高耐压低压差微功耗型HT73## 系列CMOS 电压稳压电路 250mAHT73##系列是使用CMOS技术开发的低压差,高精度输出电压,超低功耗电流的正电压型电压稳压电路。
由于置有低通态电阻晶体管,因而输入输出压差低。
同时具有高输入电压承受能力,最高工作电压可达12V,适合需要较高耐压的应用电路。

1A 低压差线性稳压器BL1117选型指南:BL1117概述: BL1117是一款低压差的线性稳压器,当输出1A 电流时,输入输出的电压差典型值仅为1.2V 。
BL1117除了能提供多种固定电压版本外(Vout =1.8V,2.5V,2.85V,3.3V,5V ),还提供可调端输出版本,该版本能提供的输出电压范围为1.25V~13.8V。
BL1117提供完善的过流保护和过热保护功能(BL1117正常工作环境温度范围极宽,为 -50℃~140℃),确保芯片和电源系统的稳定性。
同时在产品生产中应用先进的修正技术,确保输出电压和参考源精度在±1%的精度范围内。
BL1117采用SOT-223封装形式。

schematic of an integrator channel.As shown,each integrator has a reset (IRST)switch which resets the integrator output to the 'reset-level'.The device integrates input current while this switch is open.There are two sample and hold circuits connected to each integrator output.SHR samples integrator reset level output and SHS samples integrator output post integration of signal charge.The device subtracts the SHR sample from the SHS sample.The difference is then available at device output in a differential format.This action is called 'Correlated Double Sampling'(CDS).CDS removes integrator offset and low frequency noise from device output.Each sample and hold has a built-in low pass filter.This filter limits sampling bandwidth so as to limit sampled noise to an acceptable level.Detailed starting from the reset level(as described previously).In integration up mode,the integrator output moves up from REFM(reset level).As shown in the Specifications table there are8different ranges for the integrator.For any range,the device can linearly integrate input charge until the integrator output reaches REFP.In integration down mode,the integrator output moves down from REFP(reset level).For any analog input range ,the device can linearly integrate input charge until the integrator output reaches REFM.It is clear that the linear output range for the integrator is‘REFP-REFM’volts.One can calculate the integrator feedback capacitor with formula;Q=CV.Here Q is the specified charge for range‘0to7’and V is the linear output range of the integrator(REFP-REFM).Refer to Table1for more details.It is recommended to assert(pull high)the INTG signal along with TFT switch turn on.Note that the TFT switch is external to the device,and the device still integrates without the INTG signal.INTG can be held high for0.5µSec after TFT switch turn off.This makes sure the SHS low pass filter is bypassed all through integration and for0.5µSec after integration.This extra0.5µSec ensures charge injection during TFT switch turn off is settled and the SHS sampling capacitor is tracking the integrator output.As shown in Figure4,the device turns on the LPF on the falling edge of INTG.Like SHR sampling,this filter has a1µSec time constant(160kHz BW),and it cuts off high frequency noise during sampling.Timing‘t6’in the Timing Requirements table specifies that the settling of voltage on the SHS capacitor is close to the16bit level while filter BW is low.On the rising edge of SHS,the device samples and holds integrator output voltage on the correlated double sampler(CDS).The CDS output voltage is proportional to the difference of the‘SHS’and‘SHR’samples.This scheme removes offset and noise coming from integrator reset.The integration phase ends with the SHS falling edge and data corresponding to all64channels is ready to read during the next‘scan’.Data Read:Device output is differential even though the integrator output(internal Read these instructions carefully. Failure to follow themcould damage the product or cause a hazardous condition.2. Check the ratings given in the instructions and on theproduct to make sure the product is suitable for your application.3. Installer must be a trained, experienced servicetechnician.4. After installation is complete, check out productoperation as provided in these instructions.IMPORTANT1. Do not lift the valve by holding the stem.2. Do not mount the valve with the stem pointed lowerthan horizontal.3. Mount the valve with the flow arrow pointed in thedirection of flow through the valve.4. Mount the valve between aligned pipes. Mountingthe valve on pipes that are not aligned causes leakage at the valve-to-pipe connection.5. Ensure complete engagement on pipe to valve bodythreads.6. Hold the valve body with a clamp or pipe wrench on thehexagonal fitting nearest the pipe to prevent damage to the valve body while mounting on the pipe. Refer to Fig.4.7. 7. Be sure to allow enough room for installation andservice. Clearance for valve installation is dependent on actuator size and the valve pipe size.LocationSelect a location where the valve, linkage, and actuator are within the appropriate pressure and temperature ratings.Leave sufficient clearance above the valve to accommodate actuator installation and allow room for servicing the valve body. (Completely install the valve body in the pipe line before installing the actuator and linkage.)When selecting a location for the valve, consider actuator mounting restrictions. For steam applications, mount with the stem at a 45degree angle. Do not mount the valve with the stem more than 90 degrees from the vertical (pointing lower thanhorizontal). Scale and foreign material can collect, scoring the stem and causing packing leakage. Protect the stem from damage due to bending or scratching.IMPORTANT1. Before installing linkage and actuator, make sure that the valve stem operates freely. Impaired stem operation can indicate that the body was twisted or the stem was bent. Either of these conditions can require valve replacement.2. Align pipes squarely with valve at each end connections.3. If the pipes are forced into the valve, the body can become twisted and improper seating can result.4. Apply pipe dope sparingly.5. Be careful to prevent pipe debris, such as chips and scale, from entering the piping because this material can lodge in the seat and prevent proper closing.NOTE: Threading on threaded bodies conform to BSPT.Refer to the table in Fig. 4 for valve pipe sizes and thread lengths. Fig. 4 also shows two effective methods of holding the valve and pipe when attaching it. Check valve body and connections for leaks.2. After installing linkage and actuator, check operationaccording to installation information furnished with these controls.3. Operate system through one complete cycle to ensurevalve controls properly.4. Check valve at regular intervals for leakage aroundpacking.NOTE: Packing is spring-loaded and should seldom requireattention.5. If leakage is discovered and inspection shows that thepacking gland is screwed down tightly, then repack the valves.IMPORTANTBefore installing linkage (if used) and actuator, make sure that the valve stem operates freely. This telescopic style transmission jack is for use under an overhead lift or in a garage pit.NEVER use for any purpose other than those uses outlined above!PREPARATIONAssembly (refer to Figure 1)Tools required: M16 & M18 wrench.1. Four major parts should be included in the package:(a) Hydraulic unit; (b) Upright Post; (c) Saddle Assembly; (d) 2 pieces of base half with hardware.2. Attach the base halves to the upright post, then secure using threaded pins, washers and M12 nuts.3. Attach the casters onto the base halves using M12 nuts and washers.4. Place hydraulic unit on top of the upright post and secure with M10x25 bolts and washers.5. Attach saddle assembly above the ram of hydraulic unit and secure using pin and spring pin provided.6. Attach all four bracket supports onto saddle plate with bolts and wing nuts.7. Attach saddle brackets to bracket support with provided nuts.8. Finally, attach chains with bolts, washers, and nuts to saddle bracket.Before Use1. Verify that the product and application are compatible, if in doubt call Technical Service (888) 332-6419.2. Before using this product, read the operator's manual completely and familiarize yourself thoroughly with theproduct, its components and recognize the hazards associated with its use.3. With ram plunger fully retracted, remove the oil filler plug. Insert the handle into the handle sleeve, then pump 6to 8 strokes. This will help release any pressurized air, which may be trapped within the reservoir. Ensure the oil level is just below the oil filler hole. Reinstall the oil filler plug.4. To familiarize yourself with basic operation, turn the release valve lever:a. Clockwise until firm resistance is felt to further turning. This is the ‘CLOSED’ release valve position used toraise the ram/saddle.b. Counter-clockwise, but no more than 2 turns from the closed position. This is the ‘OPEN’ release valve positionused to lower the ram/saddle.5. Ensure that jack rolls freely. Raise and lower the unloaded jack throughout the lifting range before putting intoservice to ensure the pump operates smoothly. Replace worn or damaged parts and assemblies with authorized replacement parts only.Figure 1- Transmission Jack ComponentsOPERATIONFollow the instruction for removal and installation of transmission, transfer case or transaxle according to the vehicle manufacturer's service manual.Raise saddle assembly:1. Close release valve by turning the release valve level clockwise until firm. Pump handle until saddle reaches desired height.2. Secure the load using the provided chains.Ensure center gravity of load is centered on the saddle and load is stable before moving jack. An off-centertransmission could cause the jack to tip or flip over .Be sure all tools and personnel are clear before lowering load. Slowly engage release valve!Maintain control of the rate of speed at which the load lowers at all times!Open release valve by turning lever counter-clockwise, but never more than 2 full turns. Control the rate of descent at all times. The more you open the release valve, the faster the load descends.Neveruse this jack as a work station!TROUBLESHOOTINGMAINTENANCEImportant: Use only good grade hydraulic jack oil. Avoid mixing different types of fluid and NEVER use brake fluid, turbine oil, transmission fluid, motor oil or glycerin. Improper fluid can cause premature failure of the jack and the potential for sudden and immediate loss of load.Adding oil1. With saddle fully lowered, set jack in its upright, level position. Remove oil filler plug.2. Fill until oil is level with the oil filler hole, reinstall oil filler plug.Changing oilFor best performance and longest life, replace the complete fluid supply at least once per year.1.
