学会感恩通力合作学习董事长第十七次工作报告心得体会杨子君近期我学习了题为《枫叶文化体系与精英人才培养》的董事长的第十七次工作报告。

报告共分三个部分：回顾与总结；枫叶文化体系与精英人才培养；新学年的主要任务。

这三部分既包括对过去十几年枫叶体系、教育模式的客观评价，又包括了枫叶从教育国际型人才到精英人才的转型之路，同时董事长还对新学年的工作做了重要部署，并提出了相应的要求。

在读到第一部分回顾与总结的时候，给我最大的感受是董事长在这么重要的工作报告中，首先就给我们上了一堂很好的感恩与包容的教育课。

报告中所提到的对枫叶教育做出过贡献的所有人，我们都应该心怀感激，对那些诽谤、诋毁枫叶教育的个别人我们应该以博大的胸怀包容他们。

这让我联想到我们在处理学生问题时或与家长沟通某些问题时，应该抱有的一种态度。

当遇到有学生犯错，有家长对学校的某项举措有异议时，我们应该耐心教导学生，耐心解释家长的疑惑，包容他们的不同观点，允许多种声音的出现，当然遇到配合的学生或是理解我们工作的家长，我们更应该心怀感激，他们默默地成就了枫叶教育体系的不断壮大。

随着枫叶集团各个校区在全国各地不断开学，在校生规模不断增多，我们的教学质量也随之增高，大学录取率连年保持在较高水平。

在报告中，董事长特别提到了天津校区的大英语工程项目，对他们一学年所取得的成绩给与了肯定。

同样也看到了对武汉校区高中领事们在高中实施理想教育践行过程中的肯定。

这说明高中实施领事课程，提高领事课程质量与效果已经是各个校区高中德育教育的一项重要工作，通过领事课程，使领事角色得到转变也是使领事从中受益的重要途径。

反思我们天津校区领事课程，也从一开始尝试领事备课，到领事对自己教师身份的认同感，自信心增强，都是从课堂上不断磨练获得的。

近日，我们采访了申树国，来看看他对教育的理解。

标）孩子不是学习的奴隶记者：您曾在多个城市从事过教育工作，你对洛阳的教育有何看法？申树国：作为13 朝古都，洛阳的文化底蕴丰厚，学习氛围很浓，但是，总感觉洛阳的孩子们太累了，放眼一看，满大街都是补习班，这种现象，在大连是很少见到的。

记者：对很多孩子来说，学习成了生活的全部，您如何看待这一现象？申树国：的确，学习成了很多孩子生活的全部。

放学离开学校后，直接进补习班，从补习班出来，回家写作业，孩子只要在学习，所有的活儿便都不用干，饭由家长盛好端到面前，水由家长倒好放在旁边，水果由家长削好、切块喂到嘴里 ,, 这导致的后果就是孩子不知道感恩，现在很多人都在喊孩子不会感恩，为什么？就是因为他们天天被家长伺候着，习惯成自然，他们觉得家长就应该这样为自己服务，所有一切都是理所当然，在学校，当老师再讲什么感恩、孝道时，孩子会觉得老师讲得很假，很实际生活完全不是孩子不是学习的奴隶，更不是考试的机器，学习不应是他们生活的全部，应该让他们从繁重的学习压力中解脱出来。

标）重结果更要重过程记者：作为教育工作者，能否为改变这现状做出一些努力呢？匚二申树国：我们正在努力。

教育是一种潜移默化的影响。

在我们学校，老师常常会引导孩子感恩父母，美术课上，教孩子制作手工作品，然后作为礼物送给父母。

当孩子过生日的时候，班主任会引导孩子给爷爷奶奶或爸爸妈妈写一封感谢信，而不是索要礼物，信中孩子会写下生活中的点点滴滴，写下自己对父母想说的感激之话，写出对父母的爱,, 感恩的形式有很多，不一定就非要为父母洗脚，写信，帮父亲打领带、帮妈妈洗袜子等都是感恩的表现，学校每天都会对孩子做这方面的引导。

枫叶国际学校调研
我是枫叶初中3年级的学生．
客观的讲,这里真的会把你带得很社会的,我自己就是亲身经历啊.
枫叶学生来自五湖四海，外籍生也就只有一部分，高中年级一千200人,外籍的不过两三百吧．我们现在初中有400人，每个班级就1，2个外籍生，一般都是韩国日本和俄罗斯的．没有欧美的国际学生．而且一般中国学生和外国学生没什么往来，就只是在一起上课而已，有时后他们要上汉语培训．
作息，上午8点上课．下午3点半就能放学．
毕业以后可以申请的大学:只要你有能力,想去哪都可以．
枫叶高中是加拿大教材的．但要看你的英语水平授课，有分A，B，C班，我想要知道你的成绩水平．
首先我要告诉你一点，如果你将来想进世界前一百的大学，除非你自身优异，否则没有太大可能枫叶会帮你进．枫叶高中的人很多，一个班相对国外学校已经算很多了，老师不可能给你很周到的帮助，学校也不会给你量身定做出国方案．
枫叶高中女校是新建的，但设施不是你想象的那么好（或许我的要求很高）
但枫叶女校是要澡堂公浴的，慎重考虑．
而且枫叶的硬件设施，不敢恭维，电脑很慢而且很古老了＿
还有，出国不仅仅要有钱，还要在中国有个学校适应的环境．
推荐一个学校，大连美国国际学校，我刚亲自去看了，印象很好．而且是全美式的，真的进去像在美国一样的感觉，他们的起点很高，初3就教三次函数‘‘校长拿题给我做我不会‘‘郁闷．然后我要是要过去的话校长（他们校长美国人）说我得重读9年级‘‘更郁闷．学费现在是一年十万初．．在枫叶金石滩旁边开车15分钟就到，自己也打算去读书．如果你需要很详细的信息，（现在上电脑课‘‘要下课了，没法再详细说．）可以再联系我．
我枫叶高三的
说真的，比起北京、上海一些国际学校而言，这里谈不上是贵族学校
花费其实跟一般国际学校比起来很一般了，孩子们的家长其实也不是真的那么有钱
现在高二这届基本上就有不少勉强能供起出国钱的学生了
但是问题是在学校想出国的话很不值得，总体而言校风一般，看孩子肯不肯学了要是不出国，来这就混一毕业证
如果要出国的话，不如公立念个2年然后考个雅思托福啥的直接走中介得了
当然如果想让孩子高中念的轻松点可以送来
硬件很一般，说实话很对不起学费
明年男女分校了，孩子的话估计就不愿意来了吧。
