If the left side of ink ribbon cartridge does not reach the bottom, press the knob of the ink ribbon cassette and rotate it slowly towards the direction indicated by the arrow. Once the left side reaches the bottom, press the right side to make it reach the bottom, too. • Ensure the cassette is installed correctly. Sould the ribbon be bent or outside the cassette, rotate the know slowly towards the direction indicated by the arrow, until it is completely in the cassette. • For removing a worn-out ribbon, press the cassette at its right end marked with "Push".NOTEUse only original ink ribbon cassettes for an accurate printout and to avoid paper jams or damage to the printer.Installation 350-83917 Precisa Gravimetrics AGPower supply• Ensure the power adapter's converter matches with the local mains plug. • Ensure the printer's power switch is set to off.• Insert the power adapter's output plug into the printer's power jack. • Connect the power adapter to the mains. • Turn on the printer.Installing the paper roll• Ensure the printer is turned on. • Lift the paper cover.• Insert the paper shaft into the paper roll:• Insert the paper roll correctly:• Keep pressing LF while inserting the printer paper's end into the slot of the printing mechanism until it comes out at the ribbon side:NOTEUse only original printing paper to avoid paper jams or damage to the printer.350-8723 Operation Physical connection to the balance•Ensure both, balance and printer are turned off and disconnected from the mains.•Establish a physical connection with the appropriate data cable:[Balance] DB9f <=> DB9m [350-8672 Data cable] DB9f <=> DB9m [Printer][Balance] RJ45 <=> RJ45 [350-8557 Data cable] DB9f <=> DB9m [Printer]•Connect both, balance and printer to the mains.•Turn on first the balance, then the printer.OperationSetting the interface automaticallyFor a smooth data transfer, the printer is able to detect the interface settings of the balance and automatically accept them to match.•Ensure the physical connection between balance and printer is established properly, as described in the previous chapter.•Turn off the printer, hold LF, turn on the printer again and release LF as soon as the following message starts being printed out.•Press PRINT on the balance. The printer applies the interface settings of the balance and prints them out.•Confirm the settings by pressing LF.Setting the interface manuallyThe printer's interface can be set manually by meanings of the LP 4024 Setup tool, which is available at under support. This tool runs locally on every PC (no installation or driver needed) with Windows XP or higher.•Ensure the printer is turned off and disconnected from the mains.•Establish a physical connection between PC and printer:[PC] USB-A <=> USB-A [PN 3950-125 Data cable] USB-B <=> USB-B [Printer]As soon as the connection is established, the power indicator starts flashing red.•Start the LP 4024 Setup tool. Be sure to hold the plug, not the cable, when disconnecting the printer from an electrical outlet!• For cleaning wipe the printer with a soft cloth, dampened with some water and mild, non abrasive detergent at most. • Take care that no liquid is split into the inside of the printer and on connections of the device. Should this although happen, keep it from inadvertent operation. The printer may only be operated again after a re-check made by a service technician.DANGEREnsure your hands are dry when connecting the power adapter to the mains for putting the printer into operation again.350-8723 Troubleshooting Precisa Gravimetrics AG 10 Storing• Turn off the printer after usage.• Disconnect the power adapter from the mains and from the printer when not using the printer for a longer time.• Store the printer in a dry place (at +5 .. +45°C, 10 .. 80% relative humidity, non condensing) in its original packaging.TroubleshootingCheck the following points before calling service:The power indicator doesn't light up when the power switch is turned on•Cause: The power adapter is not connected. Remedy: Connect the power adapter. •Cause: The power adapter does not receive power. Remedy: Supply power to the power adapter. •Cause: The power is not compatible with the printer. Remedy: Use a compatible power adapter. • Cause: The power adapter has failed.Remedy: Replace the power adapter.The printout is too pale• Cause: The ink ribbon is at the end of its lifetime.Remedy: Replace the ink ribbon.The printout is uneven• Cause: The ink ribbon is slanted.Remedy: Re-install the ink ribbon.Paper stuck in printer• Cause: Paper jam.Remedy: Cut out the spare printing paper and hold LF for taking out the spare paper.Sounds like printing, but no printout•Cause: The ink ribbon is slanted. Remedy: Re-install the ink ribbon. • Cause: No ink ribbon in printer.Remedy: Re-install the ink ribbon.The characters are not aligned•Cause: Paper jam. 缓和氧化条件测定是在氧化管中放油样时,也放入铜球和钢球各一个,然后放入 125℃±0.5℃的油浴中,用橡皮管将氧化管的支管与装有20ml蒸馏水的吸收并连接起来,然 后通入洁净空气(50ml/分),经过4小时氧化测定油样氧化段产生的水溶性酸。该值越大, 说明该油品的抗氧化能力越差。

ADAM-4021的操作类同于ADAM-4024。
一、 ADAM-4021(4024)概述ADAM-4021是1路模拟量输出通道,分辨率为12位,输出范围0-20mA,4-20mA,0-10V。
ADAM-4024是4路模拟量输出通道,分辨率为12位,输出范围0-20mA,4-20mA,+/-10V,支持Modbus协议。
用户可以通过配置软件配置电压或电流的建立速率和启动输出。
ADAM-4021技术说明-电压输出 0~10V(可编程输出斜率:0.0625~64 V/Sec)-电流输出: 0~20mA或4~20mA (可编程输出斜率:0.125~128 mA/Sec)模块按照配置设置,接收主机以以下其中一种形式发送的数据以-工程单位(mV,V或mA)-满量程百分比-十六进制表示的二进制补码ADAM-4024二、 ADAM-4021(4024)硬件连接电压输出/电流输出接线图三、ADAM-4000 Utility的使用1. ADAM-4000的应用软件-ADAM Utility 的安装把ADAM4000 随机附带光盘放入计算机的光驱中,出现如下画面选择ADAM4000 Utility 安装选项,出现如下安装界面:1.ADAM-4021(4024)模块简单控制接线图根据后续的软件安装提示,完成ADAM4000 Utility 的安装。
PC机上就会出现ADAM4000 Utility的软件如下图2 .ADAM Utility的快速使用1. 选中COM1或COM2,点击工具栏快捷键search:2. 弹出“Search Installed Modules ”窗口,提示扫描模块的范围,允许输入0~255。
RS-485网络扫描如下图所示3. 点击模块,进入测试/配置界面:注意:1. ADAM-4024每个通道可独立设置输出范围2.当Emer.Input允许时,若DIn为高电平时,该通道的DOn输出值则为设置的Emer.Val。

It features outputstages with high current output capability suitable for driving highly capacitive loads.The 3-state outputs are controlled by the output enable inputs EOA and EOB. A HIGHon EOA or EOB causes the outputs to assume a high impedance OFF-state.
