【摘要】Objective To observe the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia.Methods 50 cases of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, and analyzed clinical characteristics and curative effect.ResultsAfter treatment, the condition, arterial oxygen partial pressure and vital capacity of patient were significantly better than the general level (P<0.05).Conclusion Idiopathic interstitial pneumonia treatment to strive for a clear diagnosis and the corresponding treatment measures according to the clinical conditions can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis.%目的：观察特发性间质性肺炎临床特点及治疗效果。
方法选择50例特发性间质性肺炎患者，分析其临床特点与疗效。
结果治疗后，患者病情、动脉氧分压及肺活量等均明显优于治疗前（P＜0.05）。
结论及时确诊特发性间质性肺炎并根据临床具体情况给予相应治疗措施可明显改善临床症状及预后效果。
