一、说教材:本单元的语言训练重点是互相询问如何度过周末,并对已过上一周的周末进行评论。
本节课主要是听说训练和基础语言运用,进一步体验英语文化与实际生活的密切联系,提高学生的英语表达能力。
由于本节课的背景知识特别贴近实际,但是其中一些知识点较为隐蔽,所以在探究的过程中需要把这些知识点引出来并且正确运用。
结合本节课所讲述的内容,为学生正确运用英语知识描述他们的日常生活起到了启蒙作用。
在提高学生应用语言能力的同时,也有利于培养他们对英语的学习兴趣,对后续教学起到了奠基作用。
教学目标:1.认知目标:(1)能熟悉课文主要内容,掌握相应的语言知识(2)能结合所给任务,综合运用新、旧知识完成任务。
2.技能目标(1)能培养学生良好的听、说的能力,能正确使用动词过去式进行准确的描述。
(2)能在日常生活中理解并且应用这单元话题范围内的单词和习惯用语,在真实的语言环境中体会语言,运用语言,感受语言的真实价值,品味语言的实际意义,从而获得运用语言的实际能力。

过程与方法1. 学生情况分析七年级学生在学习了一般现在时与现在进行时之后,对一般过去时的求知欲极其强烈,但是往往不知道一般过去时的句中动词的变化形式和一般过去时的句型结构从而不能正确的描述他们在过去某个时间里所做的事情,学生在用英语描述他们的周末生活时,可能存在以下的困难:(1)不清楚不规则动词的过去时;(2)找不准句子的动词。
针对此问题我将本节课的重点、难点确定如下:2.教学重点、难点的确定(1)掌握一般过去时的基本用法。
(2)动词的过去时的变化。
eg: 单词visit, stay, test, spend, practice以及不规则变化行为动词is,do,go,have, see,write的过去式形式was,did,went,had, saw,wrote语法:掌握一般过去时表示过去发生的动作或存在的状态。

Unit 7 How was your weekend?学情分析:本人所带两班学生共92人,学生学习英语积极性高,兴趣较浓。
经过一学期的学习之后,对本教材的编排和设计很满意,尤其是对大量的口语操练积极性高,丰富的图片和有趣的话题讨论让学生走出了“哑巴英语”的盲区,学生的听力水平也有所好转。
教学内容分析:本单元的话题是Weekend activities,是用新学的一般过去时来表述发生的事件。
在整堂课的设计中,是把学生作为学习和运用语言的主体,而老师承担引导和调控的角色,充分利用听说法、情景模拟、角色表演、阅读训练法等语言教授和训练方法,让学生互相了解、交流和讨论自己的业余生活,来达到使学生掌握如何学习和运用一种新的时态,训练学生将所听到、所读到的语言信息转化成自己能说的、能写的语言素材,探寻提高语言综合技能的有效途径,既培养学生自主学习的兴趣和能力,也实现素质教育以达到终生学习的目的。
