三坐标测量实验三坐标测量实验报告三坐标测量实验报告实验一快速综合检验一、实验要求:1.根据教具给定测量需求确定测量方案2.对各几何要素尺寸,误差进行检测3.给出AUTOCAD三维视图(包括尺寸及形位误差标注)二、实验方案零件的具体结构确定:①确定各几何元素所须输出的参数项目测量课件的大致轮廓为方形,主要几何元素为平面,圆柱,圆柱孔和阶梯孔。

因此可选择测量件的三个垂直面建立空间直角坐标系。

需要测量的主要位置误差元素为同轴度。

②测头标定测量元素包括垂直方向的圆柱及水平方向的圆柱,因此需要标定垂直方向与水平面四个方向。

③根据零件确定测量基准选定模型的1,2,3面(如下页pro/e模型图所标注的面)为坐标系的三个基准面建立直角坐标系,并以1,2,3面作为测量基准。

三、实验步骤1.开机首先打开空气压缩机储气罐排水阀排水,然后依次开启空压机、冷干机和测量机气源,检查气压是否在0.4~0.5Mpa范围之内,如果不在此范围内则可通过气源调节阀调节。

再依次接通交流稳压电源、UPS电源、控制系统电源和计算机电源,启动WTUTOR 测量程序,屏幕出现SOI页面。

依次单击“电源”、“初始化”键,机器完成通讯和坐标初始化。

2.测量预备操作①测头标定。

在工作台上安装固定的基准球,标定测头。

②取下标准球,将测量课件水平摆放在工作台上,根据测量方案选取的三个相互垂直的面建立空间直角坐标系。

3.测量操作根据标定的几何元素进行直接测量、构造、元素间关系的计算、位置误差的检测、几何形状扫描等方法测出所需参数。

保存好测量的数据,测得数据见下页数据处理与CAD图形构建。

4.几何元素的计算打开“程序区”,调入参考坐标系及测量数据,选择“关系”,计算构建三维数据模型所需要的几何元素间的位置关系,并计算形位误差。

5.关机完成以上各步骤后,整个测量过程也就结束了。

三坐标测量机的关机顺序与开机顺序相反。

即首先“初始化”使测头停止在安全位置,其次关闭WTUTOR测量程序,再依次关闭计算机电源、控制系统电源、UPS电源、交流稳压电源,最后关闭气源系统。

本文利用升降法的原理,提出一种测定疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值的升降法:预制裂纹并逐级降载使裂纹扩展速率接近门槛值速率,设定应力强度因子的级差,按照设定级差逐级降载,直至裂纹扩展速率低于门槛值速率,然后开始升载,直至裂纹扩展速率高于门槛值速率,再开始降载,如此重复进行即可以在疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值附近测得多对相反的数据点。

运用小子样升降法数据处理方法,就可得到疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值的均值和方差。

最后通过某型铝合金薄板疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值的测定试验验证了此方法的可行性。

多年来,众多研究者基于不同的研究目的,采用各种分析模型描述了材料的裂纹扩展行为,但考虑疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值的随机性及其测定的文章并不多见[1]。

相关标准给出的测定疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值传统的方法为逐级降载的单点法,既费时又费力[2],最后还可能由于裂纹扩展过长等因素导致试验失败。

基于此,本文提出了测定疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值的升降法,利用具有较高精度的测试仪器测定裂纹长度,获得在裂纹扩展门槛值附近的多对相反数据,通过数据处理可以同时获得裂纹扩展门槛值的均值和方差。

在合理设计放大隔离电路的同时,用数字滤波方法滤除干扰信号,增加测量可靠性,并分析选取相应参数对测速精度的影响,最后通过实弹发射实验验证了该方法可以满足弹丸速度测量的要求。

离轴磁编码器在eQEP模块下的测量方法研究

电气传动2023年第53卷第7期ELECTRIC DRIVE 2023Vol.53No.7摘要:为了提高目前应用于姿态控制执行机构中的无刷直流电机对于位置以及速度闭环的测量精度,提出了基于增量式离轴磁编码器(AS5304A )与内部集成增强型正交编码器脉冲(eQEP )模块的TMS570芯片为基础的累加脉冲M/T 法。

通过深入研究和实验分析,在整个运行转速可测量范围内测量精度能够保持在1%左右,可实现高精度的转速测量,相比传统测速方案有明显的精度提升。

散堆物料体积测量方法研究及其应用软件设计

I 散堆物料体积测量方法研究及其应用软件设计摘要大型不规则散堆物料的体积的准确测量,多年来一直是一个技术难题。

以火电厂为例,长期以来国内普遍采用人工盘煤的方法测量煤场的储煤量,由于人工盘煤整形不是十分精确,水平面是倾斜的,煤堆的各面凹凸不平,采用直尺测量容易造成与实际存煤量的偏差,直接影响发供电煤耗的准确计算。

针对这种情况本课题使用超声波扫描法将观测对象沿一边方向分成若干段单元,利用超声波通过不同介质具有不同反射的特性,对每段单元的每个断面进行扫描,分析计算断面的扫描面积,从而求出整个观测对象体积。

本文主要研究这种测量方法测量堆积物料体积的具体实现,包括数据采集、数据处理、可视化图像重建和最后体积计算等内容,在此基础上进行完善的应用系统设计,完成了散堆物料的体积测量的数据采集过程的模拟实现、数据传输、体积计算分析、可视化图像重建。

系统所用的技术可以直接用于真实的计算机测量应用系统开发上面。

本课题主要使用Microsoft Visual 2005窗体应用程序制作出体积测量系统,使用MATLAB绘制出散堆物料的三维曲面图。

软件界面友好,操作简单,计算速度快。

In view of this situation ,this topic using ultrasonic scanning method is the observation object divided into many along the side direction, using ultrasonic through paragraph unit with different reflection understand medium characteristics of each section each segment of unit scanning, analysis and calculation of the scanning area, thus section out the whole observation object volume. This subject mainly studies the measuring method of measuring accumulation material volume concrete realization, including data acquisition, data processing, visual image reconstruction and final volume calculations, etc. On this basis for perfect application system design, completed the volume of the materials measurement of data collection process simulation implementation, data transmission, volume calculation and analysis, and visualization image reconstruction. System can be used directly to a technique used real computer measurement application system development above.This subject mainly uses Microsoft Visual 2005 form applications make volume measurement system. The 3-D surface figure of Material stack is made by MATLAB . 建立了一种基于新型PFC相控阵超声驱动/传感器件的超声相控阵检测系统,并成功应用于金属结构和混凝土结构的损伤检测,研制了接近国际水平的相控阵超声检测系统的原型机。

研究了钢筋与混凝土间粘结滑移的声发射特性,并开始应用于预应力混凝土结构、钢结构、玻璃幕墙等结构的无损检测中,研究将数字图像相干法(DIC)与AE监测技术相结合,进一步验证损伤监测的准确性,为工程结构声发射检测中利用AE特性进行损伤识别奠定了基础。

With the increasingly prominent global ecological and environmental issues, accurate estimation of forest aboveground biomass has become a research hotspot in fields such as ecology, forestry, and earth science. Forest aboveground biomass refers to the total biomass of all aboveground parts of a forest ecosystem, including the tree layer, shrub layer, and herbaceous layer. Its estimation is ofgreat significance for understanding the carbon cycle, energy flow, and biodiversity conservation of forest ecosystems. Key words: synchrophasor measurement unit; dynamic phasor model; discrete Fourier transform (DFT); reporting latency; power s电力系统电源、电网与负荷侧广泛应用,导致电力系统跨区域、跨电压等级 的系统性连锁故障逐渐增多,亟需精细化闭环控制。这要求同步相量测量装置(Synchrophasor Measurement Units, PMUs)在保证测量精度的同时,具有快速的响应速度。针对这一问题,提出了一种适用于闭环控制的快速相量测 量方法。该方法分析了传统 DFT 算法在系统动态条件下的测量误差特性,揭示了时标位置对相量测量精度与上传 延时的影响。为减少 PMU 上传延时,研究了将时标打在时间窗尾部时相量测量误差与动态相量模型参数的规律, 提出了相量修正方法,在减少上传延时的同时兼顾了测量精度。仿真测试验证了所提方法的测量精度与上传延时 远高于 PMU 标准对保护控制类 PMU 的要求,可用于复杂电力系统闭环控制应用。 关键词:同步相量测量装置;动态相量模型;离散傅里叶算法;上传延时;电力系统

该方法采用便 携式摄像机对运动小球进行视频采集,以V S2010平台下的开源库O p e n C V为开发平台,利用帧差法对运动目标进行 检测。

所设计的测速算法能够实现对运动小球的水平速度和垂直速度的检测。

实验证明,所提测速方法能有效地测 出运动物体的速度,且准确度比较高。

基于XCT技术对水泥基材料性能研究的进展本文主要介绍了关于XCT(X射线三维重构显微镜)新型检测技术在水泥基材料方面的研究和应用现状及现阶段存在的问题和不足,为水泥基材料耐久性研究建立一种统一和可靠的研究和分析方法,其最终对混凝土耐久性的评估具有重大价值和现实意义。

在对混凝土结构进行检测时,为了达到能够更加方便,同时不会对检测构件本身造成损害的目的,近些来,在现场出现了很多可用的无损检测技术,基于力学、声学、电阻、化学等一系列无损检测技术,而XCT (X-射线计算机断层扫描技术)作为新的具有前景的一种无损检测技术,特别是在水泥基材料微观结构的研究,表征孔结构特性方面,具有其独特的优势和潜力。

混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的重要原因之一是碳化反应导致混凝土的中性化现象[1-2]。

其中混凝土内部的水化产物氢氧化钙和水化硅酸钙凝胶C-S-H,在具有一定湿度的环境中与大气中CO2反应,生成碳酸钙。

这些碳化产物积累到一定量会对混凝土内部孔隙结构进行填充,从而导致孔隙的微结构和物质组成发生改变,这些孔隙结构和物质的改变将对各种有害物质的传输起到很大的影响作用,最终影响到钢筋的锈蚀速率。

目前对碳化后的水泥基材料物相和微观孔结构的研究方法比较多[3-6],如利用压汞法(MIP)和氮吸附法(BET)对孔隙的研究,扫描电子顯微镜和背散射电子(SEM-BSE),传输—透射电镜(TEM),核磁—磁共振(NMR),热重分析(DTG),X射线衍射(XRD)等,这些测试方法在样品制备和测试时会对样品产生影响,在分析前通常需要干燥处理或者打磨,而在这个过程中样品内部的组分和微观结构不可避免的会发生一定的改变,这对所研究的对象结果产生极大的影响。

而XCT在无损检测领域具有突出的优势和特点,其不需要对样品进行干燥等预处理,可以实现原位测试,精准度较高。

贵州省内知名度较高的茶叶有都匀毛尖、凤冈锌硒茶、湄潭翠芽等。

茶绿中所含的茶多酚,是茶叶生物活性的主要成分,也是衡量茶叶及制品质量的重要指标,具有抗肿瘤、抗凝血、降低血糖等保健效果[1]。

通过粉碎、有机溶剂浸泡、超声提取等不同于日常饮用泡茶方法得到的茶叶中茶多酚的含量,不能作为人体摄入量的依据。

水温、浸泡时间及浸泡数都会对茶水中茶多酚的含量产生影响[2]。

文献[2-4]报道了通过粉碎、有机溶剂浸泡等样品处理手段得到茶叶中茶多酚的含量,而模拟日常饮茶方式得到的茶水中茶多酚含量尚无人报道。

测量茶多酚的方法有分光光度法[5-6]、近红外光谱法[7-8]、电化学分析方法等[9-10]。

茶多酚的主要成分是表没食子儿茶素类和表儿茶素,由于羟基的位置不同,儿茶素的结构有邻苯二酚基、连苯三酚基和没食子酸形成的酯型结合物。

到很好的改进。 值得注意的是直接法和迭代法的界限 已经越来越模糊, 因为各种各样的预处理技 术导致了直接求解和迭代求解相结合法的 出现。尽管如此,对于这两种方法,各自仍 有一些值得学习的地方。 与直接法相比,基于直接 LU 因子分解 的迭代法的优点在电力系统的应用中得到 了验证[3]~[11],现在越来越多的研究者认识到 基于 GMRES 的牛顿法在求解大规模系统潮 流方程中表现出的性能要优于基于 LU 分解 的牛顿法。 一个明显的特征表现在计算速度 的加快上, 比如在使用基于 GMRES 的牛顿 法达到收敛所需的时间几乎是基于 LU 分解 的牛顿法耗时的 50%。 非固定(Krylov)子空间法比较复杂, 其原因在于每一步迭代的过程中都涉及迭 代相关系数。最原始的 Krylov 子空间是用 于对称正定矩阵的共轭梯度法。 基于对最原 始的 Krylov 子空间法也即共轭梯度法的深 刻认识, 人们也做了许多工作以寻求与之类 似的方法以适用于求解非对称或不定矩阵。 这些更新、更通用的方法包括有: GMRES 法、 双共轭梯度稳定法、 准最小残量法等等。 这些方法都可以归类于 Krylov 子空间法因 为它们都是由基本的 Krylov 法衍生而来的。 对于采用迭代的 Krylov 子空间法,研 究表明预条件处理在迭代求解的收敛性能 方面起着重要作用。 文献[5],[7],[12]中提到了一 些专为电力系统计算而开发的预处理技术。 然而, 这些预处理过程在对线性化的功率修 正方程进行“规一化”的过程中,预条件子 在每一步牛顿迭代过程中都是固定的。近 来, 文献[13]提出了一种改进的预处理方法以 形成自由 Jacobian 阵的 Newton -GMRES 法。 该预条件因子是按照一种秩 1 修正算法 (rank-one algorithm)进行修正的,不过经 过修正的预条件仅仅用于经过线性化方程 的下一步迭代, 在整个求解线性方程组的过 程中预条件仍然是保持为常数。 为了进一步改进迭代法,文献[14],[15]介 绍一种灵活的双层迭代 Krylov 子空间法 (FGMRES,灵活内外预条件子 GMRES 法)。 与传统的 Krylov 子空间迭代法不同,在这

I. INTRODUCTION In order to achieve desired radiation pattern performance, such as main beam shape and low sidelobes, it is necessary for the array to be well calibrated [1]. As for modern large-scale, sophisticated phased array antennas, measuring its radiation characteristics have become a complex technical task in recent years. Near-field and far-field pattern testing methods are two main methods for measuring antenna radiation characteristics currently [2]. However, the above methods haven ’t taken the characteristics of antenna under test (AUT) into consideration. Thus, the approach can be used to test any type of antenna. Supposing that the characteristics of antenna under test is reliable enough, use these information effectively will simplify the process of measurement. With regard to phased array antennas, the geometric dimension, the types and active element pattern, phase-shifters and feed-networks are prior information which will be the essential and significant messages for the measurement process [3]. According to the definition, in the circumstances that only specified element’s port generates unitary excitation, while others are connected to the matched loads. The radiation pattern is defined as active element pattern (AEP), in other words, is called the patterns of elements operating in the unique excited array [4]. On the basis of the mathematical model of fast measurement, the active element pattern is not only used in the process of solving each channel transmission
coefficient, but also needed in the recovery of whole pattern, and it determines the affiliation between antenna ’s gain and scanning range as well as affects the polarization characteristic. Therefore, to determine the active element pattern will be of great importance in the phase-shift measurement method introduced by Russian scientist than other fast measurement methods such as the rotating element electronic field vector (REV) method proposed by Japanese scientists [5]. Measuring active element pattern proves to be a very heavy and difficult task in engineering application. In fact, it is impossible for the engineers to connect to matched loads for each radiating element. However, as long as the number of radiating elements is large enough, the entire active element pattern in array will have insignificant differences. In this paper, the average active element pattern is introduced. This paper is organized in the following manner. In Section II mathematical model for fast measurement process is developed. In Section III we will describe the relationship between far-field radiation pattern and channel excitation. In section IV we will demonstrate our approach with meaningful examples. The correctness and feasibility of this approach is verified by simulation experiment. The study shows that the proposed method simplifies the mathematical model, reduces the number of measurements and improves the efficiency of testing simultaneously. II. MATHEMATICAL MODEL Assuming that there exists a phased array antenna consists of N elements, each of which is connected to a feeding-network that includes phase-shifter as well as an amplifier and an attenuator. The phase-shifter is usually formed by binary digital phase-shifter, which consists of p discrete bits. The states of phase-shifter make up a collection of
{0,1,2,...L 1} , where L 2 p , L is the state number. The set t {lt (n), lt , n 1,2,...N 1} in t moment is
called phase configuration of phased array antenna. The prominent characteristic of phased array antenna is that its radiation pattern depends heavily on each state of phase-shifter. In other words, any phase configuration is determined by each channel excitation. Therefore, the characteristics of phased array antenna can be determined by measuring the amplitude and phase of transmission coefficient

Abstract – A novel fast measurement approach in the phase-shift measurement method to obtain the active element pattern in phased array antenna is investigated in this paper. The active element pattern is not only used in the process of solving each channel excitation, but also needed in the recovery of whole pattern. Since the accuracy of active element pattern will directly affects the precision of fast measurement results, it is more important to determine the active element pattern accurately compared with other measurement methods. In this paper, the elements in the phased array antenna are composed of half-wave dipoles, and a novel determination method of active element pattern which achieves accurate pattern calculations with less computer memory and computation time is introduced. The calculating formulas are presented, and the correctness along with the feasibility of this proposed method is verified and illustrated through experimental simulation.
