Let the students try to read the dialogue of page 26, underline the words or sentences they can’t read or don’t understand.

1)Listen to the tape and repeat
2)Let the students try to guess it’s meanings.(the teacher can help
them)
3)Show the new words “not”with some body languages(eg:Show a picture
of “Mr Duck “,ask and answer. Are you Mr Dog ? No,I’m not. Show
a picture of Eve, ask and answer: Are you Lulu?No,I’m not.)Let the
students guess the meaning of “not”.
4)Teacher acts first,the students follow,and speak it out,then choose
some students to act, the other say.
5)Slove the above questions together.
6)Let the studerts listen to the tape .then retell the dialogue.
A Let the students practise the dialogue in pairs or in groups.
B Let the students act out the dialogue inpairs
