Party B will be responsible for heat fee.8.Within the term of this agreement, Party B shall be entitled to claim compensation from the deposit for any losscaused by Party A’s faults or behaviors of selling ,damaging and losing the in-house equipments without authorization from Party B. If the deposit is not sufficient for the loss, Party B shall reserve the right to pursue.Meanwhile, Party A should fill the deposit within five days upon receiving the notice from Party B.9.Any damage or loss within the house is incurred due to the impropriate use of the house or as a result of man-made reasons, Party A will bear the cost of repairing and inconvenience caused by the repairing requirement. 10.The damage parts incurred due to the improper use of the house shall be renewed or repaired by Party A. If anyassistance to maintenance issues required from Party B, Party B shall take action within 5 days upon receiving the repairing request from Party A. Party A should pay the related expenses to Party B.
