What’s the meaning of capital? What can be the capital? According to the views of Marxist political economics, capital is a way to bring value of the residual value of a specific and economic areas of capitalist relations of production, it reflect the relations of capitalist exploitation of works ,therefore, the concept of capital is not a stock. However , today while we are separating the stock of macroeconomic accounting , reproduction process of “capital” refers to all the input of physical capital, intangible capital, financial capital and human capital .From the perspective of investment activities, capital and associated flow calculation, and as an investment activity of precipitation or accumulated as a result ,the stock of capital and accounting .
In real life, capital is always performance for certain things, such as money, machines, factories, raw materials, goods, even beauty. But capital is not the nature of things, but reflect on the content of production relations.
So the capital can be divided into the following categories. The first is the system of capital social production relations, it promoted or added by social changes such as political ideas to implement. The second is the human capital .The last one is the physical capital, and it includes the nature and human creation given by the two .
Sometimes I think capital is a kind of control, how to say? For example, a person he has money , he can use it to buy something he like, to do some kind of exchange or investment. We can say that he has the money to him with the role, and this relationship is what we called capital domination. Here we focus on the human capital and physical capital. First human capital is refers to the economic value of exist in the body of knowledge, skills, and physical quality factors . It is also known as “living capital”,with innovative, creative, and has the efficient allocation of resources adjust enterprise development strategy, the market strain capacity. Human capital on economic growth and social development plays an important role. As for physical capital, refers to the long-term existence form of production materials, such as machinery, equipment, plant, buildings, transportation facilities. Physical capital is the materials basis and to realize economic growth and development conditions, and thus it is irreplaceable.
In a word, the capital is kind of tangible or intangible assets, each of us own it more or less, capital for a person’s success is playing a very important role, if a person knows all kinds of skills, we may say that is his capital, his life’s
capital. Now that we have learned the importance of capital, we should try to develop our abilities, so that we will have the
capital to achieve our dreams.。
