设备点检的基本概念TPM设备管理培训公司概述:设备的技术状况如何,直接关系到企业的生产水平;设备管理的水平如何,直接影响到企业经营的效果。 在现代企业中,设备管理已经成为关系到企业经济效益,关系到企业生存与发展的重要环节。 实行设备点检是现代企业对设备管理的客观要求。 设备点检一、设备点检的含义设备点检是在全员维修思想的指导下,按照五定的方法对设备实施全面的管理。 设备点检是一种科学的设备管理方法,是利用人的感官或仪表、工具,按照五定的方法对设备进行检查,找出设备的异状,发现隐患,掌握设备故障的初期信息,以便及时采取对策,将故障消灭在萌芽阶段的一种管理方法。 二、设备点检的目的实行点检管理就是要防故障于未然,即通过对设备的检查和诊断,尽早发现不良的部位,判断并排除不良的因素,进而确定故障修理的范围和内容,并且编制出精确、合理的备品配件供应计划和设备维修计划,从而保持设备性能的高度稳定,提高设备效率。 三、设备点检的实质按预先设定的部位、项目和内容,对设备进行检查和测定,掌握设备劣化的程度和发展趋势,进而提出防范措施并及时加以处理,确保设备性能稳定,延长零部件寿命,达到以最经济的维修费用来完成设备维修的目的。 四、设备点检的特点1、体现了设备管理思想的更新。 点检管理摆脱了传统管理的被动性,增强了管理意识,也改变了传统、僵化的管理思想。 如,从以修为主的思想转为以防为主,从只管设备使用维修阶段转为设备一生管理,从只抓设备技术管理转为既抓技术管理又抓经济管理,从以时间为基础的维修转为以技术状态为主的维修等。 2、实行全员管理。 这是点检工作的基础,是点检制的基本特征。 3、专职点检人员按区域分工进行管理。 这是点检活动的实体,是点检制的核心。 4、管理职能的重心下移,点检员是管理者。 这是点检制的精髓,真正体现了点检员的核心地位。 5、按照严密的规程标准体系进行管理。 点检是一套科学的管理工程,不再是经验型管理或长官意志的盲目指挥,而是由完整的规程标准体系将其沿着科学的轨道推进,这是点检活动的科学依据。 6、把传统的静态管理推进到动态管理。 点检定修制减少了传统的大、中、小修的盲目性,把问题解决在最佳时期的动态修理中,实现了维修最佳化目标。 五、设备点检五定的内容1、定点:设定检查的部位、项目和内容;2、定法:确定点检检查方法;3、定标:制订维修标准;4、定期:设定检查的周期;5、定人:确定点检项目的实施人员。

Dear Sir/Madam, I officially submit my application for the enrollment to the selfdefense course at the English Summer Camp organized by your school. Despite the fact that I have no access to the syllabus of this course, I do expect that I will be able to learn practical and effective techniques to protect myself from potential assaulters, especially sexual offenders. My motive comes from the disturbingly high crime rate in our city as well as recent news reports regarding the gang-rape case. I heard rumors that the teaching of this course allows practicers to utilize their limited strength to attack offender’s body, depriving them of the capability of continuing the offensive action.
