不同过敏原检测方法对过敏性疾病的检测结果对比与分析

【摘要】目的：探讨不同过敏原检测方法的阳性检测率，为过敏性疾病患者的防
治提供科学依据。

方法：将80例过敏性疾病患者随机数字表法分为两组，第1组采用血清过敏原检测、生物共振检测系统进行过敏原检测，第2组采用皮肤点刺
试验、生物共振检测系统进行过敏原检测。

结果：皮肤点刺试验和生物共振检测系统阳性检测率接近，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；血清过敏原的阳性检测率与
其他两种检测结果比较，存在显著统计学意义（P<0.01）。

结论：3种检测方法
各有优缺点，但生物共振检测系统因过敏原试剂包含种类全面，容易筛选出过敏原，患者顺应性好，是一种适用、简便的筛查手段。

%Objective:To explore the positive detection rate of different allergens detection method,provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of allergic disease patients. Method:80 patients with allergic diseases were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group 1 received detection of serum allergen,biological resonance detection system for detection of allergen,Group 2 used the detection of allergen skin prick test,biological resonance detection system. Result:Skin prick test and biological resonance detection system positive detection
rate were closed,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Serum allergen positive detection rate and other two kinds of test results had significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion:3 kinds of detection methods
have advantages and disadvantages. But biological resonance detection system for anaphylactogen reagent containing many kinds of comprehensive,easy screening allergens,and patient compliance is good,which is a suitable,simple screening method.
