大学生职业目标的认识误区及其解决--基于岭南师范学院经管
类学生的调查

【摘要】职业目标是大学生对于自己未来所从事的行业、岗位和职位的设计和规划。

调查显示，大学生对于职业目标存在三个方面的认识误区：其一，认为职业目标可有可无，忽视职业规划的重要性；其二，对于设立职业目标的理由不充分，职业目标成了无源之水、无本之木；其三，在目标设计上不够系统，总目标与分目标、大目标与小目标之间缺少密切的关联。

对此，学校要加强教育，学生应增进理解，进而设计出科学、合理的职业目标，才能让大学生通过职业规划把自己的理想变成现实。

%Career obj ective is the designing and planning of an university student about the industry, j ob,and position who will devote of the future.Our survey reveals that,there are three misdirections a-bout the understanding of university students:first,the career obj ective is meaningless;second,the rea-son of the career obj ective is not sufficient,j ust like the water without the source;third,the designing is not systemic,such as the lack of close relevant between general obj ective and partial obj ective,big target and small target.According to this,schools must enhance the education,students must enhance the un-derstanding,to design the scientific and reasonable obj ectives,to make their dreams into reality by plan-ning the career.
