2012 Think Like A Lawyer
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are (1) 18 years of age or older as of February 29, 2012 (2) law students at 205 select U.S. law schools and (3) subscribers to the LexisNexis® services with existing law student LexisNexis identification login and passwords as of February 29, 2012 . Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of the LexisNexis division of Reed Elsevier Inc. and its parents and its and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers (collectively, “Sponsor”) and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 AM Eastern Time February 29, 2012 through 11:59 PM Eastern Time March 28, 2012 (“Term”), go to /lawschool and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the weekly Think Like A Lawyer Sweepstakes by completing the weekly Think Like A Lawyer quiz posted to the site.
Participants can earn one entry for the weekly sweepstakes drawing by completing the weekly Think Like A Lawyer quiz posted to the site during the Term. Participants cannot earn multiple entries by completing the quiz more than once, only one weekly entry per weekly quiz completion.
Weekly Think Like A Lawyer quizzes:
Week of February 29th (2/29/12 – 3/6/12): Quiz #1
Week of March 7th (3/7/12 – 3/13/12): Quiz #2
Week of March 14th (3/14/12 – 3/20/12): Quiz #3
Week of March 21st (3/21/12 – 3/28/12): Quiz #4
No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete
entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated,postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
RANDOM DRAWING: One winner will be selected for each weekly quiz (on March 6th, March 13th, March 20th and March 28th respectively for each weekly quiz) by random drawings from all eligible entries received during that particular weekly quiz. You can only win once (e.g., no multiple winners). Decisions of the Sponsor are final on all
