Based on the highly acclaimed Lake Processing technology, it provides seamless compatibility withLab.gruppen’s PLM ™ Series Powered Loudspeaker Management ™systems as well as LM Series and the MY8-LAK E. The LM 26’s easily programmable EQ and delay capabilities allow quick reconfiguration for use as processor and line driver for self-powered loudspeaker applications as well as for systems using separate power amplifiers. In step with the flexible Lake Processing technology implemented in the PLM Series, the LM 26 accepts audio signals as analog, AES3 digital, or via Audinate’s advanced Dante digital audio network at 48 kHz and 96 kHz sampling rates. Automatic input priority switching may be enabled, and the unit can function as both an input matrix mixer and Dante break-in and break-out box.Exclusive Lake Processing features incorporated in the LM 26 include Raised Cosine Equalization; linear phase and classic crossovers; and LimiterMax peak and RMS limiters. The Super Module capability allows flexible grouping of processor channels across separate hardware frames, including prior Lake products and PLM Series units. All functions are controlled via wired or wireless networking by the Windows ®-based Lake Controller software application. A universal power supply with detachable locking mains cable allows worldwide use.The LM 26 can be controlled or monitored via a 9-pin General Purpose Input Output (GPIO) connection. External devices such as alarm systems can trigger mute, power control or preset recall functions; status and fault conditions can also be reported externally.GPIO configuration is available via the front panel or Lake Controller.LM 26: Digital Audio Loudspeaker ProcessorModule I/O Levels and Dedicated Mute Buttons:This section is dedicated to the Module input and output signals. The inputs and outputs are separated by a white marker, depending on Mesa or Contour mode being used. The meter segments for each channel indicate clipping (red); -2 dB (yellow); and -6, -12,-60 dB (green). The dedicated MUTE button is either RED (muted),Intuitive Parameter Adjustment:Parameters are adjustable using six dynamic function buttons and a rotary encoder. A user-editable parameter is identified with an illuminated button or encoder, providing intuitive navigation and control. Parameters can be adjusted in small increments and simultaneousmultiple-parameter adjustment is also available.Powerful Matrix Router:The LM 26 provides a powerful output routing matrix via the front panel. This matrix, similar to the Lake Controller, allows any input or module output to be routed to the analog or digital outputs. This allows easy configuration of I/O routing, without the need for a connected PC - convenient and practical.Display Meter View:The default view of the daylight readable display provides Module I/O gain and limiter gain reduction meters along with associated frame, module and channel labels; an alternate I/O Status View provides a summary of input configuration, digital clock status and input level metering. A dedicated LED indicates various faults or warnings.Lake Controller Software:The Lake Controller and associated applications, including Firmware Update and Preset Manager Utilities, form a powerful suite of software enabling detailed control and management of Lake Processor networks. The Lake Controller enables adjustment of all LM 26 parameters, including gain, delay, limiters, EQ, crossovers and all I/O configuration and routing.Installed on a wireless touch-screen Tablet PC, the Lake Controller can be used to group processors together for simultaneous control from any location in the venue. The Lake Controller provides a real-time integration with Smaart 7 and Live Capture Light/Pro, providing direct audio analysis and measurement feedback within the Lake Controller. One Lake Controller for all Lake products:LM Series, PLM Series devices, and the Yamaha MY8-LAKE. This routine will solve thermocouple reading inaccuracies due to unmatched T/Cs of the same type, different sensor lead lengths, or temperature gradients across the input terminals.SCAN CYCLE TIMEAll input signals and 2 alarm set points per channel are scanned every 2 seconds regardless of chart speeds or datalog intervals.ENGINEERING UNITSAny three character engineering unit can be created and assigned to correspond with any scaling factor on any channel. Units such as GPM, T/D, RPM, MIL, TON, KG, etc. can be assigned to channels. These units will be included in the computer output, digital display and printed on the chart when datalogging.SCIENTIFIC NOTATIONInput values exceeding five digits can be expressed in scientific notation on the chart, digital displaysand serial output. For example, 0.000061 TOR would be represented as 6.1 X 10-5.PROGRAMMABLE RESOLUTIONFor datalog, serial ASCII and digital displays; one or five places to the right of the decimal may be selected.Page 1 of 8ALARM OPERATIONALARM SET POINTSEach channel includes 2 set points that can be used to indicate high/low, high/higher, low/lower or rate of change alarms. Set points can be programmed along any range in any engineering units.ALARM TREND PRINTINGWhen any channel exceeds an alarm set point, the date and time are printed on the chart and brackets (< >) will appear around the ID number of the channel involved until the alarm condition ends. The date and time will also be printed when the alarm ends.ALARM DATALOGGINGOne normal and one fast rate can be programmed for datalog printing with the faster interval occurring during alarm conditions. An H for high alarm or an L for low alarm will follow the channel ID number of the channels in alarm.ALARM CHART SPEEDThe operator may select a slow chart speed for normal operating conditions and a second, faster speed for alarm conditions. The faster chart speed will automatically engage whenever one or more channels exceed a high or low alarm setting. The date and time will be printed when the recorder switches to alarm speed and when the alarm condition has cleared. The unit will return to the normal speed when the alarm has cleared.RATE OF CHANGE ALARMThe rate at which any input changes over a programmable period of time can be displayed on any channel. As with every other channel, this channel will have two programmable set points.ALARM BUZZERA built in alarm buzzer will beep every 2 seconds as long as any alarm condition continues or until silenced from the keyboard.ALARM SCAN FREQUENCYAll 64 alarm set points (2 per channel) are automatically scanned every 2 seconds.ALARM MESSAGES12 messages of 16 characters each can be composed and assigned to specific set points. A message can then be printed whenever its assigned set point is activated. These messages may contain instructions for the operator such as "CHECK COOLANT" or "CALL EXT. 9030" or the message may identify the nature of the alarm, such as "HI TEMP OVEN #3."ALARM RELAYS (OPTIONAL)The recorder is available with optional 12, 24, or 32 alarm relays. Relays are S.P.D. T. and can be assigned to any individual or group of set points using And/Or logic. After a connection is made, data will be transmitted for 30 minutes or for the duration of the alarm before automatic disconnect.Page 2 of 8COMPUTER INTERFACEA complete two-way RS-232 and 20 mA current loop interface is standard in every 2702. The output is programmable and can contain date and time as well as alarm status, measured variable and engineering units. Data transmission can include all channels, selected channels or only channels in alarm. Data can be transmitted to a connected computer, printer, terminal or data storage device at any interval from continuous to once every 7 days (168 hours). A connected computer can also query instruments for data on demand in channel by channel or in binary block formats for use in computer or PLC controlled data acquisition applications. Parity and stop bits are programmable and 15 baud rates can be selected from 50 through 19.2K.SERIAL OUTPUT ON ALARMEach channel can be programmed to appear in the computer output: 1) continuously, 2) never; 3) only when that particular channel is in an alarm condition.TAGLINES IN COMPUTER OUTPUTInstruments can be programmed to include or exclude 6 character taglines for channel identification in the serial output. MATH CALCULATIONSFLOATING POINT ARITHMETICFloating point addition, subtraction, multiplication and division between any two channels can be displayed on athird (virtual) channel. This virtual channel can itself be a part of any calculation.DOUBLE INTERPOLATIONData values on real and virtual channels can be manipulated by feeding them through multiple linearization tables and/or math routines. This feature allows channels to accept the conditioned value of another input channel as a direct input.SQUARE ROOTThe square root of any input can be extracted and displayed. The unit can trend, log and/or transmit up to 32 square root extractions.TIME AVERAGINGThe averages of up to 8 different inputs over a programmed time interval from 24 minutes to 254 hours can be calculated with an automatic reset after the selected interval.GROUP AVERAGINGThe average of any group of 2 to 31 channels can be calculated and displayed as a separate channel. Two or more group averages can be determined simultaneously.INTEGRATIONSamples of any input taken once per second are added and displayed until the programmed reset value has been reached. Operator may select a threshold level for exclusion of lesser input values.RATE OF CHANGEMonitors, records and transmits the rate of change of an input over a specified time period from 1 min. to 254 hours.MASS FLOWMass flow is calculated using the algorithm shown below and displayed as a separate input.FOCalculates the lethality factor of a temperature input monitoring a steam sterilization process. Internally calculates the total equivalent time at a base temperature derived from the actual real time temperature.Page 3 of 8PRINTINGTREND PRINTINGThe unit plots a data point (representing the input value) for each active channel with every excursion of the print head over the chart. The continuous series of these points forms a trend line. A channel ID number or three-character tag will appear to the right of the trend lines.DATALOGGINGInput signal data including engineering units and alarm status for all active channels plus date and time will be printed in a column format. The unit prints data in five columns (3 columns if tags are printed). The frequency of printing is adjustable from once every 12 seconds to once every 5000 minutes.TREND RECORDING AND DATALOGGINGAny combination of channels can be trend recorded, datalogged or both with individual control over each channel. Printing can also be set up for automatic interruption of trend recording with a datalog print of all input signals and then a return to trend recording. Switch from trend recording to datalog can be programmed to occur from once every minute to once every 168 hours and/or whenever an alarm occurs on any channel.ALARM TREND RECORDING AND DATALOGGINGAs an alternative to continuous recording or logging each channel can be programmed to appear in the trend or datalog printing only when it is in alarm. For example, channels 1 to 15 may be programmed for continuous recording, with channels 16, 18 and 20 to be printed on the chart only when they exceed their alarm set points.PROGRAMMABLE PRINT DARKNESSOne of four keyboard settings can be selected for optimum print contrast.DOT FILLINGThe dot filling feature produces a continuous trend line even if an input signal changes 100% of full scale in a few seconds.MINIMUM / MAXIMUMA digital print-out of min. and max. input values for each active channel over a programmable time period can be selected with automatic reset after print.REPORT GENERATIONA single keystroke activates a printout of real time plus min/max values with units of measure for all channels programmed for datalog printing.MESSAGE PRINTINGMessages typed on the keyboard can be printed on the chart or sent to a peripheral computer, terminal or printer via the serial port. Single line message length can be up to 109 characters. Computer generated messages received via the ASCII port can also be printed on the chart.CHART SCALE PRINTINGA user designed measurement scale can be stored for printing at regular intervals. Scale can be made up of any numbers, symbols and/or characters.DATE/TIME REFERENCEThe day, month, year, hour, minute and second are printed on the chart at user programmed intervals while trending or at the beginning of each datalog print interval. The data and time print also occurs automatically at the onset and clearing of an alarm condition.CHART SPEEDSKeyboard selectable from 0.01 "/hour to 120"/hour or 0.02 cm/hour to 300 cm/hour in 0.01 increments.PRINT CYCLE TIME32 channels can be printed in less than six seconds. Channel ID or tag, chart scale, date and time are printed at all chart speeds.AUTO CHART DRIVE SHUT-OFFA paper counter will monitor the length of chart paper on the feed roll and automatically switch the chart drive to standby if the supply drops below 5 ft. The alarm buzzer will sound and a message will be shown on the digital displays indicating that replacement is necessary.Page 4 of 8FEATURES AND RELIABILITYACCURACYBetter than 0.1% of the amplifier full scale ranges for +/-1 0 mV, +/-100 mV, +/-1 V, + 10 V ranges; better than 0.5% for +/-1 mV.
(RHK,RHL)。

Other converters operating with a similar switching frequency will also benefit by use of this device. These EMI filters are hermetically packaged in two enclosure variations, utilizing copper-core pins to minimize resistive DC losses. Three lead styles are available, each fabricated with Advanced Analog’s rugged ceramic lead-to-package seal assuring long term hermetic seal integrity in harsh environments.Manufactured in a facility fully qualified to MIL-PRF-38534, these converters are available in four screening grades to satisfy a wide range of applications. The CH grade is fully compliant to the requirements of MIL-PRF-38534 for class H. The HB grade is fully processed and screened to the class H requirement, but does not include element evaluation to the class H requirement. Both grades are tested to meet the complete group “A” test specification over the full military temperature range with no derating. Two grades with more limited screening are also available for use in less demanding applications. Variations in electrical, mechanical and screen requirements can be accommodated. The Block Diagram describes the general arrangement of the principal elements which have been connected to provide both differential and normal mode buffering between the input and output terminals.Employing only passive elements, AME filter operation is initiated simply by insertion into the input power path between one or more DC/DC converters and their input DC voltage bus. In this connection, output pins of the filter will be connected to input pins of the converters. When a single AME filter is used in conjunction with multiple DC/DC converters, the use will be limited to the maximum output current capability specified in the AME electrical table.1 A typical connection utilizing one filter to drive two converters is illustrated on page 1.1To calculate the input current (i in ) requirement of any one converter, first determine the maximum output power bymultiplying output voltage by maximum load current, divide this power by the efficiency to obtain input power and then divide input power by inputvoltage to obtain the input current (i in ). Note that to obtain worst case input current, you must use maximum load current, minimum efficiency and minimum line voltage in this calculation.AME270461 SeriesRequirement MIL-STD-883 MethodNo Suffix ES SuffixHB SuffixCH Suffix Temperature Range -20 to +85°C-55°C to +125°C -55°C to +125°C-55°C to +125°C Element EvaluationMIL-PRF-38534Internal Visual 2017 Yes Yes YesTemperature Cycle 1010 Cond B Cond C Cond C Constant Acceleration2001500gCond A Cond A Burn-in 1015 48hrs@ 85°C 48hrs@ 125°C 160hrs @ 125°C 160hrs @ 125°C Final Electrical (Group A)MIL-PRF-38534 & Specification25°C 25°C-55, +25, +125°C-55, +25, +125°CSeal, Fine & Gross 1014 Cond A Cond A, C Cond A, C Cond A, CExternal Visual2009Yes Yes YesAvailable Screening Levels and Process Variations for AME270461 SeriesStandard Military DrawingPINVendor CAGE CodeVendor Similar PIN98026-01HUA 52467 AME270461W/CH 98026-01HUC 52467 AME270461W/CH 98026-01HXA 52467 AME270461X/CH 98026-01HXC 52467 AME270461X/CH 98026-01HYA 52467 AME270461Y/CH 98026-01HYC 52467 AME270461Y/CH 98026-01HZA 52467 AME270461Z/CH 98026-01HZC 52467 AME270461Z/CHAvailable Standard Military Drawing (SMD) Cross Reference*Per Commercial Standards5AME270461 SeriesAME270461 Case Style OutlinesTolerances, unless otherwise specified: .XX = ±0.010.XXX = ±0.005AME270461 SeriesPin DesignationPin No.Designation1 Positive Input2 Positive Input3 Positive Input4 Input Return5 Input Return6 Input Return7 Output Return8 Output Return9 Output Return 10 Positive Output 11 Positive Output 12 Positive OutputPart NumberingAME 270 461 X / CHModel Input Voltage28 = 28V 50 = 50V 270 = 270VApplicable Military Test StandardCase StyleW, X, Y, ZScreening— , ES, HB, CHWORLD HEADQUARTERS: 233 Kansas St., El Segundo, California 90245, Tel: (310) 252-7105IR SANTA CLARA: 2270 Martin Av., Santa Clara, California 95050, Tel: (408) 727-0500Visit us at for sales contact information .Data and specifications subject to change without notice. 08/2004。

Racks and pinion engage with massive teeth over full length of pinion, resulting in balanced forces with minimal backlash.Pistons and racks are molded polyarilamide for sizes A through D5, and Aluminum Alloy for sizes E through G. Piston guides are Polyacetal for sizes A through D5, and PTFE Bronze for sizes E through G. Pinion gears are Cataphoresis coated Aluminum Alloy. Body and end caps are 316SS, Polyamide glass filled, or cast Aluminum Alloy Cataphoresis and Rilsan coated inside and outside. Actuator shaft is Stainless Steel (Series 300) for sizes A through D, and Cataphoresis coated steel for sizes D5 through G. O-Rings are self-Lubricating BUNA-N. Air connections are ¼” FNPT.Air RequirementThe condition and quality of the compressed air supply to an actuator will affect the efficiency and the life of the seals, guides, and actuator in general. We recommend installing a shutoff valve ahead of actuator to allow shutoff of air to allow removal of valve and actuator for maintenence.Clean, instrument quality dry air or gas is recommended for satisfactory operation. Lubricated air is acceptable, but is not necessary as the o-ring material is self-lubricating BUNA-N.If air lubricators are used, the lubricant selected must be compatible with actuator internals!Actuator may be used with liquid as the power source as long as liquid is compatible with actuator internals, and contains no suspended particles. The actuator environment temperature limits are -25°F and 195°F.InstallationType 21 Ball ValvesPosition the valve and the actuator to corresponding positions (either OPEN or CLOSED). The flats on the actuator shaft extension and the indicator knob should indicate valve positionType 21 Ball Valves (See Drawing #0114BV sizes ½” – 2”)Install mounting bracket #3 to actuator #2 using bolts #8 and washers #9. The flats on the actuator shaft extension and the indicator knob should indicate valve positionCAUTION: If valve is in line, system must be shut down and have no line pressure before removing throttle plate and retaining washer.Butterfly Valves(Type-57/57L See Drawing # 0204BF57 sizes 1-1/2” – 6”) No specially machined stem or valve body drilling required. Remove handle (remove handle cap and hex head bolt) to expose throttle plate screws. Remove throttle plate and retaining washer to expose existing bolt pattern.Insert coupling #4 into actuator. Mount bracket #3 to actuator with bolts #8 & washers #9 and tighten evenly. Install valve #1 onto mounting bracket and align stem of valve to engage with actuator shaft coupling. (Line scribed on top of stem indicates disc orientation). Install bolts and nuts #5 thru #7 and tighten evenly. Flats on actuator shaft indicate valve position. (Disc Orientation)Butterfly Valves (Type-56 (16” only) See Drawing #0167BF size 16”) Butterfly Valves (Type-57/57L See Drawing #0167BF57 sizes 8” – 14”)No specially machined stem or valve body drilling required. Remove gear operator by removing 4 thru bolts in body of valve to gear operator and lift off. Insert actuator shaft adapter #9 into actuator. Mount bracket #2 to actuator #10 using bolts #7 and washers #8. Install valve #1 to mounting bracket #2 using bolts #3, nuts #6, and washers #4, keeping in mind line scribed in valve stem indicates disc orientation before mounting and by flats on actuator shaft after mounting.Type 75 Butterfly ValvesButterfly Valves (See Drawing #1230 sizes 18” - 24”)No specially machined stem or valve body drilling required. Remove gear operator by removing 4 thru bolts in body of valve to gear operator and lift off. Insert actuator shaft adapter #9 into actuator. Mount bracket #2 to actuator #10 using bolts #7 and washers #8. Install valve #1 to mounting bracket #2 using bolts #3, nuts #6, and washers #4, keeping in mind line scribed in valve stem indicates disc orientation before mounting and by flats on actuator shaft after mounting.CAUTION: If mounted unit is installed other than straight up, the actuator should be supported individually in order to prevent side loading and loosening up of fasteners.OperationSingle and Double Acting:Pressurized air is introduced via the bottom port and displaces two opposed pistons. When the pistons are displaced, they in turn rotate the actuator output shaft counterclockwise, which opens the valve. This action is the same for single acting and double acting actuators.Single Acting:When the pressurized air is removed from the bottom port, the compressed springs located at the opposite side of the pistons relax. As the spring relax, they in turn rotate the actuator output shaft in a clockwise rotation, which closes the valve. Although the term “relax” is used, the springs are NEVER relaxed, and are ALWAYS under tension, so caution must be exercised.Double Acting:When the pressurized air is removed from the bottom port, the unit remains in the same position until pressurized air is applied to the top port (unlike the single acting actuator). When the pressurized air is introduced to the top port, it is channeled to the opposite side of the pistons, driving them to their original position, which in turn rotates the actuator output shaft in a clockwise direction, closing the valve.Optional Solenoid Valve (See drawing #004PNU)An optional solenoid valve (ASCO 8401 NAMUR mount) can be supplied mounted directly to the actuator. The cycling is accomplished by energizing the solenoid coil for one valve position (typically open), and de-energizing for the opposite valve position (typically closed). The unit is electrically fail safe; so it will return to its de-energized position on electrical failure, provided the air supply is not interrupted. The 8401 solenoid is equipped with speed controls, a manual override, and 18 inch long #18 AWG lead wire. The speed controls are needle valves that will reduce the C V value or increase the cycle time by creating back pressure within the actuator. Speed control adjustments are independent for the opening and closing strokes.Caution: If speed control adjustments are screwed in too far, actuator can not exhaust properly and will not cycle!!The manual override is engaged by pressing and rotating the red slotted screw clockwise 90 for the open position. Once the valve is open, simply rotate the red screw counter-clockwise 90 for the closed position.Caution: Manual override will not work without air supply!!MaintenanceThe Series 79P double rack and pinion actuators do not need anypreventative maintenance.Periodic checks should be performed to ensure proper tightness of allfasteners.Caution: Isolate actuator from electrical power supply and compressedair supply before any maintenance is performed. Make sure both sides ofpistons have been bled off.Dis-assembly of Actuator 1.Place actuator in press and compress actuator. 2.When pressure is on end cap remove snap ring from groove. 3.Slowly release press, allowing springs to fully extend. 4.Remove end cap and springs 5.Repeat steps 1 through 4 for opposite end cap 6.Rotate shaft counter-clockwise to remove pistons. 7.Remove snap ring from shaft. 8.Slide shaft through actuator body and out the bottom. Assembly of Actuator 1.Install shaft, washer, and secure with snap ring; making sure that the snap ring is seated 2.With the air inlet ports facing you, install pistons into actuator body with the rack of the right piston facing the air inlet ports. 3. Rotate shaft CCW (beyond open position) to engage both racks. Next, rotate shaft CW to pull pistons to the closed fully position (actuatorshaft should not be cocked, and there should be equal distancebetween the actuator body and the pistons).4. Install desired number of springs and end cap to actuator body.5. Compress springs with machine press6. When end cap is in place, install snap ring; making sure that the snapring is seated7. Slowly remove pressure from press to insure proper seating of endcap.8.Repeat steps 4 through 8 for other end. CAUTION --- DANGER Failure to use proper tools can result in SERIOUS INJURY! The actuator springs are very strong and are compressed when actuator is assembled. A machine press (not a vise), customfixture, and proper tools are required to disassemble actuator.Repair KitsNOTE: When ordering replacement actuator parts and/or options specifymodel # and voltage.Actuator Model Part Number Actuator Model Part NumberD79P 2398020 A79P 2398001D579P 2398025 B79P 2398000B579P 2398005 E79P 2398030F79P 2398040 C79P 2398010C579P 2398015 G79P 2398050 Each repair kit includes the following (Please reference exploded views)NumberDescription Item1 set of piston o-rings 111 set of piston guides 91 set of guide rings 101 set of end cap o-rings 31 set of upper shaft o-rings 121 set of lower shaft o-rings 131 shaft washer 61 shaft snap ring 7Engineering DataActuatorsSolenoidsAll solenoid coils may be used at +10% to -10% of rated voltages. These filters are offered as part of a complete family of conversion products pro-viding single and dual output voltages while operating from nominal +28, +50 or +270 input line voltage. Other converters operating with a similar switching frequency will also benefit by use of this device. These EMI filters are hermetically packaged in two en-closure variations, utilizing copper-core pins to mini-mize resistive DC losses. Three lead styles are avail-able, each fabricated with Advanced Analog’s rugged ceramic lead-to-package seal assuring long term her-metic seal integrity in harsh environments.Manufactured in a facility fully qualified to MIL-PRF-38534, these converters are available in four screen-ing grades to satisfy a wide range of applications. T wo grades with more limited screening are also available for use in less demanding applications. Varia-tions in electrical, mechanical and screen re-quirements can be accommodated. The Block Diagram describes the general arrangement of the principal elements which have been connected to provide both differential and normal mode buffering between the input and out-put terminals.1To calculate the input current (i in ) requirement of any one converter, first determine the maximum output power bymultiplying output voltage by maximum load current, divide this power by the efficiency to obtain input power and then divide input power by input voltage to obtain the input current (i in ). Note that to obtain worst case input current, you must use maximum load current, minimum efficiency and minimum line voltage in this calculation.OutputOutput ReturnInputInput ReturnEmploying only passive elements, AME filter opera-tion is initiated simply by insertion into the input power path between one or more DC/DC converters and their input DC voltage bus. In this connection, out-put pins of the filter will be connected to input pins of the converters. When a single AME filter is used in conjunction with multiple DC/DC converters, the use will be limited to the maximum output current capability specified in the AME electrical table.1 A typical connection utilizing one filter to drive two converters is illus-trated on page1.Although expressly designed to complement the AFL series of DC/DC converters, the AME50461 filters can be successfully operated in conjunction with other converters in the Advanced Analog line in-cluding the ASA, AHF , AHV and ATR series.AME50461 SeriesAME50461 Case Style OutlinesTolerances, unless otherwise specified: .XX = ±0.010.XXX = ±0.0055AME50461 SeriesPin DesignationWORLD HEADQUARTERS: 233 Kansas St., El Segundo, California 90245, Tel: (310) 322 3331ADVANCED ANALOG: 2270 Martin Av., Santa Clara, California 95050, Tel: (408) 727-0500Visit us at for sales contact information .Data and specifications subject to change without notice. 12/02Pin No.Designation1 Positive Input2 Positive Input3 Positive Input4 Input Return5 Input Return6 Input Return7 Output Return8 Output Return9 Output Return 10 Positive Output 11 Positive Output 12 Positive OutputPart NumberingAME 50 461 X / CHModel Input Voltage28 = 28V50 = 50V 270 = 270VApplicable Military Test StandardCase StyleW, X, Y, ZScreening— , ES, HB, CHAvailable Screening Levels and Process Variations for AME50461 SeriesRequirement MIL-STD-883 MethodNo Suffix ES Suffix HB Suffix CH Suffix Temperature Range -20 to +85°C-55°C to +125°C-55°C to +125°C-55°C to +125°C Element EvaluationMIL-PRF-38534Internal Visual 2017 ¬ Yes Yes Yes Temperature Cycle 1010 Cond B Cond C Cond C Constant Acceleration2001500gCond A Cond A Burn-in 1015 48hrs@ 85°C 48hrs@ 125°C 160hrs @ 125°C 160hrs @ 125°C Final Electrical (Group A) MIL-PRF-38534 & Specification25°C25°C-55, +25, +125°C-55, +25, +125°CSeal, Fine & Gross 1014 Cond A Cond A, CCond A, C Cond A, CExternal Visual2009¬Yes Yes Yes* Per Commercial Standards。
