Step1 Warming up
1. Ask the students to watch a video and ask a question to arise their interests. Q: Can you find anything impolite?
The teacher explains the meaning of the words “impolite, polite, politely, be polite/impolite to sb”
T: We should be polite to the old.
2. Prediction: Ask a question.
T: What other bad behaviors can you think of? Discuss with your partner.

3. Explain the word “etiquette.”
T: Some people don’t care about the “etiquette.” What does ettiquette mean? Step 2 listening
Ask students to listen to the tapes and answer the following questions.
T: Q1: What does “etiquette” mean?
S: It means normal and social behavior.
T: Q2: Please give an example of “etiquette”.
S: Don't talk loudly in a library, a museum, or a movie theater.
S: Keep your voice down in public.
Step 3 Fast reading
1. Read again and summarize the main idea of each paragraph.
