A T A100各章节内容ATA100各章节内容【附图】ATA100是美国航空运输协会联合各航空公司、航空器制造商出版的一种航空器制造使用规范,将航空器的制造、日常维护工作进行了合理的划分,成为不同的章节。
现在几乎每架飞机都必须遵循这一标准,作为航空器维护人员,了解ATA100是非常重要的。
ATA100 5-12章为航空器日常勤务维护工作,包括时间限制和目视检查、清洁、勤务等等,这里不详细叙述了……21章开始为各个系统章节,分别为:21 AIRCONDITIONNING 空调系统介绍座舱空调系统的加温、冷却、增压、清洁等内容,上图是ECAM的空调系统显示部分。
22 AUTOPILOT 自动飞行现代飞机除去起飞着陆外都采用自动飞行,上边这个就是自动飞行控制面板,通过它可以操作飞机的自动飞行系统,节约人力,安全有效。
23 COMMUNICATIONS 通讯系统飞机在飞行过程中必须受到“空中警察”的管制,与管制员的交流就需要通讯系统,VHF、HF等等。

26-21-00 发动机灭火一、概述1.只要火警探测组件探测到火警,则发动机火警按钮电门灯就亮。
2.在发动机/APU火警面板上做灭火测试时,将测试按钮电门压下并保持到整个测试结束,相应的测试程序时间不超过1秒。
3.每个灭火瓶上的爆炸帽都有两条线路供电,虽然一条线路就能点燃爆炸帽,但测试只有在两条线路都供电的情况下才可通过。
测试电流被测试组件限定在80mA,而引爆电流却是50A。
4.压力电门的测试时:(1)P>最小压力=插钉2和3之间是通路;(2)P<最小压力=插钉1和3之间是通路。
二、灭火瓶压力检查1.在中央操纵台上的发动机面板115VU 上放置一个警告牌,告诉人员不要起动发动机。
2.在做维护工作前,确保发动机停车不低于5分钟。
3.在维护面板50VU上确保发动机FADEC地面电源按钮电门的ON灯熄灭,并且放置一块警告牌以告诉人们不要对FADEC系统通电。
4.需要两个人来完成此项检查,一个人看测量仪的数值,另一人来操作六角扳手。
5.操作六角扳手时注意,不能强迫其转动,否则将损坏压力电门。
6.如果灭火瓶的压力是正常的,松开六角扳手,它将回到原始位置。
7.如果显示不正常,进行灭火瓶的称重。
8.在进行发动机火警和过热探测(环路/爆炸帽)做操作测试时,忽略在发动机/APU火警面板1WD上发动机灭火剂按钮电门上亮的DISCH灯。
三、发动机火警线路测试1.重置发动机1(2)APU火警按钮电门时,要在完全压下按钮电门至锁上位之后再关闭保护盖,不能试图将保护盖和按钮电门一同压入。
三、AGENT按钮电门爆炸帽测试1.开始测试之前确保发动机1(2)火警按钮电门压入。
2.重置发动机1(2)APU火警按钮电门时,要在完全压下按钮电门至锁上位之后再关闭保护盖,不能试图将保护盖和按钮电门一同压入。

6.断开下列断路器,打保险并挂标签:121VU ENGINE/ENG1 AND 2 FIRE EXTIG/BTL1/SQUIB/B 2WE1 Q44121VU ENGINE/ENG1 AND 2 FIRE EXTIG/BTL1/SQUIB/A 1WE1 Q43121VU ENGINE/ENG1 AND 2 FIRE EXTIG/BTL2/SQUIB/B 2WE2 Q42121VU ENGINE/ENG1 AND 2 FIRE EXTIG/BTL2/SQUIB/A 1WE2 Q417.在按下发动机火警按钮电门后将会有下列反应,确保操作不会对其它系统造成不必要的影响。
(1)发电机停止工作;(2)低压燃油活门关闭;(3)液压防火关断活门关闭;(4)引气活门关闭;(5)防冰活门关闭;(6)空调PACK活门关闭。
8.如果故障的爆炸帽灯亮:(1)更换爆炸帽;(2)从飞机接地点断开插钉1和2;(3)从爆炸帽上拆下分路装置;(4)连接插头5WE1-A(5WE2-A)和7WE2-A(7WE2-A)到爆炸帽;(5)确保插头正确地连接;(6)做发动机火警和过热探测(环路/爆炸帽)操作测试。
9.如果有故障的爆炸帽灯不亮:(1)火警测试系统故障;(2)做手册中相关测试以确保击发系统工作正常。
10.如测试OK:(1)击发系统正常,火警测试系统有故障,飞机能够继续飞行;(2)断开电压计;(3)从爆炸帽上拆下分路插头;(4)连接插头5WE1-A(5WE2-A)和7WE1-A(7WE2-A)到其爆炸帽;(5)确保插头正确地连接(6)在发动机/APU火警面板1WD上,关闭发动机1(2)火警按钮电门的护盖;(7)做发动机火警和过热探测(环路/爆炸帽)操作测试;(8)做液压火关断活门操作测试。
11.如果测试结果不正确(没有电压):进行火警系统排故。
四、灭火瓶低压指示电路的操作检查1.在中央操纵台上的发动机面板115VU 上放置一个警告牌,告诉人员不要起动发动机。
2.在做维护工作前,确保发动机停车不低于5分钟。
3.在维护面板50VU上确保发动机FADEC地面电源按钮电门的ON灯熄灭,并且放置一块警告牌以告诉人们不要对FADEC系统通电。
五、检查火警线路导通性1.重置发动机1(2)APU火警按钮电门时,要在完全压下按钮电门至锁上位之后再关闭保护盖,不能试图将保护盖和按钮电门一同压入。

3.在维护面板50VU上确保发动机FADEC地面电源按钮电门的ON灯熄灭,并且放置一块警告牌以告诉人们不要对FADEC系统通电。
4.在对加满的灭火瓶工作时必须非常小心,较大的振动将会引起灭火瓶的激发。
七、发动机火警电门的功能测试1.重置发动机1(2)APU火警按钮电门时,要在完全压下按钮电门至锁上位之后再关闭保护盖,不能试图将保护盖和按钮电门一同压入。
2.在中央操纵台上的发动机面板115VU 上放置一个警告牌,告诉人员不要起动发动机。
