近年来随着科学技术的飞速发展、微电子技术的广泛应用及电磁环境越来越复杂,静电放电的电磁场效应如电磁干扰(EMI)及电磁兼容性(EMC)问题,已经成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。一方面,一些电阻率很高的高分子材料如塑料,橡胶等的制品的广泛应用以及现代生产过程的高速化,
另一个要考虑的问题是传送带速度。如果传送带运动速度太快,器件放到传送带上时就可能会滑动(或者器件保持不动而传送带继续在动),这时就会形成摩擦生电,传送带如果接地能使电荷耗散掉,但是器件或PC板仍带有电荷而会造成危害。
导向装置和导轨
导向装置和导轨用来提供通道或者使器件放于一个固定的位置或保持一定的方向性,采用的材料应能使电荷耗散掉并且防止器件摩擦生电。表面电阻率为106Ω的材料具有良好耗散性而且不会损伤器件,如果送入的器件处于无静电状态,也可以使用导电性材料(表面电阻率低于106Ω)。

ESD产品根据电性分成各个档次和相应的作⽤。
当电路浪涌过⼤,最初烧坏的是ESD。
ESD烧坏后成两种状态:1.直接烧成短路,2.爆开,结果还是短路。
短路的ESD对电路仍然起到保护作⽤,因为信号会从短路ESD流⼊⼤地,⽽不是流如ic,这样雷电也不会损害的IC,只要换⼀颗新的ESD,电路正常⼯作。
ESD在电路中不起作⽤的可能性,是VB选择的不对,即压降选择的太⾼了。
⼤功率TVS和ESD的选型存在区别:1.选⼤功率TVS需要留余量10%左右,因为⼤功率TVS主要保护电源,电源本⾝电压有起伏,TVS的压降就必须选择的⽐电源额定电压要⾼。
2.选ESD,⼯作电压和IC⼯作电压⼀致就⾏,因为VB⾼于⼯作电压,电路浪涌由VB控制着。
如果选择的ESD⼯作电压⾼于IC ⼯作电压,将起不到保护作⽤,因为IC太脆弱,IC的电压很精确。
随着系统IC采⽤更先进的⼯艺技术进⾏制造,系统IC变得更轻易受到ESD的伤害;同时,随着数据传输速率继续攀⾼,对信号完整性的要求也越来越⾼。
尤其是对于每对差分数据传输速度已达到每秒⼏个Gb以上的HDMI和DisplayPort接⼝⽽⾔,提供信号完整性和ESD保护性能就显得尤为重要。
在使⽤HDMI与DisplayPort的信号源中,例如DVD播放器、机顶盒、计算机以及其他⾼清楚度信号源,规范要求发送器接⼝的电源电压必须有过电流保护,以防⽌短路或者不正常的⼤电流对这些产⽣信号的设备造成损坏。
为了达到IEC61000-4-2标准,即在空⽓进⾏静电放电测试时为±15kV,接触测试为±8Kv的要求,设计师往往需要使⽤额外的保护器件。

康佳LED55R5500型液晶彩电住板35017679)维修图解(上)□曹弘骏该机型主板编号为35017679,电路板上主芯片为MSD6A800(N501),外挂存储器有MX25L16O5(N506 FLASH)以及复位块N515(IMP810或N206产生复位信号,电路中N515、N206只能使用之一)、两块(DDR)H5TQ1G83DFR-PBC(N502、N503)缓存器、NAND FLASH存储器MT29F2G08ABA(N516)JNAND存储器(N510)、DTV接收处理ATBM8859(N102)及调谐器TDA18273(NH0)、伴音功放MSH9010(N202)等部件实现整机音频、图像信号数字及格式转换处理。
另外,此电路板上还设计有开关电源电路及背光灯恒流控制电路。
电源部分釆用的集成块有PFC校正块FAN7930(NF903),5VSTB形成开关调整块FSL206MR(NB905),12V、24V两电压形成块UW9O2(FSFR1700)。
灯电流恒流控制块主要部件有N701(AP3041)、N702(IW7018)等。
图1是此主板上5VSTB及12V电压分布图。
PFC校正电路NF903(FAN7930):⑧脚供电,来自VB901c极(12V),⑦脚输出驱动接VF903栅极,④脚为VF9O3S极连接电阻RF913上建立电压(不低于().8V)经RF925接入端,限制PFC电路工作最大电流。
①脚为PFC误差电压输入端(超过2.6V时OVP保护),外接由RF9l)8、RF917、RF918、RF923、RF<)24组成的分压电路。
⑤脚接储能电感LF9O2次级端,作为过零检测信号输入端(1.5V)o(3脚为IC内误差放大器输出端,外接RC网络,误差信号在此脚建立电压以补偿误差放大器。
KDY为PFC电路正常工作输出为控制主芯片启动供电,正常时因RF919上拉⑧脚供电而呈高电平状态PFC电路中电容CF919、CF920两端电压不足38(IV 时,整机可能岀现自动关机、不开机、背光灯闪等现象,主查FAN793O①脚外PFC取|1■图像正常,TV、AV等伴音不正常:1.用耳机听声音也不正常,围绕主芯片检查,特别是查主芯片的R3、R4脚外接电容C558、C559及电感L5O3,最后重新刷新软件排除故障。

ESD静电运用及防护总则
ESD的意思是“静电释放”的意思,它是英文:Electro-Static discharge 的缩写,即"静电放电"的意思。
ESD是本世纪中期以来形成的以研究静电的产生、危害及静电防护等的学科。
因此,国际上习惯将用于静电防护的器材统称为“ESD”,中文名称为静电阻抗器。
四.ESD静电保护总则:1. 概述随着多媒体应用在每个人的日常生活中扮演的角色日益增长,计算机与消费电子之间的关系也日益密切,对便携性和功能性方面的增长会有持续性的需求。
这就要求元件有更高的集成度——总的趋势却是导致敏感而昂贵的芯片,由于存在外部接口的ESD 浪涌而遭到损坏的风险也在增长。
为了抵消这种风险,Philips 提供了一系列宽范围的完整分立产品,致力于保护、消除和滤波所有相关的I/O 端口。
Philips 的保护器件兼容最高的ESD 标准,这对所有CE 设备都是必须的:IEC 61000-4-2 level 4,8 kV(接触放电)和15 kV(非接触放电)。

该电流由PN 结的结面积和散热条件决定。
最高反向工作电压VR:指二极管两端允许施加的最大反向电压。
若大于此值,则反向电流(IR)剧增,二极管的单向导电性被破坏,从而引起反向击穿。
通常取反向击穿电压(VB)的一半作为(VR)。
最大反向电流IR:它是二极管在最高反向工作电压下允许流过的反向电流,此参数反映了二极管单向导电性能的好坏。
因此这个电流值越小,表明二极管质量越好。
击穿电压VR:指二极管反向伏安特性曲线急剧弯曲点的电压值。
反向为软特性时,则指给定反向漏电流条件下的电压值。
稳定电压VZ:Vz稳压管反向击穿后其电流为规定值时它两端的电压值。
稳定电流IZ:IZ是指稳压管正常工作时的参考电流。
Iz 通常在最小稳定电流IZmin与最大稳定电流IZmax之间。
其中IZmin 是指稳压管开始起稳压作用时的最小电流,电流低于此值时,稳压效果差;IZmax是指稳压管稳定工作时的最大允许电流,超过此电流时,只要超过额定功耗,稳压管将发生永久性击穿。
故一般要求IZmin<Iz <IZmax 。
动态电阻RZ:rZ是指在稳压管正常工作的范围内,电压的微变量与电流的微变量之比。
rZ 越小,表明稳压管性能越好。
额定功耗PZ:Pz是由管子温升所决定的参数,Pz=Vz IZmax3.1 TVS 的命名规则:TVS 管的型号由三部分组成:系列名N1+电压值N2+单/双向符号N3N1 N2 N3N1: 系列名代表不同的峰值脉冲功率和封装形式1). SMAJ、SMBJ、SMCJ、SMDJ 表示贴片封装:分别代表的峰值脉冲功率为400W、600W、1500W 和3000W;2). 其它系列名表示同轴引线封装:P4KE 为400W、P6KE 为600W、1.5KE 为1500W,SA为500W、3KP 为3000W,其余类推(型号名KP 或KPA 前面的数字表示kW 数)。

六、同机芯电路区别和B68系列的CORTEZ(二)机芯相比,K73系列的CORTEZ机芯有差别,他去掉了一个视频解码电路,即电路中删除了SA7117A集成电路(U23)。
由于电路的单高频头和单视频解码器,所以K73系列中,采用CORTEZ机芯电路方案的LCD各机型的画中画只能在DVI或HDMI信源状态下才能实现。

ESD的意思是"静电释放"的意思,它是英文:Electro-Static discharge 的缩写,即"静电放电"的意思。
ESD是本世纪中期以来形成的以研究静电的产生、危害及静电防护等的学科。

櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶櫶 TVS) 是比较常见的外部分立 ESD 防护器件[4 - 5]。 其具有响应时间快、瞬态功率大、漏电流低、体积 小等优点,目前得到广泛应用。目前国内外学者对 TVS 器件的研究主要围绕在减小器件的结电容 、 获 [6 - 8] , 而对该类器件的 得较低的箝位电压等方面 9] 对国产 TVS 器件的损 可靠性研究不多。文献 [ 伤机理和失效模式进行了研究, 并指出短路、 开 路、反向漏电流大和异常击穿是其主要失效形式 。 本 文 选 择 TVS 类 型 的 双 向 ESD 防 护 器 件 PESD5V0U1BA 作为研究对象,对 TVS 器件在箝位 冲击过程中的箝位电压的变化进行了分析 , 发现 TVS 器件的失效存在着渐进过程, 而短路失效是 TVS 器件的最主要的失效模式, 分析了器件失效 机理。 两边的 N 区对应三极管的发射极和集电极, 中间 的 p 区对应为三极管的基极,而等效三极管的基极 是开路。 当在器件的两端施加高电压时, 反向的 pn 结发生雪崩击穿, 电流将迅速增大, 将高压箝 位到预定的箝位电压, 而正偏的 pn 结正常导通, 使大电流得到泄放。 本文所采用的研究对象 PESD5V0U1BA 经测试 其一端的击穿电压约为7. 0 V, 而另一端的击穿电 压约为12 V。

LDO简介LDO是low dropout regulator,意为低压差线性稳压器,是相对于传统的线性稳压器来说的。
传统的线性稳压器,如78xx系列的芯片都要求输入电压要比输出电压高出2v~3V以上,否则就不能正常工作。
但是在一些情况下,这样的条件显然是太苛刻了,如5v转3.3v,输入与输出的压差只有1.7v,显然是不满足条件的。
针对这种情况,才有了LDO类的电源转换芯片。
LDO概念LDO 是一种线性稳压器。
线性稳压器使用在其线性区域内运行的晶体管或FE T,从应用的输入电压中减去超额的电压,产生经过调节的输出电压。
所谓压降电压,是指稳压器将输出电压维持在其额定值上下100mV 之内所需的输入电压与输出电压差额的最小值。
正输出电压的LDO(低压降)稳压器通常使用功率晶体管(也称为传递设备)作为PNP。
这种晶体管允许饱和,所以稳压器可以有一个非常低的压降电压,通常为200mV 左右;与之相比,使用NPN 复合电源晶体管的传统线性稳压器的压降为2V 左右。
负输出LDO 使用NPN 作为它的传递设备,其运行模式与正输出LDO 的PNP设备类似。
更新的发展使用CMOS 功率晶体管,它能够提供最低的压降电压。
使用CMO S,通过稳压器的唯一电压压降是电源设备负载电流的ON 电阻造成的。

静电分析原理解析esd是一种高能量、宽频谱的电磁干扰,干扰途径主要有两种:传导性esd:主要是瞬间接触的大电流造成产品内部电路的误动作或损坏。
辐射性esd:空间电磁场耦合,其上升时间短,约为0.7~1ns,频谱高达数百mhz,静电放电电流会激烈一定频谱宽度的脉冲能量在空间,产生的电磁场通过寄身电感或电容耦合进敏感电路。
传导性esd分析原理对静电电流在电路中防护主要使用一些保护器件,在敏感器件前端构成保护电路,引导或耗散电流。
