方法:回顾性分析25例采用一次性电子输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术的临床资料。
20例患者术前预置内支架管2~4周,另5例患者未预置内支架管,进行一期手术。
术后记录软镜鞘置入成功率、手术时间、并发症发生率、结石即刻清除率、1个月后清除率、术后住院时间等指标。
结果:25例患者均顺利完成软镜碎石术,软镜鞘置入成功率100%。
手术时间35~120 min,平均(59.7±20.3)min;并发症:输尿管损伤2例,为黏膜损伤,Clavien-DindoⅠ级或Ⅱ级;术后发热2例;无尿源性脓毒血症发生。
结石即刻清除率48%、术后1个月清除率92%。
术后住院时间2~5天,平均(3.6±1.0)天。
结论:一次性电子输尿管软镜图像清晰,操控性好,免维护,避免交叉感染,联合钬激光碎石治疗上尿路结石疗效安全可靠,更适合在基层医院推广。

脂质体的稳定性研究及稳定策略摘要:脂质体作为药物传递系统, 在生物医学和药学领域中倍受青睐。
针对其化学、物理稳定性方面,国内外学者进行了大量研究,本文就其研究方法和已有的提高其稳定性的策略进行概述。

In terms of its chemical and physical stabilities, domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research. The present review is aimed to overview those research methods and common strategies to improve the stability of liposomes.Keywords: Liposomes; Stability; Phospholipid;Particle size1 引言脂质体(Liposomes)是磷脂分散在水中形成的类球状的、包封一部分水相的、有单层或多层脂质双分子层的封闭囊泡。
其基本组成包括磷脂和胆固醇,药物包封或镶嵌在泡囊中构成脂质体制剂。
脂质体属于热力学不稳定体系,脂质的微粒形态、分布、相转变温度、动电电位的大小、流体学性质等显著影响其物理稳定性,而脂质的氧化、水解等是限制其化学稳定的主要因素,因而脂质体的稳定性研究在脂质体制剂的开发中具有重要现实意义。
据Chang等[1]的统计数据,截至2012年,已批准上市的12种注射脂质体制剂中4种为冻干固体制剂,包括AmBisome、Amphotec、Myocet、visudyne,说明其液体制剂的长期稳定性问题可能尚未能很好解决。
高强度聚焦超声辐照猪胰腺实验研究

生皮肤烧伤,头结肠坏死或穿孔,头胃豁膜损伤; 中等能量组4 头猪胰腺凝固性坏死程度较轻, 2 4 1 头发生结肠坏死;低能量组胰腺组织凝固性坏死不明显, 但电镜下可见细胞器损伤, 周后出现胰腺 1 坏死现象, 未发生皮肤、 胃及结肠损伤;未放置水囊组 4 头猪中只有 I 头光镜下见胰腺点状坏死 , 皮 肤、 胃及结肠的损伤较放置水囊组明显加重。结论 通过胃内放置水囊的方法可有效改善猪胰腺 HIFU 超声通道, 高能量 HIFU辐照猪胰腺更易发生凝固性坏死, 但对胃、 结肠的损伤较重; 中低能量 HIFU 可引起猪胰腺发生多种形式损伤或坏死, 损伤程度相对较轻, 但相对安全。 【 关键词】 高强度聚焦超声; 胰腺; 胃肠系统 Radiation of high intensity focused ultrasound to pig pancreas : experimental study XIONGLiu-lin ’ ,

聚焦超声治疗CINⅡ的临床疗效及价值张艳;蓝幼叶【摘要】Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of moderate cervical intraepithelial neoplasia by high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods Convenient selection from September 2014 to September 2015 for patients with moderate cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in our hospital were divided into two groups, the high intensity focused ultrasound treatment of 128 cases of mod-erate cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients as the observation group, with cervical LEEP treatment of 157 patients with moderate cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients as control group, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 128 cases in the observation group were treated by high intensity focused ultrasound for 3 months, and the results were normal. After 6 months of treatment, the cervical fluid based cytology test was normal. After treatment, the patients had no adverse reactions, and the cervix returned to normal, and no scar was formed. The control group of 157 patients after LEEP treatment 3 months follow-up colposcopy, 108 cases of patients with cervical smooth, 49 patients with mild cervical erosion patients, cervical biopsy under colposcope, 3 cases results for mild cervical intraepithelial neoplasia; after 6 months after treatment, cervical liquid based cytology, 154 cases were normal, 3 cases suggest that low grade squamous intraepithe-lial lesion. Conclusion For childless, cervicalunsatisfied exposure, heart disease LEEP surgery for patients,high intensity focused ultrasound is a safe and effective method for the treatment of moderate cervical intraepitalial neoplasia.%目的:通过高能聚焦超声治疗宫颈中度上皮内瘤变,探讨其临床疗效,从而评价高能聚焦超声治疗宫颈中度上皮内瘤变的有效性和安全性。

方法:根据治疗意愿将175例变应性鼻炎患者分为3组,其中高强度聚焦超声组A 组58例,免疫治疗B 组65例,药物治疗组C 组52例。
三组之间两两比较观察对比患者的鼻部症状及临床治疗有效率。
结果:随访1年三组患者鼻痒、喷嚏、流清涕、鼻塞各症状评分差异,C 组高于A 组高于B 组(P < 0.05)。
随访1年,总有效率B 组89.2%高于A 组77.6%高于C 组55.8% (χ2 = 30.36, P < 0.01)。
结论:变应性鼻炎患者分别使用聚焦超声治疗、脱敏治疗及药物治疗疗效均较好;但是高强度聚焦超声治疗相较于脱敏治疗及药物治疗具有便捷、可重复性、生理负担轻等优点和安全性高的优点,三者疗效相辅相成,可在临床工作中结合患者特征将三者灵活搭配运用,为治疗变应性鼻炎提供新思路。

分析逆向调强放射治疗(IMRT)肺癌患者的临床观察

分析逆向调强放射治疗 (IMRT)肺癌患者的临床观察【摘要】目的探讨逆向调强放射治疗(IMRT)肺癌的临床疗效。
方法随机选取2018年3月-2021年10月本院68例肺癌患者,按照治疗方法分组,每组各34例,对照组与观察组分别采取三维适形放射治疗与逆向调强放射治疗,对比治疗效果。
结果治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率方面,观察组分别是79.41%与8.82%,对照组分别是55.88%与29.41%,观察组比对照组治疗总有效率高,而不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。
结论肺癌疾病临床治疗过程中,逆向调强放射治疗方法的应用有助于患者临床症状减轻,提高治疗效果,而且能够尽量降低不良反应发生率,值得临床采纳、推广。
【关键词】肺癌;逆向调强放射治疗;三维适形放射治疗[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of inverse intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) for lung cancer. Methods 68 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2021 were randomly pided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group. The control group and the observation group were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and reverse intensity modulated radiotherapy respectively, and the treatment effects were compared. Results in terms of the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions, the observation group were 79.41% and 8.82% respectively, and the control group were 55.88% and 29.41% respectively. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). 高强度聚焦超声消融治疗子宫肌瘤的临床评价沈忠兵;朱向明;倪观太;江峰;刘表虎【期刊名称】《皖南医学院学报》【年(卷),期】2014(33)6【摘要】Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of high-intensity focused ultrasound ( HIFU) by precise positioning for ablation of hyste-romyoma.Methods:By precise positioning and applying real-time monitoring system(JC-type),52 patients with hysteromyoma (87 myomas) underwent ablation at the location of the focal field.One month after treatment,enhanced MRI was performed to determine the ablation rate for the target fibroids,and plain MRI was applied to evaluate the focal size reduction 6 months and 12 months after invention,respectively.The patients were also followed up for the changes of the menstruation and hemoglobin level.Results:The ablation rate of target fibroids was (83.2±13.6)% within one month after treatment.Six months and twelve months after treatment,the size of target fibroids was significantly reduced[(56.04 ±23.65)%;(70.00 ±21.26)%,respectively], and the menstrual blood volume was reduced,whereas hemoglobin level was elevated.The difference was significant(all P <0.05).No serious intra-or post-operative complications occurred.Conclusion:Under sedation analgesia,high-focused ultrasound by precise positioning for ablation of the hysteromyo-ma can be safe and efficacious.%目的:评价高强度聚焦超声( HIFU)精确定位消融治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。
