从利益博弈到政治争夺——近代陕北食盐走私问题初探

【摘要】私盐问题是盐业史研究的重要内容之一。

近代中国，由于国家的内忧外患，公共权力逐渐放松了对陕北食盐贸易的控制，为食盐走私提供了便利。

陕北食盐的走私在近代经历了清末、民国、陕甘宁边区等三个时期且呈现出不同的特点。

具体地讲：在清末和民国时期的走私活动体现了各个主体对经济利益的追求，而在陕甘宁边区时期更多地体现了南京和延安的政治斗争。

%The salt smuggling problem was one of the important research contents of salt industry history. In modern times, because of the domestic trouble and foreign invasion, the public power gradually relaxed in salt trade in Northern Shaanxi, and provided convenience for salt smuggling. North Shaanxi salt smuggling in modern times experienced three periods： the late Qing Dynasty, the government of the Republic of China and the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Government. Its development presented different characteristics. In particular： in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic period, the smuggling salt embodied the pursuit of economic interests in every interest body; in the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningxia Border Region period, it more reflected political struggle during the Nanjing Government and Yah ＇an.
