HART协议1、HART(Highway Addressable Remote Transducer),可寻址远程传感器高速通道的开放通信协议,是美国ROSEMOUNT公司于1985年推出的一种用于现场智能仪表和控制室设备之间的通信协议。

HART装置提供具有相对低的带宽,适度响应时间的通信,经过10多年的发展,HART技术在国外已经十分成熟,并已成为全球智能仪表的工业标准。

HART协议采用基于Bell202标准的FSK频移键控信号,在低频的4-20mA 模拟信号上叠加幅度为0.5mA的音频数字信号进行双向数字通讯,数据传输率为1.2Mbps。

由于FSK信号的平均值为0,不影响传送给控制系统模拟信号的大小,保证了与现有模拟系统的兼容性。

在HART协议通信中主要的变量和控制信息由4-20mA传送,在需要的情况下,另外的测量、过程参数、设备组态、校准、诊断信息通过HART协议访问。

HART通信采用的是半双工的通信方式,其特点是在现有模拟信号传输线上实现数字信号通信,属于模拟系统向数字系统转变过程中过渡性产品,因而在当前的过渡时期具有较强的市场竞争能力,得到了较快发展。

HART 规定了一系列命令,按命令方式工作。

它有三类命令,第一类称为通用命令,这是所有设备都理解、都执行的命令;第二类称为一般行为命令,所提供的功能可以在许多现场设备(尽管不是全部)中实现,这类命令包括最常用的的现场设备的功能库;第三类称为特殊设备命令,以便于工作在某些设备中实现特殊功能,这类命令既可以在基金会中开放使用,又可以为开发此命令的公司所独有。

在一个现场设备中通常可发现同时存在这三类命令。

HART采用统一的设备描述语言DDL。

现场设备开发商采用这种标准语言来描述设备特性,由HART基金会负责登记管理这些设备描述并把它们编为设备描述字典,主设备运用DDL技术来理解这些设备的特性参数而不必为这些设备开发专用接口。

但由于这种模拟数字混合信号制,导致难以开发出一种能满足各公司要求的通信接口芯片。

什么是无线HART?
无线HART 是基于IEEE 802.15.4,可在全球应用的 2.4GHz 频带,具有信道跳频、Mesh网络拓扑鲁棒性和 信息安全的低功耗无线通信规范。它旨在为过程测量和控 制提供有足够确定性、并具有可互操作性的无线通信标准。
将无线通信纳入HART规范,将在HART原有一切功能的 基础上进一步提升具有HART功能的现场仪表和主系统的 技术能力。 这就是说,有线HART和无线HART除了通信介质不同而 产生的必要规范而外,它们运用同样的HART命令结构、 同样的软件工具。

无线WirelessHART系统构成及WirelessHART技术应用实例在听收音机时、通过电视机天线接收电视塔发射的电视信号时、使用电视遥控器转换电视频道时或者打手机时,都是我们在日常生活中使用无线技术的例子。

无线技术对于过程工业中的某些领域来说并不是新事物,例如带GSM/GPRS 模块的远程测控终端将监控的数据以短信息方式,通过电信部门提供的短信业务定时将数据传送到控制中心,再如无线数传电台通过无线电波来传送监测数据都利用了无线技术,还有WIFI、蓝牙、Zigbee等等。

010年4月12日国际电工委员会(IEC)全票表决通过无线HART技术(Wireless HART)成为工业过程测量和控制领域的首个无线国际标准IEC 62591。

这一新标准由包括艾默生过程管理公司、ABB、E+H、MACTek、P+F和西门子在内超过200家会员的大型过程控制厂商,在非营利机构HART通讯基金会的框架下开发完成。

2010年7月25日消息欧洲标准化委员会(CEN)已经批准WirelessHART规范成为一个欧洲国家标准(EN 62591),而在这之前,德国测量与控制标准委员会(NAMUR)提交的报告也表示其对WirelessHART技术能够符合无线传感器网络在过程工业中的应用要求表示肯定。

无线HART对每个网络设备都有非常严格的时序要求。 一个10ms的时隙又进一步被划分成几个时间间隔。每个长 度从100us到4.5ms不等。 我们使用一个单独的16位TPM(定时器/脉宽调制模块) 模块来实现计时器。TPM模块的输入时钟被设置到总线时钟 (16MHz)。TPM模块包含一个自由运行计数器和一个比较 计数器。每当自由运行计数器等于比较计数器,一个定时器 中断就被触发 。
