仪表线路施工方案
1、编制说明及依据
1.1、编制说明
1.1.1、仪表线路施工是仪表施工中重要施工程序之一。
为了保证施工质量和施工控制点按期到达,特编此方案。
1.1.2、此方案仅为非防爆场所仪表线路施工方案,防爆场所施工方案见电气防爆接地篇。
1.2、编制依据
1.2.1、承包合同或协议。
1.2.2、施工图及其它设计文件。
1.2.3、产品安装使用说明书。
1.2.4、现行《自动化仪表工程施工及验收规范》。
1.2.5、现行《电气装置安装工程电缆线路施工及验收规范》。
1.2.6、现行《电气装置安装工程盘、柜及二次回路结线施工及验收规范》。
1.2.7、现行《自动化仪表安装工程质量检验评定标准》。
2、工程概况
2.1、工程名称、范围、地点、规模、特点、主要技术要求、工期要求等。

3.1、施工程序
3.2、施工方法:Construction Methodology:
3.2.1、设备、材料出库
3.2.1.1、施工前应根据施工图、设材表认真核对设备、材料的规格、型号、材质、数量、附件应符合设计要求,外观完整无缺,材质证、合格证等产品文件应齐全。
合格产品做好记录并妥善保管,不合格产品应做标识,隔离存放,统一退库。
3.2.1.2、电缆(线)敷设前应做好外观及导通检查,并用500V兆欧表测量绝缘电阻,其电阻值不应小于5MΩ,当有特殊要求时,应符合其规定。
3.2.2、支架制作安装
3.2.2、Supports Fabrication and Installation:
3.2.2.1、制作支架时应将材料矫正、平直,切口处不应有卷边和毛剌,制作好的支架应牢固、平正、尺寸准确。
3.2.2.1、Materials used for supports and brackets shall be rectified and smooth without scales and burrs. Fabricated supports and brackets shall be secure, straight and precisely measured.
3.2.2.2制作好的支架应把焊渣除净,并做除锈、防腐处理,支架刷漆应均匀完整。
3.2.2.2Slag and debris on supports shall be removed and cleaned, surface
preparation and painting works shall be finished.
3.2.2.3、支架应用机械钻孔,不得用电气焊开孔。
3.2.2.3、Mechanical cutting and drilling methods shall be utilized for supports fabrication, cutting by arc welding or gas cutting shall be forbidden.
3.2.2.4、电缆(线)保护管支架尺寸、规格应根据保护管直径、排列根数,合理选择角铁规格。
如图纸有具体要求,则按其规定,如无规定时,则按施工经验参照下表适当选择。
3.2.2.4、Size and specification of support shall be selected according to diameter and number of cable protection pipe. If design has not specified in drawings, refer to the following table.

3.2.2.5、支架钻孔间距应均匀,支架长度应考虑工艺管道、设备有无保温层、防火层等因素影响,适当增减支架长度。
3.2.2.5、Drill holes on support shall be even and support length shall be decided according to insulated coating and water-proof coating of pipeline and equipment.
3.2.2.6、安装支架时,应符合下列规定
3.2.2.6、Following regulations and stipulations for supports installation shall be followed:
a、在金属构件上和混凝土构筑物的预埋件上,应采用焊接固定。
a. Welding installation shall be utilized for supports installation on steel
structure or on embedded steel parts in concrete structure and building.
b、在混凝土上,宜采用膨胀螺栓固定。
b. Expansion bolts shall be utilized for supports installation on concrete.
c、在不允许焊接支架的工艺管道上,宜采用“U”型螺栓或卡子固定,也可加抱箍
固定。
c. Pipe clamps and grabs shall be utilized for supports installation on process
pipes where welding operations are not permitted.
d、在允许焊接支架的金属工艺设备、管道上可采用焊接固定。
当工艺设备、管道与
支架不是同一种材质或需要增加强度时,应预先焊接一块与工艺设备、管道材质相同的加强板后,再在其上面焊接支架。
d. Welding installation shall be performed on process pipes and equipment where
welding operations are permitted conditionally. Strengthened or reinforced steel plates with suitable size and as same material as that of process pipes and equipment shall be welded first, if the material of supports and the material of equipment or process pipes are different or additional reinforcement requirements are required.
e、支架应固定牢固,横平坚直,整齐美观。
在同一直线段上的支架间距应均匀。
e. Supports installation shall be secured, straight, evenly setup at the same
segment range.
f、支架安装在有坡度的电缆沟内或建筑物构架上时,其安装坡度应与电缆沟或建筑物构架的坡度相同;安装在有弧度的设备或构架上时,其安装弧度应与设备或构架的弧度相同。
f. When the cable trench or truss of building have gradient and equipment or
structure have radian, the support shall be installed on it has same gradient or radian.
3.2.2.7、支架不应安装在具有较大振动、热源、腐蚀性液滴及排污沟道的位置,也不宜安装在具有高温、高压、腐蚀性及易燃易爆等介质的工艺设备、管道以及能移动的构筑物上。
3.2.2.7、Support shall not be installed either at the place that with violent vibration,
heat source, corrosive liquid or waste water drainage ditch, or equipment, pipeline and movable structure with high temperature, pressure, corrosive, flammable and explosive medium.
3.2.2.8、水平安装的汇线槽及保护管用的金属支架间距宜为2米;在拐弯处、终端处及其它需要位置可适当减小间距;垂直安装时可适当增大间距。
3.2.2.8、Distance of metallic support of protect pipe and duct which installed in horizontal is 2m; the distance shall be lessen at corner , terminal or other position; and distance shall be accreted when installed in vertically
3.2.2.9、电缆支架间距宜为:当电缆水平敷设时为0.8米,垂直敷设时为1.0米。
3.2.2.9、The distance of support is 0.8m when cable layout in horizontal, is 1.0m when in vertically.
3.2.3、汇线槽的安装
3.2.3、Installation of Cable Tray and Duct
3.2.3.1、汇线槽应平整、内部光洁、无毛剌、加工尺寸准确。
3.2.3.1、Cable tray shall be straight, smooth, fabricated with suitable dimensions and without burrs and scales.
3.2.3.2、汇线槽采用焊接连接时应牢固,不应有明显变形。
3.2.3.2、The duct without change of shape, and fastness when joined by weld.
3.2.3.3、汇线槽采用螺栓连接或固定时,宜用平滑的半圆头螺栓,螺母应在汇线槽
的外侧,固定应牢固。
3.2.3.3、Round head bolts shall be utilized for connection of trays or ducts, mating
nuts shall be placed at the exterior side of tray or duct.
3.2.3.4、汇线槽的安装应横平竖直,排列整齐。
其上部与天花板(或楼板)之间应
留有便于操作的空间。
垂直排列的汇线槽拐弯时,其弯曲弧度应一致。
3.2.3.4、Installation of cable tray or duct shall be straight, vertical and well
arranged as construction drawings. Curving radian shall be consistent with each other at bridge corners.
3.2.3.5、槽与槽之间、槽与盖之间、盖与盖之间的连接处,应对合严密。
3.2.3.5、The butt join shall be closeness between duct and cover.
3.2.3.6、汇线槽安装在工艺管架上时,宜在工艺管道的侧面或上方(注:对于高温管道,不应在其上方)。
3.2.3.6、Cable tray or duct location shall be beside or above process pipes when piping racks are below tray or duct.(note: for high temperature process pipeline, tray or duct shall not be placed above pipes vertically.)
3.2.3.7、汇线槽拐直角弯时,其最小弯曲半径不应小于槽内最粗电缆外径的10倍。
3.2.3.7、The minimum bending radius for tray or duct bends shall not less than the size of ten times’ diameter of the biggest cable.
3.2.3.8、当直接由汇线槽引出电缆时,应用机械加工方法开孔,其开孔位置应在汇线槽高度2/3处,并用护圈保护电缆。
3.2.3.8、Mechanical cutting and drilling methods shall be utilized for outlet of cables from tray or duct directly. The drilling location shall be at the place about 2/3 height of lateral side. Protection bushing shall be added for cables.
3.2.3.9、汇线槽应有排水孔。
3.2.3.9、Drain shall be installed on duct.
3.2.3.10、汇线槽的直线长度超过50米时,宜采用热膨胀补偿措施。
3.2.3.10、Expansion compensation measures shall be performed when the straight length of cable tray or duct be over fifty meters.
3.2.3.11、现场预制的汇线槽弯头、三通、异径接头应平整、内部光洁、无毛剌、加工尺寸准确。
加工应用机械或手锯切割,不得用电、气焊切割。
3.2.3.11、Bend, tee and diameter-change that fabricated in filed shall be straight, smooth, suitable dimensions .and made them by handsaw and machine instead of weld
3.2.3.12、汇线槽水平安装时,宜用角铁焊接限位,垂直安装时,支架间距2.5米,并用螺栓固定。
3.2.3.12、Restriction measures shall be taken into consideration. Angle pieces shall be mounted near lateral side of tray for horizontal installation. Fixing bolts and nuts shall be mounted and secured at the interval of 2.5 meters for perpendicular installation.
3.2.3.13、汇线槽进入户内时,应有一定坡度,防止雨水进入户内。
3.2.3.13、Duct has gradient and prevent rain into room when the duct installed enter room.
3.2.4、仪表接线箱安装
3.2.4、Instrument Junction Box Installation
3.2.
4.1、接线箱规格、型号、材质应符合设计要求。
3.2.
4.1、Specification, type, material of junction boxes shall meet the design requirements.
3.2.
4.2、接线箱应安装在不影响操作、妨碍设备检修、运输和人行的位置,还应安装在接线箱及线路易维修的地方。
3.2.
4.2、Location of instrument junction boxes shall generally meet design requirements, furthermore, minimize the impingement with process operation, equipment maintenance, transportation and passing route, easy access and maintenance shall also be considered.
3.2.
4.3、接线箱周围温度不宜高于45℃。
3.2.
4.3、The temperature around join-box not bigger than 45℃。
3.2.
4.4、接线箱安装位置高度应符合图纸要求,若设计无具体规定时,箱体中心距地面高度宜为1.2~1.5米,在同一工程中,其高度应一致。
3.2.
4.4、Installation height of junction boxes shall be consistent with design specifications, generally, COB to ground surface should be about 1.2~1.5meters,same elevation shall be kept for the same project.。
3.2.
4.5、接线箱安装应垂直、平正、牢固,多余孔按设计要求封死。
其垂直度允许误差≤3mm,水平方向倾斜度允许误差≤3mm。
3.2.
4.5、Installation on the terminal box shall be fastness, excrescent holes should be blocked.
3.2.
4.6、接线箱接地应按本安、非本安接地有关规定执行。
3.2.
4.6、Earthing of terminal box shall be accorded with requirement of intrinsic safety loop and non-intrinsic safety loop
3.2.5、电缆(线)保护管敷设
3.2.5、Installation of protect pipe
3.2.5.1、电缆保护管规格、型号、材质应符合设计要求。
3.2.5.1、Specification, size and material should be accorded with requirement.
3.2.5.2、保护管不应有变形及裂缝,其内部应清洁、无毛剌,管口应光滑、无锐角。
3.2.5.2、The pipe without shape-change and split, clean and smooth should be carried out at wall of pipe, nozzle without sharp.
3.2.5.3、保护管的弯成角度不应小于900。
3.2.5.3、Bend angle of pipe not less than 900。
3.2.5.4、电缆(线)保护管明敷设:
3.2.5.4、Installation of exposed protect pipe
a、保护管弯曲半径:铠装电缆≥10倍保护管外径;无铠装电缆≥6倍保护管外径;光缆≥15倍光缆外径。
a、Bend radius of protect pipe of armoured cable not less than 10 times of outside diameter of protect pipe; non-armoured cable not less than 6 times and fiber optic cable not less than 15 times.
b、保护管弯曲处不应有凹陷、裂缝和明显弯扁,单根保护管的直角弯不宜超过两个。
b、The bend of protect pipe without sunken and split ,right-angle bend of single pipe not bigger than two bends.
c、当保护管直线长度超过30米和弯曲角度总和超过2700时,应在中间加穿线盒,盒盖宜朝下或侧面。
c、The terminal box shall be used and direction of cover is down or side face when run of pipe is bigger than 30m and bending angle exceed 2700
d、保护管的两端管口应带护线帽或打喇叭口。
d、Protect cap or trumpet should be used at both of nozzle
e、金属保护管宜采用螺纹连接,管端螺纹长度不应小于管接头的1/2,管子连接后,外露螺纹不大于3扣。
e、Length of thread shall not be less than 1/2 that of pipe coupling for threaded connection, exposed threads after screwed not exceed 2~3
threads.
f、在有可能粉尘、液体、蒸汽、腐蚀性或潮湿性气体进入管内的地方敷设的保护管,其两端管口应密封。
f、Both of nozzle shall be sealed when the protect pipe is installed at place that with dust, liquid, steam, humidity.
g、保护管连接后应保持整个系统的电气连续性。
h、当穿墙或楼板时,应加套管,其伸出墙或楼板上、下10~30mm,当需要在楼板或钢平台开孔时,孔的位置、大小适当,不得切割楼板的主钢筋或平台钢梁。
h、Pipe sleeves shall be provided where cable route passes wall or floor, pipe sleeves shall extend 10~30mm beyond the wall or floor. position of hole don’t at the place that cut main steel frame when the hole at floor or flat roof.
i、穿过楼板(或平台)继续向前敷设电缆的保护管段,宜高出楼板(或平台)1米。
i、Pipe sleeve of cable which cross floor or plate roof and
j、在户外和潮湿场所敷设的保护管,引入接线箱或仪表盘(箱)时,宜从底部进入。
j、Protect pipe shall be joined at bottom of terminal box or instrument panel when the pipe is installed at outdoor or humidification
3.2.5.5、电缆(线)保护管的暗敷设
3.2.5.5、Concealed installation of protect pipe
a、暗设保护管弯曲半径≥10倍管子外径。
a、Bending radius of concealed pipe shall be 10 times of outside diameter of pipe.
b、埋设在混凝土内的保护管不作防腐处理,埋设在地下的保护管宜用黑铁管,并应作防腐处理。
b、Anti-corrosion shall be not done where pipe is buried under concrete.
Black pipe shall be provided where pipe passed under ground and anti-corrosion shall be done.
c、埋设在地下的保护管宜用套管焊接,管子的对口处应处于套管中心位置。
焊接应牢固,焊口严密。
c、Weld method shall be used where the pipe is buried under ground, the butt join
shall at middle of sleeve.
d、埋设的保护管应选取最短途径敷设,埋入墙或混凝土内时,离表面的净距离不应小于15mm。
d、Min. route shall be selected when the protect pipe is buried under ground, the distance which from pipe side to surface not less than 15mm where the pipe is buried in wall or concrete.
e、埋设的保护管引出地面时,管口宜高出地面200mm,当从地下引入落地仪表盘(箱)时,宜高出盘(箱)内地面50mm。
e、Pipe sleeves shall be provided for all sections of the cable 200mm above ground when the cable from under ground to above ground. The high of pipe is bigger than 50mm than panel(box) when the pipe from under ground to panel (box).
f、敷设在沟道内的保护管,不应紧靠沟壁。
f、The protect pipe shall be not installed by the wall of trench where the pipe is installed in trench.
g、埋设的保护管与公路或铁路交叉时,管顶埋入深度不应小于1米,与排水沟交叉时,离沟底净距离不应小于0.5米,并应延伸出路基或排水沟外1米以上。
g、Pipe shall be buried at a depth of at least 1m when the pipe is crossed road or railway, distance between bottom and pipe not less than 0.5m when crossed drain, and pipe shall extend at least 1m beyond the road or drain.
3.2.5.6、电缆(线)硬塑料保护管敷设
3.2.5.6、Installation of protect pipe made of rigid plastic
a、弯管时加热应均匀,管子不应有明显变形与烧焦。
a、The pipe without change shape or scorch when bend the pipe , and heat it uniformly.
b、用套管加热连接时,管子插入管内的深度宜大于其外径的1.5倍,当使用粘合剂连接时,应大于1.1倍。
b、The length that pipe enter sleeve more than 1.5 times of outside diameter when joined the pipe by mean of heat, and 1.1 times when joined pipe by mean of binder.
c、支架的间距不宜大于1.5米,对直径小于25毫米的管子不宜大于1米。
c、The distance between supports not more than 1.5m, and not more than 1m for the pipe which its diameter less than 25mm
d、在管端及连接部件的两侧300毫米处应加以固定。
d、Fixation shall be provided at both ends of pipe and the place where 300mm of both side of joining parts.
e、管的直线长度大于30米时,应采取热膨胀措施。
e、Heat-expand measure shall be token for the run section bigger than 30m.
f、与未绝热的高温工艺设备、管道表面间的距离不应小于500毫米。
f、The distance at last 500mm between pipe to non-insulated equipment or surface of pipeline.
3.2.6、电缆(线)敷设
3.2.6、layout of cable(wire)
3.2.6.1、敷设电缆时的环境温度不应低于下列规定:
3.2.6.1、Environment temperature not less than following requirement when laying cable
a、交联聚乙烯电缆0℃。
a、Zero degrees shall be required for linking PVC insulated coat
b、低压塑料电缆-20℃。
b、20 degrees below zero shall be required for LV plastic insulated cable
c、橡皮及聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆-15℃。
c、15 degrees below zero shall be required for rubber insulated or PVC cable
d、裸铅包橡皮绝缘电缆-20℃。
d、20 degrees below zero shall be required for rubber insulated and bare plumbum-lead coat cable
e、其它外护层橡皮绝缘电缆-7℃。
e、Seven degrees below zero shall be required for rubber insulated and others coat cable.
3.2.6.2、敷设电缆应合理安排,不宜交叉;敷设时应防止电缆之间及电缆与其它硬件体之间的磨擦;固定时,松紧应适度。
3.2.6.2、Cables and wires installation shall be reasonably and avoid crossover,
hard frictions for cables and other rigid materials shall be avoided.
3.2.6.3、塑料绝缘、橡皮绝缘多芯电缆弯曲半径不应小于下列值:
3.2.6.3、Bending radius of plastic or rubble insulated multi-core shall be complied to requirement
a、有铠装的电缆为其外径的10倍。
a、Bending radius not less than 10 times of outside diameter for armoured cable
b、无铠装的电缆为其外径的6倍。
b、Bending radius not less than 6 times of outside diameter for non-armoured cable
3.2.6.4、仪表信号电缆(线)与电力电缆(线)交叉敷设时,宜成直角;当平行敷设时,其相互间的距离应为0.5米,或按设计规定。
3.2.6.4、Instrument signal cables and power cables shall be placed at right angle when crossover. Distance between signal cables and power cables shall be about 0.5 meters,
3.2.6.5、在同一汇线槽内的不同信号、不同电压等级的电缆,应分类布置;对于交流仪表电源线路和安全联锁线路,应用隔板与无屏蔽的仪表信号线路隔开敷设。
3.2.6.5、The different single or different voltage class in a duct shall be lie dividually, strip divider shall be provided where between AC supply power /safety interlocking route and non-screen single route.
3.2.6.6、电缆沿支架或在汇线槽敷设时,应在下列各处固定牢固:
3.2.6.6、For the cable is lie along support or in duct, the cable shall be fixed at place follow below:
a、当电缆倾斜度超过450或垂直排列时,在每一个支架上。
a. On every support for the gradient of cable exceed 450 or arrange vertically.
b、当电缆倾斜度不超过450或水平排列时,在每隔1~2个支架上。
b. On every one or two support for the gradient of cable exceed 450 or arrange
horizontally.
c. 在线路拐弯处和补偿余度两侧的及保护管两端的第一、二个支架上。
c. At cable is change direction or both sides of spare cable, and on first or second
support of both ends of protect pipe.
d、在引入仪表盘(箱)、供电盘(箱)前处。
d. The place that distance is 300~400mm to panel or power board.
e、在引入接线盒及接线箱前处。
e. The place that distance is 150~300mm to terminal box.
3.2.6.7、数条汇线槽分层安装时,电缆应按下列规定顺序从上至下排列:
a、仪表信号线路。
b、安全联锁线路。
c、仪表用交流和直流供电线路。
3.2.6.7、Where multiple layers are installed in duct, instrument single cable shall be installed on the upper layer, then safety interlocking cable and at last AC /DC power cable on the lower layer.
3.2.6.8、明敷设的仪表信号线路与具有强磁场和强静电场的电气设备之间的净距离,宜大于1.5米;当采用屏蔽电缆或金属保护管以及在汇线槽敷内设时,宜大于0.8米。
3.2.6.8、If there is strong magnetic field or static surrounding the equipment, the distance from exposed cable to the equipment is bigger than 1.5m; when laying screen cable or cable is lie in pipe or in duct, the distance is bigger than 0.8m.
3.2.6.9、电缆在埋地敷设时,其上下应铺设100mm厚的砂子,砂子上面盖一层砖或混凝土护板,覆盖宽度应超过电缆边缘两侧50mm,电缆埋入深度不应小于700mm。
3.2.6.9、Fill 100mm thickness fine sand around cable up and down, and cover red brick or concrete plate. And cover shall be extend 500mm beyond the cable, the depth at last 700mm for buried cable.
3.2.6.10、直接埋地敷设的电缆与建筑物地下基础之间的最少净距宜为0.6米,与电力电缆间的最少净距应为0.5米。
3.2.6.10、Distance between buried cables and underground structures shall not less than 0.6 meters,0.5 meters shall be the minimum requirement between buried instrument cables and power cables.
3.2.6.11、直接埋地敷设的电缆不应沿任何地下管道的上方或下方平行敷设。
当沿地下管道两侧平行敷设或交叉时,最小净距应符合以下规定。
3.2.6.11、Minimum distance requirements for cables routing parallel with underground pipelines or crossover with them shall be reached as design specifications. Rounding buried cables above or under pipelines parallel should be avoided.
a、与易燃、易爆介质管道平行时为1米,交叉时为0.5米。
a. When laid in parallel the combustible and inflammable medium pipe, the
distance is 1m, and distance is 0.5m when cross.
b、与热力管道平行时为2米,交叉时为0.5米。
b. When laid in parallel the heating pipe, the distance is 2m, and distance is 0.5m
when cross.
c、与水管道或其它工艺管道平行或交叉时均为0.5米。
c. When laid in parallel the water pipe or other pipe, the distance is0.5m.
3.2.6.12、电缆在隧道或沟内敷设时,应敷设在支架上或汇线槽内。
当电缆进入建筑物后,电缆沟道与建筑物间应隔离密封。
3.2.6.12、Support or duct shall be provided where cable is laid in trench. When the cable enter building ,sealed shall be done.
3.2.6.13、补偿导线应穿保护管或在汇线槽内敷设,不应直接埋地敷设。
3.2.6.13、The compensation wire is laid in duct or pipe instead of buried.
3.2.6.14、补偿导线不应与其它线路敷设在同一根保护管内。
3.2.6.14、The compensation wire and other cable shall be not laid in a protect pipe.
3.2.6.15、补偿导线和电线穿管前应清扫保护管,穿管时不应损伤导线。
3.2.6.15、Clearing protect pipe before laying wire, and don’t damage wire
3.2.6.16、仪表信号线路、仪表供电线路、安全联锁线路、本质安全型仪表线路以及有特殊要求的仪表信号线路,应分别采用各自保护管。
3.2.6.16、Instrument single route, supply power route, safety interlocking route, intrinsic safety route and especial requirement single route shall be separated by protect pipe.
3.2.6.17、每根电缆(线)敷设时应在电缆(线)两端作位号标志,电缆敷设完及时在电缆(线)两端及地下入井处挂电缆牌标识。
3.2.6.17、Cable markers or tags should be mounted at both ends of routed cables, at the places of inlet and outlet of CCR and FAR, at the places entering cable trench.
3.2.6.18、随设备带来的仪表专用电缆,严禁剪接。
3.2.6.18Splicing and re-connection of specific instrument cables with instruments
3.2.6.19、仪表盘(箱、架)内的线路可敷设在小型汇线槽内,也可明敷设。
明敷设时,电缆、电线束采应用绝缘扎带扎牢,间距宜为100mm。
3.2.6.19、Small cable ducts could be mounted within instrument panels and racks, insulation band shall be mounted at an interval of about 100mm.
3.2.7、挠性连接管安装:
3.2.7、Installation of flexible pipe

3.2.8.1、电缆(线)接线前应按图纸认真校线,准确无误后挂贴字头标识,并用500V
兆欧表测量绝缘电阻,其电阻值应≥5MΩ,并作好绝缘电阻记录。
3.2.8.1、Measure the insulation resistance of the cable before wiring, the value shall be more than 5MΩ and record. Check the wiring before connection.
3.2.8.2、电缆校线,绝缘电阻测试合格后,应在电缆两端作电缆头。
3.2.8.2、Connectors shall be made at both ends of cable after check out and insulation measurement.
3.2.8.3、制作电缆头时,绝缘带应干燥、清洁、无折皱,层间无空间,抽出屏蔽接地线时,不应损坏绝缘,并加绝缘护套。

7.1.5、笨重的电缆盘、高空安装的大型桥架、槽盒采用吊车就位。

8.1、施工人员认真学习安全法规、规程,树立安全第一,预防为主思想。
8.2、施工前,工号工程师应向施工班组人员做安全、防火技术交底,提高施工人员的安全意识。
8.3、现场各种电气设备必须有良好的绝缘,并有可靠的接地。
严格按照设备操作规程操作,并经常注意维修、保养。
8.4、高空交叉作业时,应观察上、下、左、右有无不安全因素,做到三不伤害(人不伤我,我不伤人,我不伤自己)。
8.5、高空电、气焊作业时,应配备消防器材,并有专人防护。
8.6、大型物件吊装及电缆敷设应有专人指挥,防止事故发生。
8.7、电缆敷设完,及时盖好汇线槽盖板及接线盒、接线箱盖。
8.8、施工现场机具、材料摆放整齐,并有防护设施。
8.9、仪表设备本体和电缆敷设后的保护管及支架上严禁搭接电焊地线。
