meetings or compelled to work in noisy offices. Even in the age of open-plan offices and social networks some work is best left to the individual.。

2023年英语四级3月作文report
The Impact of Technological Advancementson Education: A ReportIn the fast-paced world of 2023, technological advancements have revolutionized various aspects of life, including education. The integration of technology into the classroom has brought about significant changes in the way students learn and teachers teach. This report aims to explore the impact of technological advancements on education and assess their effectiveness in enhancing learning outcomes.Firstly, the widespread use of digital devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones has made it easier for students to access educational resources. Online learning platforms and digital libraries provide a vast repository of knowledge that is accessible at any time and from anywhere. This flexibility in learning has enabled students to study at their own pace, without being confined to traditional classroom settings.Moreover, technological advancements have also transformed the teaching methods. Interactive whiteboards, projectors, and virtual reality (VR) technologies have madeclassrooms more engaging and dynamic. Teachers can now incorporate audio, video, and animations into their lessons to make them more appealing to students. This not only enhances students' engagement but also helps them retain information better.In addition, the use of artificial intelligence (AI)and machine learning algorithms has personalized learning experiences for students. These technologies analyze students' learning patterns and identify areas where they need improvement. Based on this analysis, AI-powered tools provide customized recommendations and resources to help students overcome their weaknesses. This personalized approach to learning is more effective in addressing students' individual needs and promoting their overall growth.However, despite the numerous benefits of technological advancements in education, there are also some challenges that need to be addressed. One such challenge is the issueof digital divide, where some students may not have accessto the necessary devices or internet connectivity to participate fully in online learning. To address this issue,governments and educational institutions need to invest in providing equal access to technology for all students.Moreover, the integration of technology into the classroom requires teachers to have the necessary skills and knowledge to use it effectively. This means that teachers need to be trained on how to use digital tools and platforms to enhance their teaching methods. Failure to do so may result in a mismatch between the technologyavailable and the teachers' ability to utilize it, thus limiting its effectiveness in improving learning outcomes. In conclusion, technological advancements have brought about significant changes in the field of education, enhancing both teaching and learning processes. While there are still some challenges that need to be addressed, the potential of technology in education is immense. By investing in providing equal access to technology, training teachers on its effective use, and addressing the digital divide, we can harness the full potential of technology to transform education and promote better learning outcomesfor all students.**技术进步对教育的影响:一份报告**在2023年这个快节奏的世界里,技术进步已经彻底改变了生活的各个方面,包括教育。
第三单元作文研究报告
第三单元作文研究报告英文回答:In the third unit research report, I learned a lot about the importance of environmental protection and the impact of human activities on the environment. For example, I learned about the concept of carbon footprint, which represents the total amount of greenhouse gases emitted directly or indirectly by human activities. This made me realize that even small everyday actions, such as driving a car or using electricity, can contribute to carbon emissions and climate change.I also learned about the concept of sustainable development, which emphasizes the need to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. This concept really resonated with me, as it made me think about how our actions today can have long-term consequences for the planet and future generations.

First week, we got our test sequence running, making sure the relay and voltage settings work correctly.
Second week, we followed the instructions provided, setting up multiple sub-sequences and ran each step, getting all the data needed to characterize the op amp.
Third week, we followed the tutorials on various calculations, calculated all the data needed.

PSRR calculation:
site1:
Vos at 18V is 0.0002507008535055V Vos at 2V is -0.0003649627768086V.
According to the function
PSRR = 128.38dB
site2:
Vos at 18V is 0.0003507071284984V Vos at 2V is -0.000393089541647V
PSRR = 126.74dB
PSRR in datasheet = 130dB. The result we get is pretty close to it.
Open Loop Gain:
site1:
site2:
For the +-4.8V supply voltage, the V(pos) and V(neg), used to calculate open loop gain, were slightly off, due to error in the teststand sequence.
CMRR calculation: site1:
site2:
Analysis: The CMRR ranges from 100dB to 120dB, as the input voltage approaches supply rail, the CMRR significantly degrades, substantiating that op map should not work in region close to power.
Headroom:
site1:
When supply voltage is at 4.8V, the output voltage drops below 4V.
Postivie drop out: 4.8 - 3.898 = 0.9V Value in datasheet: 1.2V dropout
Negative drop out: -4.67 - (-4.8) = 0.13V Value in datasheet: 1.2V dropout
site2:
Positive drop out: 4.8 - 3.898 = 0.9V Value in datasheet: 1.2V dropout Negative drop out: -4.67 - (-4.8) = 0.13V Value in datasheet: 1.2V dropout Ib current calculation:
Vos1 = 0.000191322V 0.00015382V
Vos2 = -0.000233705V -0.00023995V
using equation
we get Ib = 4.2nA for site1, Ib = 3.9nA for site2.
The value in the datasheet is 5nA. So the result is pretty close.

As the graph shows, the off-voltage increases with input voltage, which is in line with the trend shown in our data.
Closed loop gain, Summing junction gain:
From the bias resistors. The closed loop gain should be -1, and the summing junction gain should be 101.
The closed loop gain we derived is -0.975, the summing junction gain matches 101.
