This Contract is made and entered into on [Date] by and between [Your Company Name], a company incorporated under the laws of [Your Country], with its principal place of business

1. Purpose of the Agreement

conditions under which the Agency will provide advertising services to the Client.
2. Scope of Services
The Agency agrees to provide the following services:
- Development and execution of advertising campaigns as
agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Creative services, including but not limited to copywriting, graphic design, and production of advertising materials.
- Media planning and buying services.
- Performance tracking and reporting.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Agency a fee for services rendered as follows:
