IntroductionThis document is a guide to getting started with the Blue Pearl Software™ suite.1.1 Blue Pearl OverviewThe Blue Pearl Software suite (Blue Pearl) automatically checks your Verilog HDL and VHDL designs for compliance with user-selected and user-defined rules or properties. The supported properties range from synthesis compliance (including issues that could cause synthesis/simulation mismatches) and design re-use (for example: compliance with the requirements of the Reuse Methodology Manual) to complex properties such as analysis of clock domain crossings. In addition to Verilog and VHDL descriptions, Liberty format (.lib) is supported for large macros such as memory blocks. Additional licensing levels are available to automatically analyze your HDL and determine if paths that might be analyzed by timing analysis tools are false.1.2 Who Should Use Blue PearlBlue Pearl is intended for use by designers and verification engineers who are verifying digital logic designs written primarily in synthesizable Verilog and VHDL RTL code. Companies that are committed to creating re-usable code, designs that are testable and designs that have high MTBF requirements will benefit from using Blue Pearl. Also companies that are interested in reducing cycle times by spotting problems early on will find Blue Pearl's advanced analysis a great addition to their capabilities.Blue Pearl is not intended for use on non-synthesizable test-bench code.2. Verifying your Installation with the Blue Pearl GUIThe installation includes a sample design that you can use to verify that the Blue Pearl Software Suite works in GUI mode.2.1 Initial GUI window1.Start the Blue Pearl GUI under Linux by invoking the executable BluePearlVVE (for Visual Verification Environment) found in the /<installationdirectory>/BluePearl/bin/ directory. Under Windows, select Start → All Programs → Blue Pearl Visual Verification Environment → Blue Pearl Visual VerificationEnvironment or double-click the Blue Pearl Visual Verification Environment desktop shortcut created by the installation script. A GUI window will appear as shown below.2.Inspect the five license buttons in the upper right of the main window. The second and third should be active and selected. Running in Command-Line ModeWe strongly recommend use of the GUI for new users and for initial setup of the input files. Please see Section 3 of the Blue Pearl Analyze and Blue Pearl CDC Reference Manual for more details about command line options.3.1 Creating Template Files from the GUIThe easiest way to run in command-line mode, and the only way to ensure that you can return to the GUI to view the results, is to use the GUI to create template input files.1In the working directory, create a design.f file (where design is the top module name), which consists of a list of HDL files followed by an “incdir” statement, if necessary, in the format+incdir+source/include where source/include is the path to your “include”directory.2Start the GUI as described in the previous section.3Open the Design Settings dialog (Setup Design → Design Settings or the second shortcut).4Go to the Design Files menu, check the -f File: check-box, and click “…” to open the Select -f File dialog.5Locate and select the design.f file that you created earlier.6Click Open in the Select -f File dialog.7Click the Load -f File button to translate the commands in the design.f file into the equivalent settings within the GUI.8Click OK in the Design Settings dialog. 救心汤治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察胡根胜,王华桥摘要 目的:探讨救心汤治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效㊂方法:选取2021年12月 2023年4月金寨县中医医院收治的阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭病人64例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例㊂对照组给予规范西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用救心汤治疗㊂比较两组病人治疗前后血清B 型利钠肽(BNP )㊁左室射血分数(LVEF )㊁中医证候积分㊁中医证候疗效㊁白细胞介素(IL )-17㊁IL -6㊁超敏C 反应蛋白(hs -CRP ),监测并记录不良反应发生情况㊂结果:治疗后,两组血清BNP 水平均较治疗前降低,LVEF 较治疗前升高,且治疗组血清BNP 水平较对照组降低,LVEF 较对照组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)㊂治疗后,两组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)㊂治疗后,两组血清IL -17㊁IL -6㊁hs -CRP 水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组血清IL -17㊁IL -6㊁hs -CRP 水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P )是由于多种致病危险因素持续作用下心肌发生病理性改变伴随收缩和/或舒张功能渐进性衰退的一种复杂临床综合征,常表现为气短乏力㊁心慌㊁胸闷㊁呼吸困难㊁水肿等不适症状㊂慢性心力衰竭为心血管疾病终末期表现和主要死因,伴随着人口老龄化,患病率逐年升高,严重危害人类生命健康,是全球性的公共卫生问题㊂近年来,西医治疗慢性心力衰竭取得阶段性进步,但仍存在诸多不足[1-2]㊂中医药作为我国的传统医学,在诸多学科领域表现出其良好的疗效和独特优势㊂目前,心力衰竭是中西医结合研究领域的一个热点,可归属于中医学 心悸 心痹 心水 等范畴,中后期阶段中医证候以阳虚水泛型多见,治疗以益气温阳㊁化瘀㊁利水为大法[3]㊂救心汤为自拟方,源于‘石室秘录“卷六中的救心汤并结合名老中医李可的破格救心汤加减而成,日常临证治疗慢性心力衰竭效果良好㊂鉴于此,本研究探讨救心汤治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭病人临床疗效及其安全性,以期为该药临床推广应用提供理论依据,并为后续相关临床研究奠定基础㊂1 资料与方法1.1 西医诊断标准参照‘中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2018“[4]诊断标准,心功能分级诊断标准参照美国纽约心脏病学会(NYHA )标准㊂1.2.2 中医诊断标准符合‘慢性心力衰竭中西医结合诊疗专家共识“[5],并参考‘中药新药临床研究指导原则“[6]中心力衰竭的阳虚水泛型相关诊断标准,主症:心悸喘促,畏寒肢冷,肢体面部浮肿;次症:困倦嗜睡,小便不利,浮肿或胸腹水;舌脉:舌淡或有齿痕,苔白或白滑,脉沉细或迟㊁结㊁代㊂以上证候具备主症2项,或主症1项加次症2项或典型舌象,参考脉象即可诊断㊂1.3 纳入标准符合慢性心力衰竭的西医诊断标准及阳虚水泛证中医诊断标准;NYHA心功能分级Ⅲ级或Ⅳ级;年龄40~85岁;7d内未使用过其他中药制剂者㊂1.4排除标准全身系统的急危重症如急性脑血管意外㊁肺栓塞㊁呼吸窘迫综合征㊁严重感染㊁急性心肌梗死㊁急性心包炎㊁急性心肌炎㊁心源性休克㊁主动脉夹层㊁恶性心律失常㊁肾衰竭等严重危及生命等情况;新型冠状病毒感染及其他确诊的传染病病人;慢性肾脏病4期及以上包括血液透析者;精神或行为异常及不能配合完成全部研究过程者;妊娠或哺乳期妇女㊂1.5剔除标准病程中病情恶化㊁中度以上发热等观察者认为受试者不适宜继续本研究者;因严重不良反应退出者;依从性差,自行更改治疗方案,不能坚持完整疗程者;研究过程中病人因各种原因自行退出而中止者㊂1.6治疗方法所有病人均给予综合性规范西医治疗,规定用药方案为:沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片㊁琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片㊁螺内酯片㊁达格列净片㊁呋塞米片,药物剂量或剂型根据指南推荐以及具体病情酌情而定㊂治疗组在对照组基础上加用救心汤煎剂,早晚各200mL,每日1剂㊂救心汤组方:熟附子(久煎)10g,人参片15g,生黄芪30g,茯苓15g,炒白术10g,川芎12g,赤芍10g,泽兰10g,山茱萸(去仁)15g,麦冬15g,炙甘草20g㊂随证加减:病情危重者加用生龙牡粉㊁活磁石粉各先煎30g;阳气虚甚黑附子加量或加干姜10g;阴虚加五味子10g㊁石斛15g等;痰湿重加半夏㊁陈皮㊁合欢皮等运脾化湿和胃之剂;血瘀证明显,加桃仁㊁丹参㊁郁金等药物;寒痰喘闷㊁悬饮加炙麻黄10g㊁细辛3g㊁葶苈子15g等㊂两组均以7d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程㊂所用西药㊁中药饮片均由金寨县中医医院药房提供并统一煎煮分装㊂1.7观测指标1.7.1B型利钠肽(BNP)㊁左室射血分数(LVEF)采集两组病人治疗前后空腹外周静脉血5mL, AIA-360仪器用化学荧光法测量血清BNP水平㊂采用ACU SONS2000彩色多普勒超声系统测量LVEF㊂1.7.2中医证候积分参照‘中药新药临床研究指导原则“[6]对两组治疗前后主症及次症进行评估,主症依照严重程度:0分为无症状,2分为症状轻度,4分为症状中度,6分为症状重度;次症依照严重程度:0分为无症状,1分为症状轻度,2分为症状中度,3分为症状重度,计算两组病人治疗前后中医证候积分总分值㊂疗效指数=(治疗前总积分-治疗后总积分)/治疗前总积分ˑ100%,显效为疗效指数ȡ70%;有效为疗效指数30%~<70%;无效为疗效指数<30%;恶化为治疗后总积分>治疗前总积分㊂1.7.3血清炎性因子白细胞介素(IL)-17㊁IL-6㊁超敏C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平采集两组治疗前后空腹外周静脉血5mL,血清分离后采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清IL-17㊁IL-6㊁hs-CRP水平,试剂盒购于海研启生物科技有限公司㊂1.7.4不良反应监测并记录两组病人治疗过程中的生命体征,肝㊁肾功能,电解质等,观察有无药物不良反应及不良事件的发生㊂1.8统计学处理采用SPSS26.0软件进行数据分析㊂符合正态分布的定量资料以均数ʃ标准差(xʃs)表示,采用t检验;定性资料以例数或百分比(%)表示,采用χ2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义㊂2结果2.1两组血清BNP㊁LVEF水平比较治疗后,两组血清BNP水平均较治疗前降低, 慢性心力衰竭 病名,但类似症状见于 喘证 水肿 心水 等范畴[10]㊂慢性心力衰竭中医证候特征为本虚标实㊁虚实夹杂,以气虚㊁阳虚㊁血瘀为主[3]㊂心脏体阴用阳,心气充沛则心主血脉和藏神功能正常,脏腑经络及四肢百骸功能协调[11]㊂反之,年老体衰,心肺气虚,日久心阳亏虚,累及肾阳,则全身失于温煦㊁脉管不利㊁血行不畅㊁心神涣散,产生瘀血㊁痰饮㊁水肿等病理产物,出现形寒肢冷㊁腰背冷痛㊁倦怠乏力㊁心悸胸闷等症状㊂故阳虚水泛证是慢性心力衰竭末期的常见证候[12]㊂本研究所用救心汤,组方中附子辛甘大热,入心㊁肾㊁脾经,能补火助阳㊁益火消阴,其气雄悍,温通经络,走而不守,为 通十二经纯阳之要药 ;人参甘温,入脾㊁肺㊁心㊁肾经,大补元气㊁复脉固脱,与附子同用能回阳救逆,起死沉疴,擅长于补脾肺肾气,救虚衰五脏于水火之中,又能补气养血生津,扶正驱邪,使血脉充盈㊁筋脉濡养㊁脏腑和顺,兼能定悸安神,二者辛甘化阳,气血阴阳兼顾而为君㊂臣以黄芪㊁茯苓㊁炒白术,黄芪甘温益气㊁益卫固表㊁利水消肿,助人参补益肺脾肾三脏之气,气旺则血旺,气行则血行,恰如汪机‘营卫论“所载: 参芪不惟补阳,而亦补阴 ,达到气血阴阳双补之用[13]㊂茯苓甘淡渗利水湿㊁健脾安神,炒白术甘温补虚健脾㊁苦温燥湿利水,二者与甘草㊁人参配伍形成四君子汤补益后天,脾健则运化水湿正常,胃气平和则气血生化有源,正所谓 中央土以灌四傍 胃者五脏之本 The jack is part of a complete ATLAS-X1 Cat 6A UTP system, ideal for the most demanding mission-critical network applications. The connector supports emerging technologies and will easily adapt to network trends.SPECIFICATIONThe jack shall meet or exceed the requirements for channel and component-level electrical transmission performance as described in ANSI/TIA-568.2-D (Cat 6A), ISO/IEC11801-1 (Class E A ), and EN 50173-1 (Class E A ). The jack shall be compliant with ANSI/TIA-1096-A, c(UL)us Listed, and be independently verified for electrical transmission performance and power delivery. The jack body shall be made of die-cast zinc and all plastic components shall be made of high-impact, fire-retardant plastic rated UL 94V-0. The jack shall support tool-free termination and re-termination and shall not require a specialized termination tool. The jack wiring shall be universal to accommodate T568A and T568B wiring schemes. The jack shall be available in 13 colors; more than established by the ANSI/TIA-606-C standard.
