There will be no modifications to the AAD tenant to support the Windows Insider Program as it will only be used as an authentication method. If you are already registered in the Windows Insider Program with your Microsoft account (MSA), follow these steps to register for the Windows Insider Program for Business using your AAD account – and enroll your devices for Windows 10 Insider Preview Builds:To Register for the Windows Insider Program for Business1 Make sure your corporate credentials are on Azure Active Directory (AAD)(Note: only corporate credentials on AAD can be used for the Windows Insider Program for Business ) On your PC, go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or schoolIf your organization has set up your corporate account in AAD and it is connected to your PC, you will see the account listed2 Register your AAD account Visit https://insider windows com If you are signed in withyour Microsoft account, sign out, then sign in with your corporate AAD account3 Click Get started, read and accept the privacy statement and program terms and click SubmitTo Enroll Your Device for Windows 10 Insider Preview Builds4 Make sure your PC has Windows 10 Version 1703 installed To verify, go to Settings >System > About If you do not have Version 1703, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click Check for updates )5 On your Windows 10 PC, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program6 Under Windows Insider account, click your Microsoft account, then Change to open aSign In box7 Select your corporate account and click Continue to change your account (Note: yourdevice must be connected to your corporate account in AAD for the account to appear in the account list )Quick FAQ1 Will my test machines be affected by automatic registration?All devices enrolled in the Windows Insider Program (physical or virtual) will receiveWindows 10 Insider Preview builds (regardless of registration with MSA or AAD)2 Once I register with my corporate account in AAD, do I need to keep my Microsoftaccount for the Windows Insider Program?No, once you set up your device using AAD credentials – all feedback and flighting on that machine will be under your AAD account You may need MSA for other machines that aren’t being used on your corporate network or to get Windows store app updates 3 How do I stop receiving updates?You can simply “unlink” your account by going to Settings > Update & Security >Windows Insider Program, select Windows Insider Account and click UnlinkGeneral: How to Switch to Your CorporateAAD Account if You Are Already EnrolledGeneral: Windows 10 Insider Preview BuildsWindows 10 Insider Preview builds are a preview for PC experts Including Windows 10 Insider Preview builds in your deployment plans allows you to roll out new services and tools more quickly for your organization and end usersWhat Languages are available?Insider Preview builds are available in the following languages: English (United States), English (United Kingdom), Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Portuguese (Brazilian), Japanese, Russian, German, French, French (Canada), Korean, Italian, Spanish, Spanish (Latin America), Swedish, Finnish, Turkish, Arabic, Dutch, Czech, Polish, Thai, Catalan, Hindi, and VietnameseNote:• If your Windows build is not in one of the available base languages, you will not receive Insider Preview builds• Hindi, Catalan, and Vietnamese can only be installed as a language pack over supported base languages• To learn how to install a language pack, see How to add an input language to your PCAdditional Resources:• Learn about updates and servicing branches• Prepare servicing strategy for Windows 10 updates• Build deployment rings for Windows 10 updates• Assign devices to servicing branches for Windows 10 updates (this topic)• Optimize update delivery for Windows 10 updates• Manage updates using Windows Update for Business• or Manage Windows 10 updates using Windows Server Update Services• or Manage Windows 10 updates using System Center Configuration ManagerWhat is Flighting?Flighting rings are used to evaluate the quality of our software as it is released to progressively larger audiences. We will flight a Feature Update, application, etc. to the first ring if it passes all required automated testing in the lab. The flight will continue to be evaluated against a set of criteria to ensure it is ready to progress to the next ring In order to get faster builds to Insiders, we are changing the ordering of how we promote builds between rings, the ring progression criteria, and adding a new ringAdditional Resources:• Build deployment rings for Windows 10 updatesGeneral: Windows Insider Program RingsWhat are Rings?•The Windows Insider Program has several “Ring” options to select from •There are private rings inside Microsoft that map to rings available to Insiders • Each ring presents a different level of stability and is delivered on a different cadence A more rapid cadence means quicker access to buildsWhat do each of the Rings mean?The Fast RingThe benefit of being in the Fast Ring is that you will be able to use and provide feedback on new and improved features first!• Windows Insiders with devices in the Fast Ring should be prepared for more issues that may block key activities that are important to you or may require significant workarounds.• Because we are also validating a build on a smaller set of devices before going to Fast, there is also a chance that some features may work on some devices but may fail in other device configurations.• Windows Insiders should be ready to reinstall Windows using the Media Creation Tool or Windows Device Recovery Tool when you are significantly blocked.• Please remember to report any issue to us through the Windows Insider Feedback Hub or the Windows Insider community Forum The Slow Ring The benefit of being in the Slow Ring is that the builds here are generally more stable on the Development Branch • Builds are sent to the Slow Ring after feedback has been received from Insiders within the Fast Ring and analyzed by our Engineering teams • These builds will include updates to fix key issues that would prevent many Windows Insiders from being able to use the build on a daily basis • These builds are still from the Development Branch and may have issues that would be addressed in a future flight. The Release Preview Ring The benefit of being in the Release Preview Ring allows Insiders to be on the current public release of Windows 10 but get early access to updates, applications, and drivers without taking the risk of moving to the Development Branch•The Release Preview Ring will only be visible when your Windows build version is the same as the Current Branch • The easiest way to go between the Development Branch to the Current Branch is to use the Media Creation Tool (for PC) or Windows Device Recovery Tool (for Mobile) toreinstall WindowsRing Descriptions The Fast Ring Best for Insiders who enjoy being the first to get access to builds and feature upgrades, with some risk to their devices in order to identify issues, and provide suggestions and ideas to make Windows software and devices greatThe Slow RingBest for Insiders who enjoy getting early access to builds and feature upgrades, with less risk to their devices, and still want to provide feedback to make Windows software and devices greatThe Release Preview RingBest for Insiders who enjoy getting early access to updates for the Current Branch, Microsoft applications, and drivers, with minimal risk to their devices, and still want to provide feedback to make Windows devices greatGeneral: Types of Updates Major Builds Fast Ring Slow Ring Release Preview Ring Minor/Servicing Builds After registering with the Windows Insider Program for Business and installing your first Windows 10 Insider Preview build, you will begin to receive updates to the device(s) you have chosen to participate in flighting.During the development process, you will notice the build number changing with each update Historically this has been normal for Mobile builds, however with the introduction of Windows 10, this is now also the case for PC builds as well As you take future updates, you’ll notice two different types of builds being delivered to your device(s):What to Expect in Each RingWhile there is no set requirement for how build numbers are delivered to each ring, you will in general find the following to be true:When a major build is released, this will include any combination of new features, updates to existing features, bug fixes, application changes, or other additional changes For a major build, you will see the build number increment by 1 or more Build numbers may or may not be consecutive based upon passing internal ring promotion criteriaExample: 14361 -> 14365Update Cadence: Major build releases, very few servicing buildsUpdate Cadence: Major build with minor build fixes attached.Update Cadence: Major build change at a release milestone and then a continued series of servicing builds until the next release milestone is reachedAlso known as “Servicing” or “Cumulative” updates, these builds represent a smaller set of changes to a currently-released major build Servicing builds often include bug fixes, minor OS updates, or other smaller changes as needed.Example: 14361 -> 14361 1002 -> 14361 1003General: Sharing Feedback Via the Feedback Hub General: Obtaining Information and AssistanceAs you know a key benefit to being a Windows Insider is Feedback.Feedback is vital for making changes and improvements in Windows 10 The partnership between Insiders and Microsoft helps us not only gauge product satisfaction and build quality, but it is instrumental in guiding conversations regarding what changes to make within the OS Receiving quality and actionable feedback is key in achieving these goals When providing feedback, please consider the following:1 Please use the Feedback Hub App to submit your feedback on Windows 10 features and functionality to Microsoft2 Check for existing feedback on the topic you are preparing to log Another user may have already shared the same feedback If they have, please “upvote” the existing feedback to help prevent duplicate submissions Adding additional comments to existing feedback can help others by providing clarity to existing information or additional scenarios to review3 Provide as much information to us as possible: include reproduction steps, screenshots, any detail you think would help us experience the issue as you have, so that we can work on a fix and get it into a new build as soon as possible.How to Use Your Corporate Account for Additional Feedback Hub BenefitsSign in to the Feedback Hub App using the same corporate account in AAD that are using to flight builds. One of the benefits of submitting feedback using your AAD account is the addition of a page to the Feedback Hub for your organizationSimply click the My Company page in the feedback hub to see and upvote all feedback submitted by other Insiders in your organization Note: If you signed into the Feedback Hub previously with your MSA, your feedback and badges will not be transferred to your AAD sing-in However, you can switch back to your MSA account in the Feedback Hub to access feedback you’ve submitted and badge you’ve earned The Windows Insider Program for Business enables IT Pro’s to deepen connections within their organization, to learn from peer experts and to connect to global subject matter experts who understand the unique challenges of working in IT because they do too We offer the following support in the event you hit a snag or have a question.PC: Switching Between Flight RingsPC: Not Receiving Windows 10 Insider Preview Build Updates?During your time in the Windows Insider Program, you may want to change between flight rings for any number of reasons. Changing rings is a simple process that requires only a few clicks:1 Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program2 Under Choose Your Level , select between the following rings:•Windows Insider Fast •Windows Insider Slow • Release Preview For information on the various rings and what they represent, please refer to the “What do Each of the Rings Mean?” tutorial for details In some cases, your PC may not update to the latest Insider Preview build as expected Here are items that you can review to troubleshoot this issue:Perform a Manual Check for Updates•Open Settings •Open Update & Security •Review available updates or select Check for Updates • Note: If you have set Active Hours, ensure your device is left turned on and signed in during the off-hours so the install process can complete Is your copy of Windows activated?• Review the “Windows License Verification ” article for validation steps Is your corporate account in AAD connected to your PC enrolled for flighting?• Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school • If your PC is not listed as connected to your account in AAD, click Connect and enter your AAD account Have you selected a flight ring on the PC?• Open Settings • Open Update & Security • Open Windows Insider Program • Select your Flight Ring Have you recently done a roll-back?• If so, please double-check your flight settings, including ring-selection, Microsoft Account, and branch-selection Did you do a clean install?• After a clean-install and initial setup of a Microsoft account (even one that has been used previously for flighting) the appropriate targeting needs to take place for your PC•This background process is known as Compatibility Checker and will run during idle time on your PC This may take up to 24 hours Please leave your PC turned on to ensure this occurs in timely manner Are there any known issues for your current build?• On rare occasion, there may be an issue with a build that could lead to issues with updates being received Please check the most recent Blog Post or reach out to the Windows Insider team on Twitter for verification (@Windows Insider ) • Additional Resources: More tips on “Not Being Offered a New Build ”PC: Exiting Flighting on a PCWhile participating in the Windows Insider Preview program, you may find it necessary to stop receiving new Windows 10 Insider Preview builds on a particular PC Here’s how to stop receiving further builds:1 Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program2 Select Stop Insider Preview builds This gives you the option to pause Insider Preview builds or restore the previous version ofWindows that was installed on your PCNote• You can only restore the last version of Windows that was installed on your machine prior to your current Windows Insider Preview build If you want to return to an earlier, publicly available retail version of Windows, you will need to re-install thatimage directly to your PC• This will overwrite all data on the PC Please ensure you take a backup of all important data and information prior to doing this • If you would prefer to stop fighting and not reimage your PC, it is best to wait until the announced end of a development cycle.This will leave your machine on the appropriate build to receive updates via the Retail path without needing to flash your PC.。

Business leaders can change and evolve their processes in real-time using a modern consistent, and extensibleplatform – so they are not being held back by legacy technology.Dynamics 365 has two editions. The Enterprise edition is optimized for 250+ employees and the Business edition which is optimized for 10-250 employees. This licensing guide will focus on the Business edition. Subscription Licensing RequirementsInternal and External UsersWith Microsoft Dynamics 365, you must license each internal user who will access the service. However, access by external (third party) users is included with the subscription and does not require subscription licenses (SLs) External users are users that are not an employee, onsite contractor, or onsite agent of the customer or its affiliates.In other words, end customers (customers of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer) do not require a SL to access Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage their accounts and orders. However, end customers may notuse Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage any portions of their business. In this sense, the definition of external users does not extend to onsite contractors or vendors. External user licenses cannot be used to provide business processes on the customer’s behalf.Please note you may not use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide business process outsourcing services to your clients or customers.Note: Offsite vendors are considered external users only when their time is shared in between multiple customer organizations (for example, IT support service vendors serving multiple customer organizations) and they are not in an employee-like relationship.Figure 1: Internal vs. external usersLicensing Requirements for Internal UsersYou may license access to Microsoft Dynamics 365 by purchasing a Subscription License (SL) for every internal user who directly or indirectly accesses the service.Dynamics 365, Business edition one type of SL:User SLs are assigned on a “named user” basis, meaning each user requires a separate User SL;User SLs cannot be shared but an individual with a User SL may access the service throughmultiple devices.The User SL grants users non-perpetual rights (with no buy-out rights) to the use of the Dynamics 365 service. As long as you are current on your subscription payments and adhere to the Product Termsand the Online Service Terms, you will have access to the most up-to-date version of your Microsoft Dynamics 365.MultiplexingMultiplexing refers to the use of hardware or software that a customer uses to pool connections, reroute information, reduce the number of devices or users that directly access or use Microsoft Dynamics 365. Multiplexing does not reduce the number of SLs of any type required to access the Microsoft Dynamics 365. Any user or device that accesses Microsoft Dynamics 365 —whether directly or indirectly—must be properly licensed.Microsoft Dynamics 365 SLs are required for users or devices that directly input, query, or view data from the Microsoft Dynamics 365. Similarity, Microsoft Dynamics 365 SLs are required for users or devices that input data into, query, or view data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 through a pooling device. Pooled connections use a non-interactive user account in Dynamics 365 that can access the system but only via the web service layer. A non-interactive “user” who is not a person does not need a license.∙Internal users and devices accessing Microsoft Dynamics 365 data indirectly through a Portal or via an API to a separate service such Microsoft Outlook must also be properly licensed, regardless of if they are set up as a Dynamics 365 user in the service.∙Internal users and devices that access Microsoft Dynamics 365 data indirectly through a PowerApps must still be properly licensed for Dynamics 365.∙Any user or device that accesses the service, files, data, or content provided by the service that is made available through an automated process requires a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SL.∙The number of tiers of hardware or software between the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the user or devices that ultimately use its data, services, or functionality does not affect the number of SLsrequired.For additional information about multiplexing refer to the Microsoft Volume Licensing Brief Multiplexing—Client Access License (CAL) Requirements.Figure 2: MultiplexingDual Use RightsMicrosoft Dynamics 365, Business edition services do not include dual use rights, the option to deploy either in Microsoft’s cloud or in a private on-premises or partner-hosted cloud. The Business edition is available only as an online service.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Subscription License Types Dynamics 365’s primary licensing model is by named user subscription. Dynamics 365 user subscriptions classify users into two types. One user type is a “full user” and the other is a “light user”.Full users are the users whose work requires use of the feature rich business apps functionality. In the Dynamics 365 license model, full users are licensed with either a Dynamics 365 Plan (Not available launch) or Dynamics 365 application (App) subscription. Examples of full users are sales people, customer service representatives, finance employees, controllers, supply chain managers, etc. These users have also been referred to in the past as Pro users or Power Users.Light users are typically the large number of users in an organization that consume data or reportsfrom line of business systems and who complete light tasks. (e.g. time/expense entry and HR record updates). In the Dynamics 365 model “light users” are licensed with the Dynamics 365 for Team Members subscription.Figure 3: User TypesDynamics 365 for Team Members, Business editionThe Dynamics 365 for Team Members, Business edition license is a named user subscription that enables customers to execute basic business processes and share knowledge across an organization.A single Team Members, Business edition subscription includes all the light use scenarios from within Dynamics 365, Business edition applications. When a customer adds additional Dynamics 365, Business edition applications, no additional Team Members subscription purchases are required for existing Team Members users.Dynamics 365 for Team Members, Business edition also includes the “PowerApps for Dynamics 365 Applications” license. Team Members users can use PowerApps to access Dynamics 365 within the bounds of their Team Members license.Dynamics 365 for Team Members, Business edition requires that at least one other user be licensedwith Dynamics 365 for Financials.Dynamics 365 for Team Members, Business edition users can do the following:∙Read anything that’s e nabled in Financials or any other Dynamics 365 Application∙Update existing data and entries in Financials - Existing data are records like customer, vendor or item records which are already created. Entries means entries on which it is specifically allowedfrom an accounting perspective to update specific information. (e.g. due date on customer ledger entries)∙Approve or reject tasks in all workflows assigned to a user∙Create, edit, delete a quote or requisition∙Create, edit, delete personal information∙Enter a Time Sheet for Jobs∙Use PowerApps for Dynamics 365See Appendix A for a summary of Dynamics 365, Business edition use rights and the Power Apps licensing guide for additional information on PowerApps and Flow licensing.Dynamics 365, Business Edition ApplicationsApplication subscriptions are named user subscriptions where a user is licensed only for one individual application. Dynamics 365 will have the following Applications as part of the Business edition: Dynamics 365 for Financials and PowerApps,PowerAppsDynamics 365’s standalone PowerApps offer ing is P2.∙Microsoft PowerApps is a service for building and using custom business apps that connect to your data and works across the web and mobile - without the time and expense of customsoftware development. Microsoft Flow is a service for automating workflow across the growing number of apps and SaaS services that business usersrely on. Learn more at the Microsoft Flow service page.PowerApps users who access Microsoft Dynamics 365 indirectly through a PowerApps must properly licensed for Dynamics 365. See the PowerApps licensing guide for additional information on Power Apps and Flow licensing.Financials ApplicationDynamics 365 for Financials, Business edition is a comprehensive business management solution for SMBs. The Dynamics 365 Financials, Business edition Application can be licensed one way:∙Dynamics 365 for Financials, Business edition (Per User License) –This license provides users with unrestricted access to the functionality included in Team Members, Business edition and the Financials AppDynamics 365 Applications include the “PowerApps for Dynamics 365 Applications” license. Financials users can use PowerApps to access Dynamics 365 within the bounds of their Financials license. Customers who have external accountants who wish to connect to the Financials Application can purchase one per tenant at no additional cost. External Accountant Licenses contain all the same use rights as Dynamics 365 for Financials license with the exception of the following: Access to user set up or admin tasks and CRMSee Appendix A for a summary of Dynamics 365, Business edition use rights and the Power Apps licensing guide for additional information on PowerApps and Flow licensing.Default Subscription CapacitiesOther Product LicensesLicenses for Microsoft Dynamics 365 do not include licenses for other products and services that maybe necessary to light up integrated scenarios or extend functionality; product licensing rights for thesemust be established separately. 3.实人认证完成注册后弹出实人认证提示,点击【实人认证】并同意服务协议即可开始认证操作。
首先需要填写个人姓名、身份证号,再选择人脸识别方式。
选择腾讯云人脸识别,根据引导使用前置摄像头录制指定视频,认证成功后即可进入下一步企业认证或加入企业操作。
用户也可点击最下方【先逛逛】暂不作认证,直接跳转工作台界面。
需要注意的是,如果不进行实人认证,无法申请加入企业或入驻企业。
4.企业入驻与加入企业完成实人认证后,跳转到工作台,通过弹框提示或者点击最下方【我的】,选择【我的企业】标签,点击进入可申请企业入驻、加入企业、离开企业,并查看个人申请历史记录。
每个企业只能入驻一次,入驻成功后申请人被赋予企业管理员角色,可审批新成员加入企业申请,并配置角色权限。
4.1企业入驻步骤一:完成实人认证后,如果是新企业未入驻平台,进入【我的-我的企业】,点击“新的企业”,进入下一个页面后,点击“新的企业”页面右上角的“+”号,进入“企业认证”页面。

登录成功后,页面重新回到福建省网上办事大厅网站首页,原先登录位置会显示企业名称,点击企业名称(下图红色箭头位置)→个人资料→法人信息→修改信息→账户管理→绑定 CA图1(点击企业名称:红色箭头位置)图2(点击个人资料→法人信息)图3(点击修改信息)图4(CA绑定位置)绑定完成后,账户管理页面如下图所示:特别提示:操作CA绑定的手机号码为主账号,子账号管理中添加的其他管理员的手机号为子账号,登录二级建造师注册管理信息系统时必须使用主账号登录,否则将无法正常登录二级建造师注册管理信息系统。
第三步:法人注册账户完成后,使用账号登录“二级建造师注册管理信息系统”,首次登录的企业还需完善二级建造师注册管理信息系统内的企业基本信息和附件上传中相关信息。
步骤操作如下:1、填写企业基本信息。
2、上传企业营业执照(正副本均可)及资质证书原件扫描件。

After installing the Booth Client, you need to finish the initial configuration first, and then the Booth Client will be connected with the central system, and work together with the system to provide booth management service for the security guard.Chapter 2 Running EnvironmentThe requirement of the Booth Client's running environment is shown as follows:Operating System:Microsoft® Windows 7 (32/64-bit), Microsoft® Windows 8 (32/64-bit), Microsoft® Windows 10 (32/64-bit).NoteWe highly recommend you to adopt Hikvision entrance & exit management device: DS-TPE104 or DS-TPE200 as the booth terminal.Chapter 3 Initial ConfigurationAfter installing the Booth Client successfully, you need to apply the configuratioons on the Web Client to the Booth Client, and then the Booth Client can be normally used by security guard. Before You Start•Make sure the Booth Client and Booth Services have been installed successfully.NoteYou can open the Watchdog running on the Booth Client Terminal to check the status of the Booth Service and Parking Lot Service.Make sure the status of Booth Service and Parking Lot service are running.•Make sure the time and time zone of the terminal running the Booth Client is the same as the HikCentral Enterprise server.NoteOn the terminal, click Start→ Control Panel → Clock, Language, and Region , and then tap Set the time and date and Change the time zone to change the time and time zone.•On the Web Client, add the Booth Client (Booth Client Terminal) to the system, refer to 4.5.4 Manage Parking Device in the User Manual of HikCentral Enterprise Web Client.•On the Web Client, link the Booth Client (Booth Terminal) with the parking lot and entrance & exit, refer to 4.13.1 Manage Parking Lot and 4.13.3 Add Entrance and Exit to Parking Lot in the User Manual of HikCentral Enterprise Web Client.Steps1.Double-click on the desktop to run the Booth Client.2.Contact the administrator of the Web Client to remotely apply the configurations to the Booth Client.1)On the Web Client, click → System Configuration→ Vehicle Control→ Parking→Parking Lot .2)Select the parking lot the Booth Client is linked with on the left panel, then click Link Device→ Booth Terminal .3)Click in the Operation column of the Booth Client to remotely apply the configurations tothe Booth Client.NoteMake sure the Booth Client is running on the terminal when remotely applying configuration on the Web Client.The configurations are applied to the Booth Client successfully, and the Client will connect with the central system. You can drag the window to change the layout, or double-click the window to enlarge the window. Up to 9 windows can be displayed.•Function Controls 2: The controls of Vehicle Monitoring, Information Search, and Blacklist Management.•Login Information 3: Display the user that log in currently. You can click the drop-down list to change the password or shift duty.•Parking Space 4: Display the parking space information according to the vehicles' entering and exiting in real-time, including remaining parking spaces / total parking spaces, reserved parking spaces.•Passing Record 5: Click the drop-down list to display all the passing records, passed records, or not passed records. The passing records include the captured picture, vehicle license plate number, entrance & exit, lane, and capturing time.•Barrier Control 6: Display the linked devices of the lane(s) and the barrier control button.•Control Button 7: Maximize the client, minimize the client, exit the client, system configuration.•Maximize Vehicle Monitoring Page 8: Maximize the Vehicle Monitoring page, and click again to minimize the Vehicle Monitoring page. Licensing brief August 2020Microsoft 365 Apps LicensingMicrosoft 365 Apps for enterprise is productivity software (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, Access, and Audio Services) that is licensed as a subscription service under the online services licensing model. It can be licensed on a per user or per device basis. This differs from Office Standard/Professional Plus 2019 licenses which are tied to Licensed Devices and licensed as a one-time purchase.The Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise per user license also allows Licensed Users to access Office experiences on PCs, Macs and mobile devices. The Licensed User may activate the software for local or remote use on up to five concurrent operating system environments (OSEs). Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise licensing treats physical and virtual OSEs the same, so the five concurrent activations may be on five different devices or multiple OSEs on one device. These devices may include company managed device and employee personal devices. The Licensed User may also use the software activated by another user under a different User SL.Each Licensed User may also access Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise remotely from any device, including third-party devices. This includes situations where you activate one of five copies of the software on a network server or a server hosted by a third party. 请您按以下的步骤登陆本系统:1.点击该按钮。
一般情况下有3种不同的提示:二.企业基本信息请您务必认真填写以上的内容,您填写的内容将影响后面的一些申报项目的内容!!!注意:必填项上打*的是必填项目,漏填、不填无法保存或者提交。
半角字符是像这样的字符:1234567890。
填写中文内容时请注意文字中间不要输入标点符号(括号等必需的符号除外)、空格。
点击“提交”后会出现的情况只有当你提交后才能看到下面的界面,此时说明您的企业基本信息已经填写成功,此时您可以开始填报您的人员了。
1.注册监理工程师的目录树+根据您所要申报的人员类型来进行相应的注册,用左键点击进入。
2.您在企业基本信息中所注册的企业全称3.注册监理工程师的目录树+根据您所要申报的人员类型来进行相应的注册,用左键点击进入。
4.您所上报的人员状态+待报–等待上报人员,您手动填写的人员数会显示在这里。
+打回–上报错误被打回,需要修改的人员数会显示在这里。
+已注册–上报成功,省级部门已经审批通过的人员数会显示在这里。
5.系统菜单+依据从左到右的顺序是:刷新、退出和收放顶部。
三.初始注册填写㈠.基本页面介绍用鼠标左键单击点击后看右侧将出现以下的页面注意:申报状态只有在待报状态下,“”按钮才可以使用。
㈡.人员填报点击“”按钮来填报您的人员,点击后您将看到下面的页面。
->->->,系统会有以下的提示:如果您的填写完毕后,需要到页面最下方点击“”按钮。
申请人签字一定要填写。
如果您填写了“继续教育情况”,想要对其进行编辑,请点击鼠标左键“编辑”按钮。
请到您要修改的项目上点击左键修改您的资料,编辑完请点击“更新”按钮。
需要删除项目,请点击后面的“删除”按钮。
您对条目的修改和删除操作完成后,还需要到页面最下方点击“”按钮。
请您按照上面所示的格式来填写您的“起止日期”。
如果初始注册申请表所有数据填写完毕并且保存后,会出现一个提示,“提示:保存工程师基本信息时,请注意填写单位意见,否则申报不能通过(必须)。
”,出现此提示表示当前页面保存成功,这时需要继续上传电子复印附件。
项目需要填写的内容上传完所有的电子复印附件之后,就需要填写审核意见了。
下图的数字1-4分别是互相对应的,您填入的内容将在点击“”按钮后填入相应的位置。
注意:聘用合同结束时间如果没有固定期限,那么请填写合同开始时间后的3年或5年作为合同结束时间。
比如:合同开始时间为2002-1-2,那么如果没有固定期限,合同结束时间可以填写 2005-1-2 或2007-1-2 等。
时间和日期的填写只要到它对应的后面的空白框中单击左键就可以看到选择月历,选择的时候一定要选择到日,否则将不能显示。
前面一直提醒您的那条“提示:保存工程师基本信息时,请注意填写单位意见,否则申报不能通过(必须)。
”就是指的这四项内容,所以必须完整填写,否则会影响该人员的上报。
书面材料打印的时候需要点击“打印”。
请仔细阅读下图红框内的解释文字,以便于操作。
注意:“填表说明”中的内容无法打印出来,需要您打印后,用笔来填写。
如果您的机器打印出来的内容在A4纸上显示的不完整,那么请调整IE的菜单下的查看->文字大小->较小(或者用“最小”)如果还是不能完整显示,那么请把页眉页脚里的内容删除,然后把页边距全部设置为阿拉伯数字零。
->如果还是不行,请点击页边距下方的“打印机(P). . .”按钮,然后回出现下面的画面,这时请点击“属性(P). . .”因为各品牌的打印机设置不同,请找到“效果”栏,然后调整如下选项“文档打印在->A4->缩放以合适”,记住一定要点击下方的“确定”按钮。
如果你发现你的机器不能进行打印,请做如下操作:IE->Internet选项,然后会出现下面的画面。
选中“安全->受信任的站点”,然后点击“站点(S). . .”把输入到“将该网站添加到区域中(D):”下方的文字框中,点击“添加”按钮,然后请把“对该区域中的所有站点要求服务器验证(https:)(S)”前面的勾去掉。
注意:这个勾一定要去掉!!!勾选之后的效果如下图所示,这时我们要选择“确定”。
然后就会出现这个画面,这是我们可以点击最下方的“确定”。
只有点击完“确定”按钮,才能完成最后的设置。
㈢.人员上报用鼠标左键单击左侧的“”按钮,在列表中选择您要上报的人员。
1. 上报时需要勾选需要上报人员前的相应方框才能上报。
2. 如果您保存完您的数据发现有问题需要修改的时候请点击人员姓名会弹出人员信息表格,然后进行修改。
“”四. 变更注册填写㈠. 人员上报流程㈡. 人员填报用鼠标左键单击“”以下信息由新单位填写或操作!人员变更操作步骤:在“选择业务”中选择需要做变更的人员,然后在“业务类别”选择“变更注册”点击“选择”按钮才能把人员转入到变更注册中去。
然后才可以进行变更原因的填写。
如图:上图中变更类别是需要您选择的,点选在选择框,会出现相应的变更表格。
其中专业变更下的原注册专业是变更注册申请表填写的内容,如果您需要修改专业变更下的原注册专业,只需要在申请注册专业里选择就可以,选择完点击保存。
原单位名称(原聘用单位)填写汉字不要超过40个字。
还有其他变更的填写,如果要做只需要进行相应的填写,然后点击保存。
人员转入操作步骤:点击“变更注册”点击所标注的“人员转入”按钮。
(人员转入指的是把人员从一个公司转入到另一个公司,相当于该人员在做单位名称变更的操作。
)输入要到您公司的人员原聘用单位名称,和要到您公司的人员的姓名(全名),然后点击“查询”进行人员的查询,如果出现该人员的信息,那么请您选中该人员信息前的方框,然后点击“人员转入”做该人员转入操作。
如果“转入”成功,那么系统会出现以下的提示。
然后选择“待报”直接选择“待报”不需要点击“查询”也不需要输入该人员的任何信息。
系统会自动把已经转入的人员显示出来。
直接点击人员名称,会弹出个人信息表。
如果没有需要做变更的直接填写“企业审核意见”就可以上报了,如果在转入后还有需要做变更的,那么可以选择“其他变更”和“专业变更”。
然后点击“保存”会提示保存成功。
如果不想修改了可以点击“取消变更”,会提示“确认要取消所以的变更业务吗?”,点击“确定”,会提示“取消成功”。
然后填写“企业审核意见”点击“保存”。
关闭个人信息表,选中该人员,点击“上报”。
就完成了人员转入的操作。
五. 延续注册填写用鼠标左键单击“”然后点击需要做延续注册的“人员姓名”如“测试人员”。
注意:只有其它注册成功上报并批准的人员(注销注册除外)才能进行延续注册。
要做延续注册就需要编辑人员,请参考初始注册的人员保存后的编辑方法。
这是一个已经注册的人员,方框中置灰的内容是固定的,是您公司的信息,如有错误需要修改请联系客服。
六. 注销注册填写用鼠标左键单击“”同样,要做注销注册需要该人员已经完成了初始注册,需要在选择业务中选中该人员,然后在业务类型选择注销注册,点击“选择”按钮。
把该人员转入到注销注册人员表中。
然后按“人员姓名”按钮,将出现以下的表格。
注意:红色方框中内容是固定的,是您个人和公司的信息,如有错误需要修改请联系客服。
“姓名”、“身份证件号码”、“注册执业证书编号”和“注册号”请使用半角字符。
七. 补办证书用鼠标左键单击“”同样,要做遗失补办需要该人员已经完成了初始注册,需要在选择业务中选中该人员,然后在业务类型选择遗失补办,点击“选择”按钮。
把该人员转入到遗失补办人员表中。
然后按“人员姓名”按钮,将出现以下的表格。
注意:红色方框中内容是固定的,是您公司的信息,如有错误需要修改请联系客服。
八. 常见错误处理㈠. 日期注意:日期月历会在你选择日期的时候弹出来(在需要填写日期的地方点击鼠标左键),日期的选择要选择到日才能显示出来。
㈡. 填写人员信息时无法显示更新按钮正常情况下点“编辑”就可以编辑了。
如果他修改了数据,请点“更新”按钮,然后点下面的“保存”才能保存修改的数据。
㈢. 保存时或进行操作时一直没有提示弹出来或者很长时间没有响应请点主界面上方的“”或关闭网页。
每次填写数据,间隔不要超过20分钟,尽可能在20分钟之内保存您每次填写的数据。
㈣. 我的“身份验证加密锁”无法登陆或者没有反应一台机器上只允许插有一把锁,如插有多把锁,请只保留一把锁使用。
网络繁忙,服务器负荷过大,导致页面无法显示。
㈤. 我以前的锁遗失或者已经损害,新办理的锁请用“锁测试软件”测试下您的新锁锁号,将新锁锁号和公司名称告知客服。
㈥. 我上报了人员,但是我找不到了请把申报状态调成审批中或者全部就能看到您上报的人员了。
㈦. 我上报了人员想要修改,需要打回请查看一下您人员现在的申报流程,首先您的人员要报到您当地省级主管部门,如果流程显示“省级主管部门”,那么请联系您的省厅,要求他们做人员打回。
如果您需要修改“企业基本信息”并且“人员已经上报”,请先找您的省厅做人员打回,然后联系客服处理。
