南城区阳光第一小学英语科组工作计划2011-2012学年第一学期一、指导思想以区小学英语教研工作计划和我校教研工作计划精神为指导，以提高学生英语水平为宗旨。
积极开展课题研究，努力提高英语教师的英语专业水平，教学水平，教学技术和手段。
及时了解新的教学信息，领悟新教材精神，进一步转化教学观念，优化课程结构、教学过程。
虚心学习，积极开展教研，宏扬特色，不断创新。
二、工作重点：（一）优化师资队伍，促进高效课堂的形成。
1、积极开展教研活动，提高教师的业务水平。
本学期单周的星期一下午第二节课为英语科业务学习时间。
由科组长主持，组织教师学习研究新教材教法和教材要求，进行教学经验交流，观看优秀课例，继续歌谣式教学研究。
按计划完成课题《运用戏剧教学提高学生口语表达能力》的研究。
2、发挥集体的力量，利用好各种教学资源，注重教师之间的资源共享。
继续推行集体备课制度。
本学期双周的星期一下午第二节课为英语科组的集体备课时间。
所有英语教师集中接待室进行集体备课。
主要围绕高效课堂这个主题进行研究。
3. 加强教师之间的交流与学习，促进共同进步。
英语教师在第二周定好汇报课的时间与课题，第三周上交教导处。
各教师要认真上好汇报课，汇报课要求围绕高效课堂或者戏剧教学来开展。
听后要切实进行评议，指出缺点及改进的方向。
继续开展好我区B 片区的教研活动，加强与兄弟学校的交流。
组织教师外出学习，观摩，给教师更多的学习机会。
把握好外出学习的机会，扩大外出学习的人数和覆盖面，务求每个老师都能走出去，都能有所收获。
要求教师外出学习后写500字以上的学习反思。
4.加强新教师及青年教师的培养。
科组骨干教师要上好示范课，新教师多上汇报课，骨干教师要帮助、指导新教师，促进新教师尽快成长起来。
（二）继续完善英语学习环境。
1. 继续办好教室门外的“Good Try”展示栏。
要求展示栏最少每星期更换两次作品，教师要做好学生作品的评比和保存工作，学期末上交优秀的作品存档。
