摘要:

本次毕业设计的题目为新建城市污水处理厂设计(20万m3/天)工艺。主要任务是完成个该地区污水的处理设计。该设计主要内容包括:主要处理构筑物的设计计算、选型及平面布置,其中有格栅、泵房、平流式沉砂池、辐流式初沉池、A2/O反应池、辐流式二沉池、浓缩池、中温消化池等。

通过对污水厂的处理工艺优缺点、适用范围及经济可行性的合理比较和选择,最后采用A2/O法处理污水,该污水厂的污水处理流程为:从泵房到沉砂池,进入反应池,进入辐流式二次沉淀池,再进入清水池,最后出水;污泥的流程为:从反应池排出的剩余污泥进入集泥配水井,再由污水泵送入浓缩池,再进入消化池,最后进入脱水机房脱水,最后外运处置。

水厂位于邯郸市郊,城市的东北部,地面标高为202m,是半地下式水厂,总占地面积23.58公顷,包含远期发展预留地。

Abstract:

The process of this graduation project titled new urban sewage treatment plant (200,000 m3 / day).The main task is completed in the area of sewage treatment design. The design includes: the design of major structures, selection and layout, including the grille, pumping stations, advection grit chamber, radial flow sedimentation tank, the A2 / O reaction cell, the radial flow in the early settling tank, thickener temperature digester. Advantages and disadvantages of the treatment process of wastewater treatment plant, the scope of application and economic feasibility of a reasonable comparison and selection, and finally the A2 / O treatment of wastewater, the wastewater treatment plant, sewage treatment process is: from the pumping station to the grit chamber into the reaction pool, into the radial flow sedimentation tank, and then into the clear water tank, the final effluent; sludge process: the excess sludge discharged from the reaction cell into the mud with wells, sewage pumps into a concentrated pool, re-entering the digester, and finally into the dehydrated dehydrated engine room, the last Sinotrans disposal.

Water plant located in the the Handan outskirts of the city's northeast, the ground elevation of 202m, is a semi-underground water plant, the total area of 23.58 hectares, including long-term development of reserved land.
