Unit2 写作课名师教学设计Book 5 Unit 2 The United KingdomUsing language: Reading and Writing----Sightseeing in LondonTeacher: 陈国琴一、教学内容分析本节课是人教版《普通高中课程标准实验教科书—英语(必修)5》第二单元第四课时的语言运用部分。

第一课时是Warming up和Reading ”Puzzles in Geography”,Comprehending 其主要目标是初步了解英语的地理、历史、政治和文化等。

第二课时是Learning about Language ,其主要目的是深化学习本单元出现的重点单词和短语的用法。

第三课时是本单元的语法项目:过去分词作宾语补足语。

本节课是第四课时,重在加强对学生的读、说、写综合语言能力的培养,同时提高他们用英语获取信息、解决问题的能力,为他们提供充分地表现空间,激发他们积极主动去学习,也为了增强他们的合作意识。

在设计这节课时,根据新课标倡导“用教材教,不是教教材”的理念,对教材内容、编排顺序进行了调整、删减、补充和融合,大胆地将这一课时内容呈现改编,教师补充了一下学习资源,删除了教材中的Speaking and writing的内容,而将听、写的活动融入到阅读过程中,使之更加适合学生实际,符合学生实际。

阅读材料Sightseeing in London 主要介绍英国伦敦的八个名胜古迹,本节课在提高学生的阅读理解能力的基础上,增强他们的文化意识,培养跨文化交际理解能力。

本着以读促写的思想,通过意识到对祖国的自豪感引到对西藏林芝的热爱,写一篇游林芝景点感受的文章,同时达到情感的升华,渗透热爱祖国、热爱家乡的德育教育。

二、学情分析在掌握有关英国情况方面,通过1-4册必修教材的学习,学生已了解了英国语言文化、英语历史上的一下名人和杰出女性、甲壳虫乐队、2012年伦敦奥运会等方面知识,在本单元第一课时学生通过阅读说明文Puzzles in Geography,了解到英国历史演变的过程、英国国土面积、英国区域划分、受外来侵略的文化影响、罗马人留下的城镇和道路、盎格鲁-撒克逊人留下了语言和政体斯堪的纳维亚人留下的词汇和北部地名、诺曼人留下的城堡和食物名称,特别是英国伦敦是英国历史珍宝的汇集地,有众多的博物馆、艺术收藏馆、剧院、公园和古代建筑物,这为本课学习奠定了基础。
