摘要

本工程为昆明理工大学学生公寓楼,位于昆明理工大学〔呈贡校区〕怡园。

该公寓楼楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,柱网尺寸为6.6m×3.9m ,总长度为55.1m,总宽度为16.1m, 总高度为20.07m,占地面积为887.11平方米左右,总建筑面积为5323平方米,共六层,各层层高均为3.3米。建筑立面规整,采用白色瓷砖装饰外墙,女儿墙实心砖砌筑,除正门为玻璃门外,其余均采用实木门,窗为塑钢窗。

本设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两局部。建筑设计,包括平面定位图设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计。结构设计,框架结构设计主要包括:结构选型,梁、柱、墙等构件尺寸确实定,重力荷载计算、横向水平作用下框架结构的内力和侧移计算、纵向地震作用计算、水平地震作用下横向框架内力分析、竖向荷载作用下横向框架的内力分析、内力组合、截面设计、根底设计。其中,根底设计又包括根底选型、根底平面布置、地基计算等。

在设计中,认真贯彻了“适用、平安、经济、美观〞的设计原那么,进一步掌握了建筑与结构设计全过程、根本方法和步骤。

摘要:本工程学生公寓位于成都市某大学内,其功能是为学校学生提供住所。该工程为多层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,共五层,底层层高3.3米,其他层层高均为3.3米,建筑物总高度为18.5米,总建筑面积为4022.15平方米。4人间设计,有独立的卫生间和阳台,能满足四百多人同时入住。

计算说明书

一、工程概况

(一)设计有关资料

建筑地点:广州市

建筑类型:六层宿舍楼,框架填充墙结构。

建筑面积2018.58平方米,楼盖及屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,楼板厚度取120mm,填充墙采用蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块。

门窗使用:采用标准塑钢门窗,5mm厚玻璃。

地质条件:该地区建筑场地类别为二类,设防烈度为6度近震。地基土为粘性土,地基承=200kPa,基础的形式为柱下独立基础。

载力特征值:f

风荷载:基本风压w0=0.40kN/m2

雪荷载:本工程不考虑雪荷载。

活荷载:楼层活荷载标准值2.0KN/ m2;屋面活荷载标准值w0=0.5KN/ m2(按不上人屋面考虑)。

高度为:总建筑高度为20.5m,不超过40m,以剪切变形为主,采用底部剪力法。

材料:根据施工单位条件和材料供应情况,选用混凝土强度等级C30;钢筋为HRB335级热轧钢筋(d≥12mm)及HPB235级热轧钢筋(d≤10mm)。

主要建筑做法:

1)屋面:

40厚C30细石砼(双向Φ4@150)

10厚纸筋灰

1.2厚三元乙丙橡胶卷材

20厚1︰2.5水泥砂浆找平层(刷基层处理剂一遍)

钢筋砼屋面(3%坡度)

2)顶棚:

1︰1︰6水泥石灰砂浆打底15厚。

面刮腻子5厚。

喷涂内墙乳胶漆涂料。

3)楼地面:

一般做法:

地面为8厚600×600防滑耐磨型地板砖。

20厚1︰4干硬性水泥砂浆,面上洒素水泥浆结合层一道。

砼底板或素土夯实。

防水做法:(卫生间、厨房等处适用)

5厚防滑地砖300×300。

20厚1︰3水泥砂浆。

聚氨酯防水涂膜1.2厚。

1︰3水泥砂浆找平兼找0.5%坡,最薄处不小于20厚。

河海大学郑蒲港校区宿舍楼为六层框架结构,管桩基础,建筑面积为7175.51m2,建筑高度23.7m,室内±0.00相当于黄海高程7.1m,高内外高差0.45m•。本工程结构设计使用年限50年,抗震设防烈度六度,抗震等级四级,建筑结构安全等级为二级。耐火等级二级,砼结构裂缝控制等级三级,基础设计等级乙级,建筑场地类别Ⅲ级,建筑抗震设防类别丙类,砌体施工质量等级B级。本工程所处的环境类别,地上为一类,地下为二a类,工程质量合格,总工期240天。

本工程由马鞍山市文天教育发展有限公司投资建设,无锡市勘察设计研究院有限公司设计,无锡市勘察设计研究院有限公司勘察,马鞍山中振工程咨询有限公司监理,江苏工民建设发展有限公司组织施工。

1 建筑设计

1.1平面设计

1.1.1使用部分房间平面设计

使用房间平面设计的要求主要:

1)房间的面积、形状、尺寸要满足室内使用活动和家具、设备合理布置的要求。

2)门窗的大小和位置应考虑房间的出入方便、疏散安全、采光通风良好。

3)房间的构成应使结构构造布置合理、施工方便,有利于房间之间的组合,所用材料要符合相应的建筑标准。

4)室内空间以及顶棚、地面、各个墙面和构件细部要考虑人们的使用和审美要求。

房间设计

一共有7间寝室。

设计要点:

1)面积满足人体活动、家具及使用家具所占空间、交通路线所占空间要求。

2)形状采用矩形,以便灵活布置家具、施工和统一开间和进深。

1.1.2辅助房间平面设计

辅助房间与使用房间联系密切,管道比较多,尽量集中布置,形状面积、尺寸和使用人数、设备尺寸、数量有关。

卫生间的主要功能有便溺、洗面、洗浴、洗衣,兼顾白天和夜间使用,并且要有良好的通风和

排水。

1.1.3交通联系部分设计

(1)楼梯设计

楼梯的功能是垂直交通、楼层之间的安全疏散,每单元设一部楼梯,楼梯间开间3.9m 和4.5m,进深6m。

(2)门窗设计

门窗设计要满足采光通风要求、保证安全疏散、考虑墙面布置家具、建筑立面的美观。

门宽度取决于人流安全疏散、家具搬运,房间门宽度取1m ,卫生间门宽度取0.80m,高度为2.1m。

窗台高度取0.9m,窗的高度满足采光通风要求,宽度由窗地比确定,卧室、厨房不小于1/7,楼梯间不小于1/12。

1.2剖面设计

建筑剖面表示建筑物在垂直方向的房屋各部分的组合关系。剖面设计主要分析建筑物各部分应有的高度、层数、建筑空间的组合和利用,以及建筑剖面中的结构、构造关系。

本设计是学生公寓设计。总建筑面积为5391.49㎡,底层占地面积为898.58㎡,总高为21.90m。根据设计要求,设防烈度为8度,抗

震等级为二级,设计中要考虑抗震设计。本方案采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。主体结构为双向承重框架,横向框架等跨。在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后,选取一榀框架进行计算,用迭代法算出内力,并对最不利活荷载和最不利内力进行分析,通过底部剪力法求出地震荷载。本方案基础形式采用柱下独立基础.整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求,具有一定的创造性和合理性。

摘要

该工程为框架结构,主体为六层,该地区抗震设防烈度为6度,第二分组,场地类别为III类场地。主导风向为西南,基本风压0.45kN/m,基本雪压0.3 kN/m2。楼﹑屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。

本设计贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则。按照建筑设计规范,认真考虑影响设计的各项因素。根据结构与建筑的总体与细部的关系。

本设计主要进行了结构方案中横向框架第8轴抗震设计。在确定框架布局之后,先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自震周期,进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小,进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。接着计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力。是找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。此外还进行了结构方案中的室内楼梯的设计。完成了平台板,梯段板,平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算及施工图绘制。对楼板进行了配筋计算,本设计采用桩基础,对基础承台进行了受力和配筋计算。

手工计算完毕后,用结构分析软件PKPM进行了整体框架计算。

设计成果包括计算书和施工图纸两部分.

Abstract

This design mainly has carried on the structure scheme of transverse frame shaft 8 seismic in design. Then calculate vertical load (dead load and live load) under the action of internal force of structure. Is to find out the most unfavorable one or several groups of internal force combination. Choose the safest results reinforcement and drawing. In addition, the structure of indoor stair designs. Completed the flat pallet bench board, platform beam component such as the internal force and reinforcement calculation and construction drawings. On the floor reinforcement calculation, this design USES the pile foundation, foundation pile caps for the force and reinforcement calculation.
