精度等级已标准化,分为0级、6X级、6级、5级、4级、2级六个等级。
精度从0级起依次提高,对于一般用途0级已足够,但在用于其他条件或场合时,需要5级或更高的精度。
以上的精度等级虽然是以ISO标准为基准制定的,但其称呼在各国标准中有所不同。

一般固定内轮把外轮上下方向运动时的运动量称为径向游隙,左右方向运动时的运动量称为轴向游隙。
在轴承运转中,内部游隙的大小是左右振动、发热、疲劳寿命等性能的主要因素。
深沟球轴承用普通径向内部游隙表示,在实际测定中,为了得到稳定的测定值,加上了规定的负载,因轴承的弹性变形,此时的测定值比实际值大,所以经过修正可求得真正的游隙。
径向内部游隙和轴向内部游隙的关系:轴向内部游隙由钢球直径、内外轮沟道半径、径向内部游隙的值决定,是普通径向游隙的10倍左右。
作为想减小安装后的轴向内部游隙,选择小的径向游隙和大的过盈量配合是危险的。

Nickel141焊条Nickel141焊条主要用于Nickel200、Nickel201合金的药皮焊条电弧焊,和镀镍钢材在镀镍层一侧的焊接,也可用于钢的堆焊。
焊缝金属中钛和碳产生反应使游离态的碳降到比较低的水平,因此这种焊条可以用于低碳镍合金(Nickel201)的焊接。
焊缝金属具有优异的耐蚀性能,特别是耐碱金属腐蚀的能力。
这种焊条也可用于异种材料的焊接,包括Nickel200合金和Nickel201合金之间的焊接以及各种铁基和镍基合金的焊接。
Nickel141焊条适用于全位置焊接。
