【摘要】高职院校的英语教学应当由原来主导性的"学科型"和"知识型"大学英语教育逐步向"职业型"和"能力本位型"的专门用途英语(ESP)教育过渡.四川建筑职业技术学院通过调研分析,精准定位ESP课程,推进和制定行业ESP教学大纲,合理选择和编写ESP教材,加强ESP师资力量的培训,建立学科专业测评体系和完善课程评价体系,建设ESP网络资源库和语料库,以培养出高层次复合型人才,来适应社会各行各业的需求.%English teaching in higher vocational colleges should gradually transform from the original "discipline" and"knowledge" college English education to the "profession" and "ability standard" type of English for specific purposes (ESP) education. Through investigation and analysis, Sichuan College of Architectural Technology accurately positions the ESP courses, promotes and develops industry ESP teaching outline, reasonably chooses and writes the ESP teaching materials, strengthens ESP teachers training, sets up assessment system and perfects the evaluation system of academic disciplines, and constructs the ESP web repository and corpus, to cultivate high-level talents and meet the needs from all walks of life in society.
