Compensation Agreement
This Compensation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is entered into by and between [Party A], a company incorporated under the laws of [country], having its principal place of business at [address], and [Party B], a company incorporated under the laws of [country], having its principal place of business at [address]. Both parties collectively referred to as "Parties."
WHEREAS, Party A and Party B have entered into a previous agreement titled [Title of the Agreement], dated [date], which required Party B to perform certain services for Party A;
WHEREAS, Party B failed to fulfill its obligations under the aforementioned agreement, resulting in financial losses for Party A;
