The flexible manufacturing system The flexible manufacturing system(FMS) train points to have the high manufacturing system of the automation degree. The FMS speak about usually means in the lot size, batch size machining of metals currently with the forerunner's automation and Gao level of flexible is the manufacturing system of target.Along with society to product diversification, the low manufacturing cost and short manufacturing period's etc.'s need be gradually urgent, the FMS deveolps very and quickly, and because of micro-electronics technique, calculator technique, correspondence technique, machinery and the development of controlgear, also urge flexible manufacturing technique day attain mature, in 80's after, the manufacturing industry automation gets into for a brand-new ages, namely according to calculator of integrated manufacturing(CIMS) ages, the FMS has become the national machinery manufacturing of each industrialization to automate of develop and deveolp point.A, scalePress the scale all of the FMSs can be is divided into as follows 4 types:1.Flexible Manufacturing Cellular(FMC)The FMC publish and use to invite ratio FMS night in the manufacturing for 6~8 years, it is processed a centre, industrial robot by 1~2 and counts to control engine bed and material carrying to save to store equipments composing and have an adaptation to process have another species product of vivid. The FMC can be regarded as a FMS with minimum scale, is a FMS to cheap turn and small scaled turn direction development and a kind of outcome, its characteristics is to carry out single machine flexible turn and automate, have already get into up to the present universal application step.2.Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS)Usually include 4 or more full-automatic numbers to control engine bed(process centre and truning centre etc.), from concentrate the handling system of control system and material to connect, can under the sistuation that not shut down realization have another species, in process of small lot size, batch size and manage.3.Flexible Manufacturing Line(FML)It is be placed in the quantisty not- flexible and automatic line of single orlittle species large quantity with medium small lot size, batch size have another of species FMS of manufacturing line.It processes an equipments and can be an in general use earth, ground to process a centre, CNC engine bed;May also adopt definite purpose engine bed or NC definite purpose engine bed, have low request at the FMS to the system flexible earth, ground of the material handling, but the rate of manufacturing be higher. It with the long-lost type produce medium flexible manufacturing system with connect the control system(DCS) of the dispersion type within manufacturing line is representative, its characteristics is to carry out manufacturing line flexible turn and automate, its technique already the day attain mature, have already got into application to turn step up to the present.4.Flexible Manufacturing Factory(FMF)The FMF connects several FMSs, go together with to automate stereoscopic storehouse, use the progress contact of the calculator system, adoption from order, design, process, assemble, examine, deliver to hair goods of complete FMS.It included CAD/CAM, and make calculator integrated to make system(CIMS) devotion physically, realization manufacturing the system be flexible to turn and automate and then carry out whole plant the manufacturing control, product of the scope to process and the material store completely turn of the luck progress. The FMF is the tallest level that the automation produce and the reflection is most born the top of the boundary the forerunner's automation application a technique. It is manufacturing, product development and management the automation of management connect into one whole, with information stream control substance stream of intelligence manufacturing system(IMS) is representative, its characteristics is to carry out works flexible turn and automate. Two, key techniqueputer Aided Design, CADThe CAD technique development will lead into the expert system in the future, make it have intelligence to turn, can treat various complicated question. At present design a latest of the technique breakthrough is that the light is quick stereoscopic forming technique, that the new technique be directly to make use of CAD data and pass a computer control of laser scanning system, be divided into some lamellas:3Dnumerical pattern a two-dimensional flake form sketch, and press the two-dimensional flake form sketch to carry on an optics scanning to the quick resin liquid surface of the light in the bath, is scan of the liquid surface then becomes curing plastics, thus circularly operate, pursue lamella to scan to take shape, and of oneself glue the each flake form curing plastics that the delamination take shape to match together and only need certain data, then can make a prototype of precision in few hours. It contributes to quickly developping new product and developping the speed of new structure.2.Fuzzy control techniqueThe actual application of misty mathematics is a fuzzy control machine. The high performance fuzzy control apparatus which develops recently has from the study function, can in the process of control in continuously obtain a new information and of oneself make an adjustment to the control quantisty, make system function greatly in order to improve, among them particularly with according to artificial neural net, artificial neural network, ANN of self-educated method cause people tremendous concern more.3.Artificial intelligence, expert system and intelligence transducer techniqueUp to the present, the artificial intelligence adopt mostly points according to the expert system of rule in the FMS.The expert system makes use of expert knowledge and reasons logically rule progress a reasoning and solve each kind of question.(like explanation, predict, diagnose, check to seek a fault, failure, design, plan, keep watch on, repair, command and control etc.)Because expert system can simplely the theory of various fact and experience certificate super - with pass the knowledge of experience acquisition to combine together, as a result the expert system intensified for the FMS various aspect operate gentle.Prospect a future, with knowledge intensively is characteristic, with the knowledge treat for the artificial intelligence(include expert system) technique of way necessarily will have in the FMS(particularly intelligence type) decisive action. The artificial intelligence is in the future FMS lieutenant general exertive gradually important ed for various technique in the FMS currently, anticipate to there is the artificial intelligence of the is still of development prospect most .Anticipate till the beginning of 21 centuries, the artificial intelligence is in the FMS of applied scale will compare currently greatly400%.The intelligence manufacturing technique(IMT) aim is in the process of integrating the artificial intelligence into the manufacturing each link, ask for help of intelligence of imitate the expert movable, replace or extend a manufacturing environment parts of mental works of the middleman. In the process of make, the system can automatically monitor it to circulate condition, while be subjected to the external world or inner excitation energy the automatic regulation its parameter with attain the best operating state, have self-organization ability. The past IMT is called make of the coming 21 centurieses technique. To the future intelligence turn 1 that the FMS has important meaning is an intelligence transducer in the realm of rapid development now technique. The item's technique accompanies with the technique of calculator application and artificial intelligence but creation and it makes the transducer have inside"decision" function.4.Artificial neural net, artificial neural network, ANN techniqueThe artificial neural net, artificial neural network, ANN(ANN) is a kind of method that the neural net, neural network which imitates intelligence living creature proceeds together to treat to the information progress. The past artificial neural net, artificial neural network, ANN is also a kind of artificial intelligence tool.At the automatic control realm, the neural net, neural network soon will be be juxtaposed in expert system and fuzzy control system and become a modern from pay to turn a composition division in the system.Three, deveolp trendThe 1. FMCs will become the popular technique which deveolps and applieds This is because the FMC investment is much less than the FMS but the economic performance connect near, be applicable to the financial power limited medium small scaled business enterprise more.Numerous foreign plant house lists as FMC to deveolp currently of heavy.2.Deveolp the efficiency higher FMLHave another species large quantity the manufacturing business enterprise of the quantisty such as workses such as autocar and tractor etc. to FML of the need caused biggest pay attention to of the FMS manufactery.Adopt the price cheap definite purpose number controls engine bed to act for a process of general purpose acentre and will be a FML development trend.3.The dynasty multi-function direction deveolpFrom the simplicity process the type FMS develops further to weld, assemble, inspection and Ban material process is to manufacturing work prefaces, such as Zhu and Duan...etc. and have of various function FMSs. The FMS is a realization future novel concept mode and new development trend of the works, decide to make raise of the strategic meaning of the have of prospect of the business enterprise future development Cuo.The FMS which reflects the works whole level currently is number generation FMS, in 90's this kind condition still will keep on next go to, Japan comes into force from 1991 of"intelligence manufacturing system"(IMS) be international to develop item and belong to the next generation FMS;But real perfect next generation FMS's anticipate would carry out to 21 centuries. Then, the intelligence turns machinery and the person's and will blend mutually and gentlely moderates completely from accept order goods to produce, sale this business enterprise produce the full activity of management.Since the mid 80's, the FMS acquisition fast fierce development, almost became manufacturing automation of hot spot.On the other hand is because the single-item technique, such as NC, processes the development of centre, industrial robot, CAD/CAM, resources management and high technique etc. and provided to can be provided to integrate a technique foundation of whole system; On the other hand, the world market took place a graveness change, from past tradition, opposite stabilization of market, the development much changes into the dynamic state of the market , for begging existence and begging a development from the market, raise a business enterprise to the market demanding strain ability and people start investigate new manufacturing method and business model. In recent years, FMS conduct and actions a kind of science"philosophy" and works which modernizes industrial manufacturing automate of advanced mode already for the country the top of the border generally accepted, can think so:The FMS is automate a technique, information technology and makes technical foundation, former business enterprise in mutually independent engineering design, produce manufacturing and conduct a management etc. process, constitute a complete but organic system which overlays the wholebusiness enterprise to carry out an overall situation dynamic state under the prop up of the calculator and its software superior turn, population efficiently benefit, Gao gentle, and then win the manufacturing system of the intelligence that the competition complete victory.FMS conduct and actions nowadays world manufacturing automation technique deveolp of ex- follow science and technology, for future the mechanism manufacturing provided one arm grandiosity of blueprint, will become for 21 centuries, the mechanism is manufactural main produce mode.。

FMC Professional Solutions 环保催化剂使用指南说明书
Before applying a pesticide (indoors or outdoors), remove children, pets and toys from the area and keep them away until the pesticide has dried.
Always store pesticides away from pets and children's reach, in a locked cabinet or shed. Child-proof safety latches also may be installed on cabinets and can be purchased at local hardware stores and other retail outlets.
Use non-chemical control methods to help reduce pest problems. Around the home, such measures include removing sources of food and water (such as leaky pipes) and destroying pest shelters and breeding sites (such as litter and plant debris).
Never transfer pesticides to other containers that may be associated with food or drink.

The FPC cable carries both the digital display interface and analog touch panel signals. The display interface is a straight-forward 24-bit RGB pixel bus. The support circuitry on-board the FMC-HMI provides backlight intensity control with pulse width modulation. The four analog signals, X+, X-, Y+, Y- comprise the X and Y plate electrodes. To determine the touch coordinates, users must bias the plates and measure the resistive divider formed by the electrically charged resistive plates using an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) count. When operators use the Shanghai Tianma with system boards that have XADC support, they can use the AMS header to digitalize the analog touch panel signals. An on-board analog multiplexer (MUX) switch helps users select the correct panel electrodes for measurement.Note: For more information on the TM050RBH01 consult the product details for the VmodTFT - Color LCD Touch Screen available online at:/Products/Detail.cfm?NavPath=2,648,979&Prod=VMOD-TFT1.4 FMC SupportThe FMC-HMI uses a Samtec ASP-134604-01 low pin-count male connector as the main connector for digital signals. Everything except for the PCB dimension requirements conforms to the VITA 57.1 specs. The connector supports the full range of 1.8V-3.3V bank supply voltages (VADJ).1.5 AMS HeaderThe AMS header is there to provide support for the XADC feature of seven-series system boards. Operators can use the AMS header signals to bias the touch panel by selecting the analog MUX inputs and carrying the differential analog signal to the FPGA pins for measurement.1.6 12-pin Pmod HeaderA female double Pmod connector offers users the option to connect various Pmods to the system board. Operators can utilize the ADG3308 auto-sensing bidirectional level translator to level shift from 3.3V to VADJ. It is important to note that due to its low drive current this level translation prohibits the use of strong pull resistors (<60kOhm) on data signals.1.7 Piezoelectric BuzzerA Kingstate Electronics Corp. KMTG1603-1 is beneath the screen to provide audible feedback for various frequencies.Note: For more information on the KMTG1603-1 see Kingstate product information at:/Products/Products/ProductItem/tabid/186/rtab/187/Default.aspx?ItemId=399。

pests under typical conditions. However,at the dis-cretion of the applicator,Talstar PL may be applied at up to 0.4lb AI/A to control each of the pests listed in this Table. However, for residential lawn use,do not apply more than 0.2lbs.A.I.per Acre per application.Comments1Armyworms,Cutworms,and Sod Webworms:To ensure optimum control,irri-gate the treated area with up to 0.1inches of water immediately after application to activate (release from the granule)the insecticide.2Annual Bluegrass Weevil (Hyperodes)adults:Applications should be timed to control adult weevils as they leave their overwintering sites and move into grass areas. This movement generally begins when Forsythia is in full bloom and con-cludes when flowering dogwood is in full bloom.Consult your State Cooperative Extension Service for more specific information regarding application timing.3Billbug adults:Applications should be made when adult billbugs are first observed during April and May.Degree day models have been developed to opti-mize application timing.Consult your State Cooperative Extension Service for information specific to your region. In temperate regions, spring applications tar-geting billbug adults will also provide control of over-wintered chinch bugs.4Black Turfgrass Ataenius adults:Applications should be made during May and July to control the first and second generation of black turfgrass ataenius adults, respectively. The May application should be timed to coincide with the full bloom stage of Vanhoutte spiraea (Spiraea vanhouttei )and horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum ).The July application should be timed to coincide with the bloom-ing of Rose of Sharon (Hibiscus syriacus ).5Chinch Bugs:Chinch bugs infest the base of grass plants and are often found in the thatch layer.Irrigate the treated area with up to 0.25inches of water immedi-ately after application to activate (release from the granule)the insecticide.Chinch bugs can be one of the most difficult pests to control in grasses and the higher applications rates may be required to control populations that contain both nymphs and adults during the summer.6European Crane Flies:Treatments should be made to control early to mid-sea-son larvae (approximately August –February)as they feed on plant crowns.Treatments made to late-season larvae (approximately March -April)may only provide suppression.Consult your local extensions agent for specific recommen-dations for your area.7Flea larvae:Flea larvae develop in the soil of shaded areas that are accessible to pets or other animals.Irrigate the treated area with up to 0.5inches of water immediately after application to activate (release from the granule)the insecticide.8Imported Fire ants:Control will be optimized by combining broadcast applica-tions that will control foraging workers and newly mated fly-in queens with mound treatments that will control existing colonies. If the soil is not moist, then it is impor-tant to irrigate before application.Broadcast treatments should apply 0.2to 0.4lb AI/A.Mounds should be treated by applying cup of Talstar PL Granular per mound and then drenching the mound with 1to 2gallons of water. The mounds should be treated with sufficient force to break their apex and allow the insecticide solution to flow into the ant tunnels.Treat three feet out around the mound. For best results, apply in cool weather (65-80˚F)or in early morning or late evening hours.9Mole Cricket adults:Achieving acceptable control of adult mole crickets is diffi-cult because preferred grass areas are subject to continuous invasion during the early spring by this extremely active stage.Applications should be made as late in the day as possible and should be watered in with up to 0.5inches of water immediately after treatment. If the soil is not moist, then it is important to irri-gate before application to bring the mole crickets closer to the soil surface where contact with the insecticide will be maximized.Grass areas that receive pressure from adult mole crickets should be treated at peak egg hatch to ensure optimum control of subsequent nymph populations (see below).10Mole Cricket nymphs:Grass areas that received intense adult mole cricket pressure in the spring should be treated immediately prior to peak egg hatch.Optimal control is achieved at this time because young nymphs are more suscep-tible to insecticides and they are located near the soil surface where the insecti-cide is most concentrated.Control of larger, more damaging, nymphs later in the year may require both higher application rates and more frequent applications to maintain acceptable control.Applications should be made as late in the day as possible and should be watered in with up to 0.5inches of water immediately after treatment. If the soil is not moist, then it is important to irrigate before application to bring the mole crickets closer to the soil surface where contact with the insecti-cide will be maximized.11Scorpions:To ensure optimum control, treat the building perimeter at dusk to prevent outdoor scorpions from entering the building.Scorpions reside hidden in cracks and voids during the day and are active at night at temperatures above 77ºF/25ºC.Resting areas can be identified at night using a blacklight (UV bulb)as scorpions will fluoresce. These areas should also be treated.Prior to treatment,to increase treatment efficacy, remove trash, debris,or firewood that scorpions may use as resting sites.12Ticks (Including ticks that may transmit Lyme Disease and Rocky Mountain Spotted fever):Do not make spot applications.Treat the entire area where exposure to ticks may e higher application rates when treating areas with dense ground cover or heavy leaf litter.Ticks may be reintroduced from surrounding areas on host animals.Do not allow public use of treated areas dur-ing application.Deer ticks (Ixodes sp.)have a complicated life cycle that ranges over a two year period and involves four life stages.Applications should be made in mid to late-spring to control larvae and nymphs that reside in the soil and leaf litter.American dog ticks may be a considerable nuisance in suburban settings,par-ticularly where homes are built on land that was previously field or forest. These ticks commonly congregate along paths or roadways where humans are likely to be encountered.Applications should be made as necessary from mid-spring to early fall to control American dog tick larvae, nymphs and adults.Perimeter Application:Apply to ground area 5to 10feet wide around and adjacent to the structure.Applic.Rate:Pounds Per Band 1,000sq.ft.Width 1001502002503004005001,0002.35feet 1.3 1.9 2.5 3.0 3.6 4.8 5.911.72.310feet 3.0 4.2 5.3 6.57.69.912.223.73.05feet 1.7 actively foraging ants (including Imported Fire Ants)broadcast uniformly 2.3to 4.6lbs.Talstar PL granular insecticide per 1000sq.ft.(0.2to 0.4lbs.a.i./Acre).See comments section under Lawn Applications for additional rate recom-mendations.Pad Mounted Electrical Sites:To reduce or prevent ant mound build-ing activity on electrical pads, uniformly distribute 1.0to 1.5Tablespoons (0.06to 0.09lbs.)of Talstar PL granular insecticide per 4sq.ft.of mounting pad.Where existing transformers are completely or partially filled with soil excavated by resident ants, remove any excess fill and level the remaining soil prior to application.Food utensils such as tablespoons must not be used for food purposes after use in measuring pesticides.Note:Electrical transformers appear to be more attractive to ants dur-ing the cooler months. For best results treat in the Fall or early Spring.Resistance:Some insects are known to develop resistance to products used repeatedly for control.Because the development of resistance cannot be predicted, the use of this product should conform to resis-tance management strategies established for the use area.Consult your local or state pest management authorities for details. If resistance to this product develops in your area, this product,or other products with a similar mode of action, may not provide adequate con-trol.If poor performance cannot be attributed to improper application or extreme weather conditions,a resistant strain of insect may be present. If you experience difficulty with control and suspect that resistance is a reasonable cause, immediately consult your local company representa-tive or pest management advisor for the best alternative method of con-trol for your area.Fire ant mound treatment:Apply 1/2cup of Talstar ®PL Granular Insecticide per mound and then drench the mound with 1to 2gallons of water. The mound should be drenched with sufficient force to break its apex and allow the insecticide to flow into the ant tunnels.Treat three feet out around the mound. For best results, apply in cool weather (65to 80˚F)or in early morning or late evening hours.Treat new mounds as they appear.Food utensils such as teaspoons and measuring cups should not be used for food purposes after use with insecticideConditions of Sale and Limitation of Warranty and Liability:NOTICE:Read the entire Directions for Use and These multi-function tools provide options for running and retrieving components either individually or in combination with other components, enabling fast, accurate and reliable UWD-15 system installation.18-3/4” Wellhead Running ToolStandard Rigid Lock Stack DownLarge Bore5Standard UWD-15 SystemDesigned for drilling and production applications up to 15,000 psi working pressure, the StandardUWD-15 System features a world-proven weight- s et, metal-to-metal seal design. The StandardSystem is designed for applications in water depths ranging from a few hundred feet to 6,000 feet.Systems are available with annulus monitoring capabilities and can be supplied with a drill-cutting injection system.Rigid Lock Stack Down SystemThe FMC UWD-15 Rigid Lock Stack Down (RLSD) System is ideal for drilling through formationswhere unconsolidated shallow water flow exists and an additional casing string is needed to isolate the zone. The RLSD allows for the addition of a 26” casing string without changing standard drilling procedures or components required for running subsequent casing strings. A Rigid Lock Seal Assem-bly (RLSA) installed between the 36” and 20” casing strings contains any shallow water flow that may be present. The RLSD preloaded system handles the higher bending, fatigue and torsional loads gener-ated by TLP, Spar, DP drill ship and DP semi-sub-mersible applications. The RLSD system, with or without a 26” conductor, is recommended for water depths up to 10,000 feet.Large Bore Wellhead SystemThe FMC Large Bore Wellhead System (LBWS) is an extension of the Rigid Lock Stack Down (RLSD) System product line, with additional provision to run two casing strings (18” and 16”) which are suspended submudline. The LBWS includes addi-tional trip-saving tools, such as single trip tools for the submudline equipment and bore protectors that are run and retrieved with the drill string, which save the operator additional trips. The FMC Large Bore 2M (LB-2M) Wellhead System is an extension of the UWD-15 Large Bore Wellhead System. The LB-2M System features casing hangers and running tools designed to carry additionalcasing load at the systems working pressure. The 16” submudline casing hanger, with a two million pounds (2M lbs.) high capacity hanger system has a 10,000 psi working pressure rating. The 2M lbs. high capacity 13-5/8” casing hanger lands inside the high pressure housing and is rated for 15,000 psi working pressure. The LB-2M high pressure wellhead housing utilizes the same internal profile as the Standard Large Bore system. This allows FMC to continue to use the same field provencasing hanger and seal technol-ogy that is used throughout the UWD-15 Subsea Wellhead family. The fully qualified UWD-15 multi-function running tools and bit run/retrieve wear bushings are fully compatible with the LB-2Msystem.Stackable Casing HangersSuper Flowby DrillAhead Tool Metal-to-Metal Seals13-5/8” Slimbore14-3/4” Slimbore16-3/4” SlimboreUWD-10 Subsea Wellhead Systems Modular, Stackable DesignThe UWD-10 Subsea Wellhead System is designedfor a complete range of drilling and productionscenarios in shallow or deepwater with subsea orsurface BOPs. Designed for drilling and productionapplications, Slimbore Systems are suitable for H2SFMC Technologies presents the UWD-10 Slimbore System, with smaller bore diam-eters for slender well designs. The UWD-10 system is based on the same world-proven technology as the UWD-15 systems. The Slimbore wellhead allows the use of reduced diameter riser systems for drilling and production applications. This makes it possible for early generation drilling vessels to drill in deeper water and floating production facilities can increase the quantity of production risers tied back to the host platform.service and are available with 16-3/4”, 14-3/4” and13-5/8” nominal bore diameters. Each system has arigidizing mechanism to provide enhanced fatigueresistance. The modular design enable use of manyof the same open water tools that are used acrossboth the UWD-20 and UWD-15 product families.6714-3/4” Slimbore SystemThe 14-3/4” Slimbore System is designed to use standard UWD-15 RLSD System components whenever possible. This decreases the operator’s cost while increasing system reliability and equip-ment availability. The RLSA is installed between the 36” and 20” casing to contain shallow water flow and create preload for improved fatigue life of the system. The high pressure wellheadhousing has two active landing shoulders for casing hangers inside the housing, as well as a 13-3/8” submudline casing hang-er and receptacle.13-5/8” Slimbore SystemThe 13-5/8” UWD–10 Slimbore System is uniquely designed to accommodate slender well designs and production with vertical subsea trees, allowing the slimbore tubing hanger to be installed in the well-head, and alleviating the require-ment for a tubing head. The high pressure wellhead housing can be configured with either two casing hangers landing in the wellhead or one casing hanger with one tubinghanger inside the housing.Specialized Tools Save Trips, Time and MoneyBased on the design of the industry-leading UWD-15 running tools, UWD-10 Slimbore Systems continue the tradition of providing multi-function running and test tools, plus bit installable/retrievable wear bushings and bore protectors. The UWD-10 tools provide the option of running and retrieving components either individually or in combination, resulting in less required tools than any competitive slimbore subsea drilling system.16-3/4” Slimbore SystemThe 16-3/4” Slimbore System features a passive load shoulder in the high pressure wellhead for landing and stacking the casing hangers. This system builds on the field-proven designs ofFMC’s weight-set metal-to-metal seal assembly and integral rigid lock mechanism. The integral rigid lock mechanism creates preload between the low pressure and high pressurewellhead housings. This preload provides improved fatigue life, allowing for higher bending and torsional loads generated by TLP, Spar, DP drill ship and DP semi-submersibleapplications.14” Single Trip ToolIntegral Rigid Lock High Pressure Housing11-3/4” Casing Hanger for the 14-3/4”Slimbore systemActive LoadShoulder and Seal with the 11-3/4”HangerIntegral Rigid Lock and Stackable HangerTubing HangerProfile8UWD-HC Subsea Wellhead SystemsFMC’s High Capacity Subsea Wellhead Systems are engineered to meet the increas-ing capacities and pressures in the subsea drilling environment. The FMC UWD-HC family is based on the field proven UWD-15 wellhead systems including the use of fewer running and test tools. FMC’s high capacity tools are designed to handle higher capacities while performing multi-functions.HC-20 System• 4M lbs. Wellhead String Capacity • 20K Rated Wellhead• Rated for 350o F Temperature Rating • 30” or 27” H4 Mandrel • Super Heavy Duty Rigid Lock Seal Assembly (SHD RLSA)9HC-15Incorporating the same features as the HC-20 system, the HC-15 Systems including the Super Heavy Duty Rigid Lock Mechanism, low pressure housing designed for 42” or 38” conductor pipe, intermediate open watercasing strings of 32” or 30” and 28” or 26”, and the samemetal-to-metal seal assemblies and submudline equipment. However, the high pressure wellhead housing incorporates the more commonly found connection profile, the H4, instead of the Super Heavy Duty H4 connection. The wellhead is rated to a 4M lbs. string capacity with a 15,000 psi operating pressure.HC-20The FMC 20,000 psi High Capacity Wellhead System (HC-20) has advanced the traditions of excellence by integrating performance features of the field proven UWD-15 wellhead family such as the modular design and weight-set, metal-to-metal seal design. The HC-20 system has an improved wellhead housing design providing for additional casing strings and increased capabilities in high-pressure and deepwater applications.FMC’s HC-20 wellhead has an increased casing string capacity of 4M lbs. with each active shoulder capable of handling 2M lbs. plus the maximum BOP pressure test load. This extensive capacity permits our customers to drill deeper wells with longer and heavier casing strings. This innovative HC wellhead sys-tem, with a 20,000 psi working pressure, allows the 42” x 22”annulus to be completely cemented back to the mudline providing a stronger structural foundation. The design of the HC-20 system also allows the 16” casing hanger to be landed submudline or in the 1st hanger position in the wellhead. The HC-20 System includes the Super Heavy Duty Rigid Lock Seal Assembly which rigidizes the low pressure housing to the high pres-sure housing to create a 2.5M lbs. preloaded system. This capacity grants a higher fatigue and torsional resistance to handle the loads generated by TLP, SPAR, DP drill ships and DP semi-submersiblevessels in deepwater applications.High Capacity Wellhead Interface with Open Water Casing StringsHigh Capacity First Hanger Position Active Load ShoulderSHD Rigid Lock Seal Assembly Interface with Low and HighPressure HousingSHD RLSASpecialty ToolsRotary Table Adapter Bushing (RTAB)• The Rotary Table AdapterBushing (RTAB) isdesigned to hang-off aRigid Lock or Large BoreWellhead and 22”/20”casing string in theRotary Table to make-upthe Cam Tool and RLSARunning Tool afterrunning the inner string.• Top of wellhead is lowenough to promote a safeworking environmentthat allows the innerstring to be made up withthe iron roughneck.• Sets in 49-1/2” RotaryTable Master Bushing18” & 16” Hang Off Plate• 18” & 16” Casing Hanger Hang Off Plate(CHHOP) is designed to hang-off LBSubmudline hangers in the rotary so theSingle Trip Tool can beremoved to run innerstring.• The recessed 18”/16”hanger promotes ansafe working environ-ment to run the innerstring.• CHHOP is rated to 1Mlbs.; the CHHOP usedin conjuction with theLB-2M 16” hanger israted to 2M lbs.Nested Wear Bushing• Three part bit retrievable 13” WearBushing runs on 10-1/2” stabilizer.• Centralize drill string duringdrilling operation to promote wearon replaceable upper body.• Outer bushing can be either left inor removed from the wellheadduring each trip out of wellhead.• Inner bushing is pulled each tripout of wellhead.• Spring loaded tool can be used assecondary means of running andretrieving the nested wellhead.
