Last week, Hans and his friends went for an excursion in the country. They enjoyed themselves very much in the morning, but in the afternoon, several things happened. Jeff cut himself when he opened a bottle of fruit. When most of them were taking a rest by the river, a group of boys went into the village. They wanted to find out who was the bravest. They went about the village but found nothing interesting. When they got to the other side of the village, they saw there was a big orchard. There were a lot of apples in the trees. “We’ll see who can pick some apples from those trees,” said John.
