As we walked, he pointed out different species of trees and explained how they are used for medicine, food, and shelter. It was eye-opening to see how interconnected the ecosystem

I also had the chance to stay in a remote eco-lodge
deep in the rainforest, where I woke up to the sounds of howler monkeys and parrots every morning. It was a truly magical experience and it made me appreciate the beauty and fragility of the rainforest even more.
