ADM的原则
每一个事件代号唯一 任何两项活动的紧前事件和紧后事件至少
有一个不相同,节点序号沿箭线方向越来 越大 流入(流出)同一节点的活动均有共同的 后继活动(先行活动)
活动定义
为了得到工作分解结构中最底层的交付物, 必须执行一系列的活动,对这些活动的识 别以及归档的过程叫活动定义。
对计划活动进行定义,就是识别与记录计 划要实施的各种工作。
项目工作包被有计划地分解为更小地组成 部分,叫做计划活动。

ADM也称为AOA (activity-on-arrow) 或者双代号项目网络图,
在ADM网络图中,箭线表示活动(工序\工 作),
