摘要

在经济全球化和信息化的推动下,中国经济面临着前所未有的发展机遇,市场逐步由卖方市场向买方市场过渡。随着市场竞争的不断加剧,企业建立竞争优势的关键,已由节约原材料的“第一利润源泉”,提高劳动生产率的“第二利润源泉”,转向建立高效物流系统的“第三利润源泉”,“第三方物流”的出现迎合了企业的需要。本文以大连HY国际物流有限公司为例,探讨中小型传统物流企业在物流行业内部竞争日趋激烈、外部市场要求日益提高、自身资源缺乏等情况下,如何发展现代第三方物流。

本文从HY公司现状和制约其发展第三方物流的瓶颈入手,结合国内外第三方物流发展趋势和模式,通过科学分析、评价HY公司的经营环境与资源,就其物流观念落后、网络建设存在差距、物流渠道不畅、物流服务功能不全、物流人才匮乏、管理方式存在差距等方面的问题,提出更新经营观念、适应现代物流发展、改善基础设施、尽快建成信息网络平台、整合资源、畅通物流渠道、强化增值服务、发展战略同盟关系、重视物流人才培养、实施人才战略,以及借鉴先进物流企业开展第三方物流管理经验、提高管理水平的对策,帮助HY公司加快实现向现代第三方物流企业转型的步伐,快速做强做大。
