卫生部全国细菌耐药监测网上传数据标准

全国细菌耐药监测网信息系统数据上报标准V6.02017年1月1日修订全国细菌耐药监测网通过“全国细菌耐药监测网信息系统”收集所有成员单位的耐药监测数据,系统具备完善的数据筛选和容错处理功能,支持上传的数据文件格式为WHONET 5.6软件所导出的通用数据文件格式,文件后缀无要求。

除此以外,系统还支持Excel表格,包括Excel 2003以下版本生成的(*.xls)以及Excel 2007/2010所生成的*.xlsx。

一、科室代码设置监测网成员单位首次登录时须先使用【本院科室管理】功能,登记注册医院临床科室并将其映射至系统所要求的标准科室分类上,该映射关系可随着本院的科室变化随时进行调整(增加、删除、修改),调整之后不影响曾经上传过的文件,仅影响在调整时间点后上传的数据。

而各医院临床科室对应上报数据文件中的WARD字段保存的值,可以为本院临床科室名称或本院临床科室代码,取决于各院在WHONET中是如何管理的,或者是如何从LIS系统导出的。

完成医院科室设置后,在上传本院数据时,系统会自动将已经设置好的本院科室信息与系统标准的科室分类进行映射,并将映射结果直接写入DEPARTMENT字段,不影响WARD 字段中上传的原始值,DEPARTMENT字段实际上可以不填写,甚至是整列都不存在。

建议在上报的数据文件中直接将DEPARTMENT字段设置成系统内置的标准科室代码(3位字符)。

二、数据文件各字段要求1、来源ORIGIN非必填字段,最长1个字符。

若填写,则其必须为“h”,若不填写,数据上传后系统会自动补充,若填写值不为“h”,系统将自动替换成“h”。

2、国家COUNTRY_A非必填字段,最长3个字符。

若填写,则其必须为“CHN”,若未填写,数据上传后系统会自动补充。

3、医院INSTITUT非必填字段,为国家卫生计生委统一分配的标准代码,标准6字符,前两位为国家标准省级代码(如北京为11,福建为35等),后4位为各省编码(从0001开始),例如福建省立医院为350001,若未填写,数据上传后系统自动补充已注册的医院标准代码,若填写则必须与本院的代码一致,否则系统会自动替换为正确代码。

‎A设定值越‎大,脉间越‎宽,断丝风‎险降低。

“‎O”在M设‎定的时间内‎的加工被判‎定为稳定时‎,输出ON‎参数定义的‎脉冲,不稳‎定时输出改‎为O参数定‎义的脉冲。

‎精加工状态‎下,“M”‎即定义电压‎级别来判断‎加工状态是‎否稳定。

“‎A”在M设‎定的时间内‎的加工被判‎定为不稳定‎时,自动以‎A参数设定‎的脉间宽度‎倍数扩展实‎际输出的脉‎冲间隔。

“‎O”没有定‎义。

S‎V:伺服参‎考电压。

决‎定电极丝前‎进还是后退‎。

加工进行‎时,丝与工‎件间的平均‎电压在变化‎,其值小于‎S V时丝退‎,大于SV‎则丝进。

‎V:电极丝‎和工件之间‎的电源电压‎设定,设定‎值越大,放‎电能量越大‎。

SF‎:设定工作‎台在加工进‎行中的进给‎速度。

‎C:定义电‎容级别,仅‎在精加工时‎有效,TM‎粗加工时必‎须是零。

复方夏天无联合软骨保护药物治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎的随机对照研究曹伟宁;郭团茂;陈文恒;行艳丽;朱海云;李婉茹【摘要】目的观察复方夏天无联合玻璃酸钠与氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节早中期骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法150例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分成对照组与试验组,每组75例.对照组采用氨基葡萄糖口服,同时行玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上口服中成药复方夏天无.分别于3、6个月后依据治疗前后视觉模拟(VAS)评分、KSS评分、SF-36问卷、临床疗效评价治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果随访3个月后,2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),随访6 个月后,2 组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);试验组总有效率为89.33%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 2组患者治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应发生.结论口服复方夏天无、氨基葡萄糖联合膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠对于早中期膝关节骨性关节炎症状的改善优于口服氨基葡萄糖联合膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠;复方夏天无对于膝关节骨关节炎患者症状的缓解、生活质量的提高方面具有较好的疗效.%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound recipe rhizoma corydalis decumbentis combined with sodium hyaluronate and glucosamine in treatment of prometaphase knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods A total of 150 patients with KOA were randomly divided into experimental group (n=75) and control group (n=75). The patients in control were treated by oral glucosamine combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate, however, the patients in experimental group,on the basis of control group,were treated by oral compound recipe rhizoma corydalis decumbentis. The therapeutic effects, incidence rate ofadverse reactions, visual analogue score ( VAS),knee society score ( KSS), Shor form 36 health survey questionnaire (SF-36) at 3 months and 6 months after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in curative effects after 3-month follow up between the two groups (P>0. 05),however, there were significant differences in curative effects after 6-month follow up between two groups (P>0. 05). Moreover, no severe adverse reactions during treatment were observed in both groups (P < 0. 05).
