Third,agricultural technology. China has made many breakthroughs in agricultural carbon emissions reduction. Forexample, “perennial rice,” a crop variety cultivated by Professor Hu Fengyi’s team at Yunnan University, can be harvested continuously for three to four years without tilling once planted.
